Loved it, cleanest resort I have been to, staff friendly without having to be and they are relaxed and happy even at the end of season. Lots of lovely pools. Stunning hotel with great staff at a reasonable price. Really recommend. Would personally suggest getting a car to explore the island as the hotel is in a quiet area. This was perfect for us, but some may prefer to stay in busier areas like Lindos or Rhodes town.

Staff were excellent. Rooms were great. Sea was clean and sunbeds are comfortable and clean. Except that do not expect that the hotel is a 5 star luxurious one. The mindset of the hotel is build upon just to charge you extras with almost everything. You will be paying huge but getting far less. And good luck with finding sunbeds near pools. I won’t go there again.

Everything about the hotel was very good except for one 'major' problem. Our room was infested with ants. There were ants crawling all over. When we complained to the front office they sent someone to spray insecticide over the ants. This helped only for a short while. The ants were back soon. Had a great stay for my honeymoon - phenomenal food, staff, spa, etc. The one downside was that the pools were really, really cold. We didn't swim much at all due to the cold temperature of the pools. If I could, I'd rate the hotel a 4.5 because of the water temperature issue. The hotel was nice ,we all had a lovely holiday. The animation team were amazing. Alex, Gustavo and Evelina are so funny and really entertained us throughout the week. Just had 9 nights there, had a lovely time! Food is good, whole place has a lovely relaxed feel and Magic Mike is the star of the show (organises all the entertainment). No real complaints, other than it's a bit further from the beach than you'd like (a 25-minute walk in the heat) and the free beach bus gets very full (and its a bun fight to get on it)

Good food good pools but the queue for beer is ridiculous at night and was told the queue was so long because the English drink to much !!!!!! The woman on reception is probably the most unhelpful person I have ever met who deals with customers. The bar staff and the entertainment were amazing, so friendly and fun. The location was great with regular busses to wherever you want to go. The food was a bit samey and a bit difficult for veggies but I really liked the selection. The rooms were a bit dated but clean and comfortable so can't complain there. Will definitely go back if in Rhodes again.

Currently staying here, we arrived late night Tuesday and Mohammed who was looking after reception and the bar manager made sure we got drinks and some food even though they had just closed for the night. During our 10 night stay here we did unfortunately have a sentimental item taken from the room, it may have seemed cheap or replaceable to whoever has taken it but that’s still not the point, no one should go on holiday to have their items stolen.
