Ledra Maleme Hotel

Excellent place - good value for money.
We had a great balcony overclooking the swimming pool, the apartament was comfortable and cosy. The swimming pool was perfect - clean, warm and deep (2.7m) We love it!

Really good hotel. There were 3 bins in the room, which made it a lot easier to keep the room tidy. The bins were taken out everyday and beds were also made everyday.

The kitchenette has most utensils and cooking equipment. Fridge also had a freezer shelf. There was a dining table and chairs, a dressing table, a sofa bed to sleep 1 person, a double bed and on the balcony there was a small table and chairs.

Balcony was of a decent size. The pool was also of a decent size and very clean. There were a few inflatables and balls around the pool. The bar was open until late.

There was a notice saying the rooms were sterilised by UV light. I'm not sure if this was only during 2020 or if they're still doing it, but the area was very clean and spacious.

The only thing that was a little bit of a let down was the a/c which didn't seem to do much even though it was set to 16 degrees and the windows and doors were closed. However, it was also 35 degrees outside, so that might be why.

Spaces in the car park appear to have been marked at different times, as some of the spaces block other cars in, which I'd witnessed, and on 1 of the nights I watched 2 cars drop people off and then leave because there weren't any spaces left. But at the beach front there are plenty of spaces, and that is a very short walk away from the back entrance of the hotel.

It was very close to a shingle beach and a stretch of hotels and shops, and the tourist train. More shops were a very short drive away.

On Wednesdays they have a BBQ night with Cretan dancers for 28 euros per person. That was a very busy night.

Very nice place, quiet and close to the beach. Big and clean rooms. And most important - amazing people running the place. I'd like to come back.

I have been going there for the summer the last 3 years and I can say that they have made a really spendid job with making the rooms more modern and the hotel staff is very friendly in any situation!

An Excellent family run hotel. . Our room is a Modern, Large Studio apartment with plenty of space to relax and all amenities needed for self-catering (Although so far My Wife and I have enjoyed the Restaurant each night). . There is also a Pool and Kiddie Pool on site, with the beach within walking distance . . If you are thinking of visiting Crete, I would Highly Recommend giving the Ledra Maleme Hotel a visit. . You Won't be Disappointed .

Had one of the new apartments. Enjoyed our living space as well as the extremely friendly atmosphere, off-season (beginning of October)

We stayed at the hotel for a few days and we enjoyed our stay. In positive included the very friendly courteous staff, great pool area, many amenities in the studios. All in all, we had a great stay and the hotel is highly recommended to everyone who wants to have a unique vacations!

Very nice, clean hotel. Large rooms. Little out on a limb if you want the busy bars, but they are only a short bus ride away. Good showers and Kosta was an excellent host, informative and let us know some nice places to visit. Try his crazy potatoes, not found anywhere else

In a nice location, close to the beaches and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Ideal for relaxing on vacation. The room is comfortable and clean, so it is definitely worth it.
