Giannoulis - Grand Bay Beach Resort (Exclusive Adults Only)

If you want a relaxing place to stay then is the hotel is perfect.
The staff are friendly and helpful.

Oh, what a lovely 16 days we spent at the Grand Bay Beach Resort. We were welcomed with an ice cold orange juice and a glass of sparkling wine. It seemed that the type of room we booked initially was not available (sea front suite), so we were offered a choice of two other rooms. A sea view suit with a massive balcony, but sadly overlooking the courtyard or a ground floor room with a private pool and nearly overlooking the sea. You can imagine we choose the room with a private pool.

Rooms were spacious and clean, food was amazing and cocktails were very boozy. Very nice private pool with dedicated loungers. Google won't let me put much more here, I wrote more in other sections.

All in all a very enjoyable stay with perfect weather and delicious food.

Really lovely hotel, room had fantastic sea view, located right on the beach. Great selection of food and drinks availble. Staff were amazing especially Mateo, Kostas and Andreas. Very relaxing holiday and good selection of shops, bars and restaurants nearby.

Staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. I would definitely stay again and recommend staying here. Only negatives were the AC in our room wasn’t the best and the small number of sun loungers along the pool next to the swim up bar. Plenty of sun loungers on the beach though so you can always get beds.

The hotel destination is quiet and very relaxing. The service in the hotel very very kind and helpful. The food is excellency and delicious highly recommend. Thanks for the great time ☺️ we highly recommend this hotel and we definitely back again 😍

A strong 4 star hotel with service and staff better than most 5 star hotels.
Delicious food. Peaceful surroundings. And ideally located outside is a bus stop which takes you straight to Chania town in an hour (3.60 euros) which runs all day until 1am.
Perfect for adults wanting a relaxing holiday.

I loved this resort deeply! It’s located just by the beach with many rooms having a view on the seaside. Same for the restaurant that’s by the beach as well. It has various swimming pool so, many rooms, have their own private ones. I staid in a junior suite that was really beautiful, spacious, with balcony over the sea and a private infinity swimming pool that was going around the building. Just a dream! The main swimming pool has also a bar that allows you to order drinks from the water.. what do you want more! Considering I opted for full inclusive, it was also a very good deal and the food included was very good. It has a quite big buffet with lots of options for all tastes. I really enjoyed every meal (and haven’t stopped eating!). And then the staff.. it was one of the nicest I’ve ever come across. I staid just two days and felt like they were so friendly and ended up chatting with a few of them regularly. It was just perfection from any point of view. I couldn’t be more thankful to the staff to make it special place and lucky to have found this gem.

We had a lovely stay at Grand Bay Beach Resort. I've never met such nice and dedicated staff, they were constantly making sure we had everything we needed. They also paid extra attention to the hygiene and covid-19 restrictions. It's really convenient that next to the hotel there is a bus station and we could easily go to Chania. I really like the idea of exclusive adults hotels, the atmosphere was really relaxing and we enjoyed our stay a lot. Couldn't choose a better hotel for our honeymoon! Special thanks to the manager as she did her best to make this occasion even more special
