Apartments in Kos Town

Easy Check in....very comfortable room with comfy bed, location is the key ...nobody had to go hungry after this sumptuous breakfast , when back to Kos ,will stay again for exploring kos city by foot.

The hotel is very well located for reaching all parts of the shopping/restaurant/cafe/bar centre and coastal areas of Kos Town. Everything in my room the dining area /reception/lounge area and corridors were always clean. Reception, Cleaning and breakfast/bar staff members all polite, pleasant to talk with and efficient.

Ideal location, great pool area surrounded by a nice garden, warm & friendly service...excellent home-made lemonade 🍹

Five stars are not enough! This has been my third time returning to this little piece of heaven on Earth. This time I have stayed a week and it felt like coming home. I was hesitant of going to Kos this year due to the COVID-19 pandemic, in the end no worries were needed! I felt safe on the island and most of all at Andromeda. The family that run Andromeda are the most lovely people you’ll ever have...

Very nice staff and very helpful, they are very inviting to young people! We had no problems with them at all, and if there were small issues they were addressed within no time. You can order food and drinks at the bar which is also very nice and the food is good. Me and my friends had a great holiday so I would recommend Andromeda for sure.

Excellent hotel. Nice rooms, great pool, breakfast with local food. Cheaper than most hotels in central Kos. Helpful staff. Close to bike rentals, it's a ten minute ride to midtown Kos.

I stayed here for 8 nights and every night was perfect, great service, cleaners came in every day and were lovely, the hotel owner Olga was very lovely as well as her family. The location is great, five minutes walk from an amazing beach and 20 minute walk from the town. There are car and bike rentals nearby as well. Fine for staying the both short n long term. Generous receptionists. It has a nice pool. Wifi speed varies but... reasonable. Perfect location for visiting heart of Cos Island, visiting Sea, bakeries, groceries, public bus n taxi. Recommend.

The Santa Marina Hotel is a wonderfully friendly place. The staff are first class. The rooms are really good too. The location is ideal quiet but in easy reach of lots of restaurant's n bars.

Lovely Hotel, lovely staff, small pool but aĺways got a sunbed at anytime of day. A little out of the way of livelier pubs and restaurants but all within a 5 minute walk.

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment on the ground floor at Michalis studios and apartments for 1 week with our teenage son. the apartment was well equipped with air conditioning in each of the bedrooms with a tv in the main bedroom. We also had a kitchenette with a kettle, toaster, two ring hob and fridge. What was nice was we did not have to pay any extra for the air conditioning, kettle or toaster...

When we arrived at Michalis Studios & Apartments, Manos gave us a very warm welcome. From the moment you arrive you can feel that Manos wants you to feel 'home' in his beautiful place. Super cool and pretty beach bar, doesn't know the hotel (yet 😉) but the owners and whole the stuff are amazing people! Food is also very good, so are the drinks! Beach is beautiful and the sunbeds are super smooth! Love it there!

Our apartment was spacious and pleasant with two balconies overlooking the sea. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Convenient for beach, cafes and restaurants. Lovely pool with plenty of sun loungers available.

The apartment was roomy, being cleaned & beds made every day. You'll need to bring your own swimming towel & the pool is lovely. Reception is manned 24 hrs & they are very knowledgeable about all you'd like to see, do & getting around Kos.

Nice apartment. There is free wifi and a free pool with sunbeds. The people that work here are very nice and friendly. The view is amazing, and the beach is just across the street. The rooms are cleaned every day, but are a little outdated. Everything else was really fine!

The cleaning could be better, there was sand in the shower on the first day and melon seeds on the floor. In addition, the air conditioning did not work for almost 3 days. The stove doesn't heat properly either.

Iris Hotel was an amazing experience. It was a quiet holiday in a spectacular location close to a supermarket and bus stop. The hotel could provide hair dryers this was the only fault I had with the hotel. Looking forward to going back next year

My 2 friends and I have just had a 4 day girlie holiday to Kos and stayed here. We arrived at 12 midnight and started our holiday with gorgeous cocktails at the bar. What a lovely family run apartments. We have enjoyed our visit. The apartments are well maintained with daily cleaning and regular changes of linen/towels. Absolutely love love it at Ampavris . We last came here 9 years ago & decided to stay here again when going to Kos. The family who run it are just the best . So friendly , caring and dedicated . We stayed for a week at these amazing apartments. The apartment itself was really new and clean, and the pool and bar are great to relax at. Most of all the owner (Pete) really made us feel welcome and went out if his way to make our stay as relaxing as possible. I would highly recommend, and if I'm ever back in Kos I will definitely stay again.

Just had two weeks at these lovely apartments. They are very spacious and spotlessly clean. The views are out towards the sea & Turkish coast and just a 10 min walk into Kos Town.
