Where to stay in Kos Town

Our one week stay was nice. we are the family with 2 kids. We had a lot of fun inside and outside. Some places and attractions are a bit worn, but overall it was nice. Food was delicious all day and night. Staff was friendly and helpful. I do not understand why they close all pools at 6pm?. Some waitresses were not so friendly Entertainment team was good, fun and amusement for all age groups.

Rooms do the job, somewhere to sleep, shower etc, mattresses are very hard and the rooms are dated, but generally clean. Entertainment team were great, end of the season so not as much going on, but kids enjoyed the discos and evening entertainment. the complex is located almost next to the beach - separated by a road. ideal for families with children. Standard room for 4* hotel was very disappointing with dated decor and in need of renovation!! To make our stay comfortable we had to upgraded the room and we were charged €15 a day. Rooms very dated but clean and tidy. Cleaned every day. Great selection of food. May have to queue for some dishes but you don't queue for too long. Well this was a lovely break for 7days and the suite we had was right on the beach. I’m going to give you my honest opinion as I know there been a few bad reviews. Have stayed twice now at this beautiful hotel in the heart of Kos Town. Its in a perfect location for both beaches and the old town with lovely views over the harbour. Overall, this was a decent hotel for an all-inclusive holiday, but it definitely is showing its age and could benefit from a refresh of the rooms and the equipment. Also, it is laid out over a hillside, so getting about usually involves walking a short distance up a steep hill and/or using stairs. If anyone in your party has mobility issues, definitely ask about what accommodations can be made.

This is my own experience and opinion. As with other reviews, the rooms are very dated, they serve their purpose and that's all. The room safes cost extra which you can purchase at reception though be aware, they are locked with a key so be prepared to carry around a key. The room door locks are also a key, not a card. Very nice hotel, clean, modern. Staff very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I won't be coming again, just not top score. All inclusive and 4/5 star but in comparison to some of the hotels I have been to, this one is just slightly short. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is food, it was delicious and varied. Also animations were really fun thanks to the animators - i love you guys!! The Kos Town is within walking distance of the hotel, you can also rent a bike or different vehicle to explore the island.

Every staff member was very nice to us. We spent 4 nights here. I especially recommend the top floor bar with the pool. The guys there are the nicest bartenders who we have met in greece, and they are making good stuffs as well. (Professionals)

We just went for dinner. The outside dining area was fabulous and we got a table right by the sea. The food was delicious but it was so slow we waited about 45 minutes for our starter. Then another 30 minutes for our main course. The staff started clearing up when there were still 3 tables with people eating. I absolutely love the stay in this calm hotel. It's probably affected by the Corona virus, but still.. The stuff is kind, smiling, helping... Variety of food is probably infinite and the space in rooms is very generous. If you choose this hotel for your stay on Kos Island, you won't regret.
