Their service was brilliant and they were so friendly

I would definitely recommend the hotel, however maybe before you book any trips with the tui reps do your own research, we had a certain boat trip in mind and was told it didn’t exist, only after booking another more expensive trip with tui, we went into town to find the exact boat we wanted at a fraction of the price, and the tui boat was a let down

We have just arrived home from a lovely week away, the hotel was spotlessly clean the staff all worked really hard and were polite and friendly you were always greeted with a smile and hello

If you like to stay by the pool this is a great hotel, however if you do like getting out and about I would recommend a car due to the location and taxis were a pain to wait for there is a bus stop outside and there however they were not overly regular

The only downside which was probably more down to personal preference was the Chinese restaurant, it was definitely not what we were expecting and we all left most of it

The beach and beach bar were fantastic and the staff down there incredibly helpful and friendly. Bezhad never stopped and always checked that we had everything we needed - he is an absolute asset to this hotel

We split our time between the pool and the beach. At the beginning of the holiday, sunbeds by the pool were rarely reserved and it was easy to get a bed with a parasol at 9/930am

As our time went on, beds started to be reserved earlier despite signs saying that beds could not be reserved and items would be removed, which we did see a couple of times

It should be noted that staff did find beds for people who asked when they couldn't find any themselves - this often resulted in towels being removed from unused beds

May be some improvements could be (but only because we compare to other GRECOTELs we love): main restaurant despite very nice design can be a bit overcrowded sometimes and the food offering is not as diverse (themes) and exceptional as in some other GRECOTELs but do not get us wrong the food quality is definitely there relative to other hotel brands, some staff not as smiling like in other GRECOTELs...

We arrived at the hotel around midnight after our flight and were greeted by front desk staff who took our bags and led us to the restaurant where we were given a complimentary buffet dinner, which we were grateful for after a long flight! Our room was very comfortable, with all the amenities expected

With respect to this KOS GRECOTEL , the plus are : great green and well maintained landscape, multiple pools, a la carte restaurants with great views and nicely designed pool bar, new gym and multiple bar options and a lot of efforts done on the shows

To note is that the team did everything to help us deal with an issue as we did not like initially our room. We complained and staff acted very professionally and efficiently

Overall very nice resort , usual strong Grecotel standards and strong price quality relationship

The notices say when a bed is unoccupied for 30 minutes the staff will remove ( I don’t agree with the 30 minutes especially when food service at the pool area can take much longer) some of the beds reserved from 6:15 and not in use until after lunch

Toiletries were very nice, full size Olivia Thinks which I confess to taking with me to give to my daughter Olivia! We had sliding doors out onto a terrace with sun loungers, chairs and a table which led to our swim up pool which was very much the highlight of our stay

We were given a brown paper bag containing a sandwich, crisps, banana and carton of orange juice; although the sandwich was pretty dry and tasteless this was very well received! A lovely chap in a buggy took us and our luggage to our room

The beach is beautiful, always free sun loungers to pick from, the water was warmer in the sea than the pool, just perfect! We loved having our lunch in the beach restaurant/cafe area, views out to sea, shady and breezy too

Many paths are cobbled which I can see would make it tricky for the less able to negotiate but we had no problem. There are views of the mountains and out to sea views of the volcanic islands which is just breath-taking

The room was lovely, very well equipped, clean and in great condition. Kettle, teas, coffees and milk etc. A nespresso machine, fridge, tv, telephone, hair dryer. Shower and also a bath with another shower above

30am, one to Kos town and one to Kardamena. We decided to get the bus to Kos town, estimated journey time was 50 mins but I suspect this didn't account for all the pick ups at various hotels first

I have to clarify I am such a picky eater and even I had the time of my life with that buffet! The pool is exactly at the right temperature, not too cold and not too warm and you even have a cool entertainment team right there to make your sun bathing days as exiting as they should be! All in all this is a must stay at hotel if you visit Kos - the best island in Greece to spend your holidays!

A couple of small supermarkets and general stores are about 5-10 minutes walk towards Kos Town but you will need to hop in a taxi to reach the main shopping. centre, unless you want a 30 minute walk along the seafront

The table tennis table is also in an awkward place and in constant use, which can be noisy. The main downside with this hotel is the location. Although the hotel is self-sufficient, there are no real shops nearby

Everyone we dealt with was friendly and worked relentlessly to make our stay a memorable one. Thank you! The pools were really lovely, well appointed with sunbeds and with plenty of room to relax and swim

The layout of this large complex is good, but if you get a room near the bar/restaurant, you would have to put up with noise till after 23:00. There are also echoey corridoors, which amplify voices etc

This is a scruffy pathway, where you need to dodge bikes and scooters, unless you hire one yourself. We didn'f brave the busses but they are apparrently sporadic. The 'beach' is also a let down

Pool/Bar Area For us, there is a busy road to overcome which meant it's not quite as easy to simply nip back to the room as and when you needed to. As for the "no reserving sunbeds" rule, this clearly isn't acted on

€5 for a large beer is fine, considering what you're paying elsewhere, though somewhat disappointing to be charged €3 for a "Sprite", which turned out to be poured straight from a Lidl-branded lemonade 2l bottle! Breakfast We stayed on a B&B basis so went to the breakfast buffet each morning

This was outside the reception and over across a busy main road. Room As mentioned, we had to cross the a road out of Reception and then across a further busy road across to our building

The room itself is fine, but a little basic? We walked in and there were bunk beds in the main 'living' area, along with the usual kitchen appliances and a bedroom with two single beds

What I hadn't been aware of was the complex is spread across five different buildings, so by the time we got into our room, we felt detached from the rest of the hotel

The other lifeguard (Ianis?) is excellent at interacting with everyone too. Good idea with the QR codes around the pool so you order food/drinks to your sunlounger

Moreover, we felt completely comfortable and safe - even in Corona times, the best hygiene standards have always been exemplary

My husband and I stayed at Lango Hotel for a week and honestly I can't recommend it enough! Our room was a superior suite with a private pool and it was the most gorgeous space I've ever had the pleasure of spending time in

Anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway then this is definitely the place. Location of the hotel is spot on, they have there own beach across the road and it’s amazing. My wife and I will definitely be returning

From checking in to checking out, our experience at Lango hotel design & spa was incredible. The reception staff are so welcoming and friendly in particular Zinet! She is a credit to the team and Lango hotel

Great hotel, very nice and accomodating staff. Always genuinely happy to help. Great water slides for all ages. Ice cream and alcohol each meal! Fantastic view from every room and every corner of the hotel

Having read reviews prior to going I was a bit anxious about staying here, however myself, my husband and two of our children 12 & 16 have just had a great holiday at Kipriotis Aqualand

The lifeguards- in particular Yannis, he was brilliant especially with our son, he remembered his name every day and always spoke, cheered him on when doing throwing the ball competitions with his dad in the pool- he wasn't "whistle happy" unlike his colleague who was always on his phone and when he wasn't he was blowing his whistle, for things that had been happening for 30 mins right infront of...

The food- good, usual all inclusive food, remember this is a 3 star hotel don't expect Michelin! There was always something to eat, our children can be fussy but always managed to find something, there's chips, pizza and pasta every night as well as a huge variety of main dishes and puddings

Happy to help with anything if we asked- always greeting us with a smile could not fault any of them the whole waiting staff were great special mentions for Jun, Christina and the wonderful Dimitra and Makis- who always went above and beyond, happy to help and happy to accomodate

Room was cleaned daily- spotless, clean towels daily by our lovely cleaner very friendly, always had a smile. The pools- The main pool is where the entertainment is through the day, Zumba, aqua aerobics, games, darts

Excellent hotel which exceeded expectations. Superb location close to old town; but above all the general vibe, cleanliness, extremely friendly staff and very good amenities made for an excellent stay

The hotel's central location is a major advantage. It's a new and comfortable hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. My family and I also gave it top marks for cleanliness

The highlight of our stay was definitely the evening bar staff!!! Michael and Georgia deserve a special mention, always friendly, engaging, and full of energy, they made our nights truly enjoyable and added a personal touch that made us feel at home

Stayed 7 nights here in August 2025 and we're really glad we chose Blue Lagoon City. From check-in we were made to feel welcome and throughout our stay staff were friendly and professional

Staff clean around the clock, food is very healthy. Try salads and something different and your body will thank you. The entertainment was very good and the entertainment staff , dedicated to keeping The kids engaged

The staff were very helpful even taking care of my mums mobile phone they found until we retraced her steps to find it. Towels and rooms cleaned everyday (could do with washing the floor though)

We had a wonderful stay here, hotel is beautiful, well kept grounds, rooms cleaned everyday, food was lovely but what made it the most special for us was the friendly amazing staff

The room we were allocated was excellent with views of the harbour, was spacious and very clean. The only negative was there was a plastic toilet seat which moved when you sat down

Felt so comfortable there, travelling by myself. You could not ask for a better location. If you looking for a large, modern impersonal hotel then this is not you. It exceeded the 3 star rating in my eyes

If you enjoy shopping you will not be disappointed as there is a huge variety of shops in Kos. Overall an excellent holiday and would recommend a visit to this hotel

Family run and the team of staff from the reception to cleaners were fab, could not do enough to help and were always smiling. They all work so hard love the bar staff

This place takes your breath away when you walk through the lobby, out through the pool bar and you take in all of the vast pools! The outdoor space is really well designed and it never feels busy around the pools, which feature a mixture of Jacuzzi's, waterfalls and plenty of space for either proper swimming or bobbing around on inflatables

The breakfast is simply stunning and there is a huge selection, both from the buffet and waiter service, so it is entirely possible that you wouldn't need to eat again until the evening after enjoying all of the delights on offer! The cocktails also deserve a mention as they are incredibly tasty and well worth a try ( I recommend the frozen coconut mojito in particular!) Service and cleanliness can...

The hotel is in quite a remote location so unless you are going to hire transport, take the bus or get taxis elsewhere you are pretty restricted in terms of choice, but we were more than happy to use the pool bar for lunch snacks

I would thoroughly recommend getting a swim up room, it was amazing! The bedroom was spacious and immaculately clean, and the bed was huge and really comfortable. Food and drink was of an exceptional standard

There is a range of fabulous accommodation, most of which faces the pool, and we were thrilled to be given a swim up room which got the sun most of the day

Beach is okay and the hotel is a little isolated but regular bus stops outside the hotel to Kos town We have spent a few days at Tigaki beach which is great but you have to get a taxi to get there Highly recommend the hotel to anyone

The team make a special effort to get to know their guests which was greatly appreciated. The hotel room is basic however was always very clean as was the hotel overall

The food is average however there is always something to choose. The service in both the restaurant and hotel bar was excellent however with all staff working hard

We stayed on our honeymoon and we loved it. Hotel is basic and in room in need of face-lift but the staff are warm an welcoming. We've had no problem with the food and alcohol is what you expect from an all inclusive

Very clean and spacious rooms. Two swimming pools with crystal water. A perfect place for vacation very close to the center of Kos. The staff is very polite, friendly and helpful

The small things that might not be perfect are completely compensated by the hotel staff. As the island of Kos is already really nice, these friendly and courteous people made our vacation to something special

All rooms have bathroom, balcony, satellite 32' TV, refrigerator and hairdryer. The cocktail bar at the lobby serves incredible drinks with unique ingredients! It is a "must" hotel when you visit Kos!!9

The dinner is a good combination of Greek/Mediterranean Kitchen as well as other European and international touches. The rooms are equipped with "Coco-mat" ecological mattress for a relaxed sleep

We stayed here for two weeks and I honestly have to say that I never felt so comfortable in a hotel before. The hotel is quite simple but after the renovation, almost everything is nice and clean

The popular Lambi beach is just 200m from the hotel and the town center just 10 to 15 minutes walking down the road. There is a "Bus stop" in front of the hotel with frequent rides to Kos center

the kids entertainment was brilliant all staff was brilliant with my daughter. the pool and the slides were fantastic for children and the food was brilliant

Location and Accommodation: As a couple with two children (ages 8 and 4), we were very pleased with our family room, which included air conditioning and a balcony with a beautiful view of the sea and the Turkish coast

The food was amazing offering a vast, fresh and varied buffet where even the most fussiest could find plenty to eat. Our rooms were air conditioned, spacious and had stunning views

We went for a back massage at the Aegeo Spa my therapist was fragiski the full back massage was great highly recommend the spa treatment whilst you are here

30 am at ridiculous levels that made the rooms on the third floor vibrate. Also the gym is a paid extra and not included. 15 euros for three visits or 7 for one
