But for 3 weeks of vacation we found something fun: in the afternoon went to ride a kite on the Cape, there is a small point of surfers from Australia - funny guys there)) and in the evening from the hotel there is a bus into town, it stops near the main and probably the only bar street of the city
we are the family with 2 kids. We had a lot of fun inside and outside. Some places and attractions are a bit worn, but overall it was nice. Food was delicious all day and night. Staff was friendly and helpful
I do not understand why they close all pools at 6pm?. Some waitresses were not so friendly Entertainment team was good, fun and amusement for all age groups
next to the largest there is a snack bar where they serve the best gyros. There is also a bar with all kinds of drinks and spirits by each pool. The hotel area itself is very well-kept and ideal for walks
There are three swimming pools - one with 3 slides, the larger one with attractions for children and the largest one typically for relaxing and swimming
Food was OK, typical all inclusive food, our kids are picky but they ate everyday! Beer was OK, plenty of spirits available too Pools were good, filters had rusted and made them luck uninviting but they were fine

A good hotel on the very shores of the purest Aegean Sea. Nice area with two pools. It’s better not to say anything about Greek cuisine, you just need to enjoy it!
Well this was a lovely break for 7days and the suite we had was right on the beach. I’m going to give you my honest opinion as I know there been a few bad reviews. My suite was fantastic modern clean and tidy
Cocktails was a let down for me. I love a cocktail but sugar syrup and alcohol and soda water don’t make a good cocktail. I ended up going into Kos old town to cocktail bar and that was class
In the morning we asked reception if any other rooms were available and were taken to one of the rooms separate from the main building, the room we were shown was a ground floor apartment that had no rooms above us
The staff was very friendly and helpful, the manager himself was a really nice man and let us stay past our checkout time because of the toilet issue which was delt with very quickly
We did have an issue with the toilet press breaking but they was out straight away to fix it and even gave us the option to swap to another suite of the same quality

This should not be 5 stars hotel. 6 swimming pools (also 18+), but main one booked by towels since early morning. Really boring food - one week is more than enough to eat the same all the time
One of the biggest pools I've ever seen & a short walk to private beach (if only the local council would clear the plastic & debris from the return of the very long beach) ??
It was out daughters first holiday abroad and she had a brilliant time. The hotel is beautiful and although when we went the pool was very cold we still enjoyed ourselves
There's a variety of restaurants to eat in and we never got bored of the food. The Greek restaurant was our favourite. The beach is a 5 minute walk away and there is the water park right next door too
All the staff were friendly and were extremely good with our 3 year old (especially Arvin in the bar by reception who was always there to help out if she had a strop
We can not thank him enough for helping out and being so lovely. ) We loved our stay and will definitely be visiting again

We got nothing, no petals, nicely folded towels, a card, spa access, they completely did not acknowledge us in anyway. There was a couple with a private pool like us, and it was an ordinary holiday for them
They had been upgraded to a private pool room from a junior suite for free! (So it could be done). Other reasons for the reduced score are the themed Greek restaurant, the food was okay at best
For example the chicken was very dry. The outdoor area for our room had a private pool but smelt strongly of drains
Biggest problem was cold sea water pools and for this reason alone I suspect we wouldn't return
Beautiful hotel, great location. Mostly friendly staff. The rooms are cleaned every day. The only thing that disappointed me was that the room was tired, especially the bathroom. But all in all, another great holiday.
We booked this hotel as honeymooners knowing it was 5* and right on the beach. Our travel rep contacted the hotel on more than one occasion to make them aware and we booked the best room and board type available

A minor during this season is that the sun does not hit the private pool or deck but the main pool is fully enjoyable and in sun. The beach always had sun beds available and the sea was stunning and warm
The hotel was stunning and everybody was so friendly. The room was left spotless and she even left us flowers. Would definitely come here again. The building, pool and beach was amazing
I went with my 2 daughters and they loved the pool especially the saltwater one. We didn’t really use our private pool because it was too cold. Beautiful surroundings and taken care of
The evening cocktail bars were very relaxing and chilled out. Staff were very prompt and friendly with special mentions to Erika and Edi. Overall a fabulous holiday and would recommend to anyone
The beach bar staff were exceptional and we highly recommend visiting this bar. The bar was tremendous with great compliments of live bands playing throughout the nights
They really pay attention to every little detail and it makes it feel like home. The staff is extremely attentive and kind. I want to definitely book a return trip

Toiletries were very nice, full size Olivia Thinks which I confess to taking with me to give to my daughter Olivia! We had sliding doors out onto a terrace with sun loungers, chairs and a table which led to our swim up pool which was very much the highlight of our stay
The beach is beautiful, always free sun loungers to pick from, the water was warmer in the sea than the pool, just perfect! We loved having our lunch in the beach restaurant/cafe area, views out to sea, shady and breezy too
As an apology they offered us a 2pm check out which was appreciated. We went for a late lunch then chilled by the main pool, you can get half an hour in a room to shower/freshen up for free which we did 5pm to 5
My partner rarely goes into the pool but because we had our own little private area he did, everyday! Now this hotel is completely out of the way, which suits some but not others
We arrived at the hotel quite late, around 10pm I think. Check in was very pleasant, we were seated on comfy sofas, offered a wet towel and a drink
We were given a brown paper bag containing a sandwich, crisps, banana and carton of orange juice; although the sandwich was pretty dry and tasteless this was very well received! A lovely chap in a buggy took us and our luggage to our room

We stayed in one of the Premium bungalow, very clean, spacious, with the beautiful pool, all inclusive
The pool and bar area were good - it had a large pool where you could swim comfortably and there were plenty of sunbeds but we did come in October so towards the end of season so was not as busy
However we have visited towards the end of the season so there were plenty of sunbeds around the pool. The room was clean and had a massive walk in shower and double sinks
We had a superior bungalow which was really spacious on the inside especially for 2 people, and had its own sunbeds on an outdoor terrace as well as a table and chairs which were really handy
There was food everyday as well at the pool bar as well as ice cream and cakes. Food from here was always tasty, and although it was only a set meal every day we really enjoyed them
There were also a child’s pool and a premium area but since we were a couple and had not paid for that then I cannot comment. Food - the buffet was fine for us each day

I got the standard room overlooking the courtyard super cute and was still a good size room. I wish I got pics of the rooms but I did take pictures of the outside areas
The third floor pool and bar/cafe was just too cool and a great view into the harbor and the Mediterranean. Also, great places to eat, drink and shop whichever direction you decide to take
Our room was a bit upside down, bedroom was upstairs, but the wardrobes were downstairs had to be careful when using them. It was a wonderful holiday, thoroughly enjoyed it
Choose this hotel due to the location across the road from the port. Lovely hotel, very nice staff in reception and dining hall, very good choice for breakfast
I came back by myself a week later after missing the ferry after returning from Athens. They were again very accommodating and remembered me
Staff are very helpful and friendly. Great service had 2 issues with the door to room and the safe, both were dealt within about 10 minutes

We had breakfast included: loved it! There’s so much choice of food and it was delicious. The 2 swimming pools are both big and there’s a lot of poolbeds to chill at
2 nice and clean swimmingpools. We had a stay with breakfast and diner. At the buffet allergenic ingredients are mentioned (like soy, gluten, nuts). Next year we definitely will go back
Great holiday! Lovely quiet hotel, great pools and grounds, beautiful food, fantastic entertainment. Only negatives are - safe's cost 16 euros per week and the porter was a bit pushy for a tip
Walking from our room to the pool was beautiful and relaxing, because of the green garden and plants
Great holiday! Nice pool and cozy envoirement
Great (slightly dated) hotel with 2 large swimming pools. Rooms were quite small and boxy and our room was surrounded by roosters that were very noisy everyday at 5am

The decor and comfortable amenities left a positive impression on us and our children, though the loungers by the pool could have been a bit more comfortable
Impressions of the Stay: From the photos, it’s clear that the hotel provides ideal conditions for relaxation, both by the pool and on the comfortable loungers
” Attractions and Entertainment: The hotel has three pools of varying depths, including one for children, and a lifeguard on duty for safety
We arrived back home after a week at the Kipriotis Panorama, Kos. We had a super time - the hotel is lovely and clean - including the pool and restaurant
Dining and Restaurant: The hotel restaurant was spacious, offering a wide variety of food options, though the menu was somewhat repetitive, which could be challenging, especially for younger guests
However, it's worth noting that the immediate area around the hotel doesn't offer many additional tourist activities, and while the beach is decent, it’s not particularly picturesque

- One of the reasons why we chose the hotel was because of the baby pool, playground, and the description that they would be family friendly of the agency. The photos didn't correspond to reality
The staff was so polite, everyone was smiling every day and said good morning. We especially want to say thank you to Lucy, who cleaned our room, made wonderful swans that pleased us every day.
Realy traditional greek food with a special relaxing atmosphere. The best place you can try the original greek everything...
Good service, clean rooms, food is not always hot, bathroom facilities outdated. Good vibes 20 minute walk from the centre
- personal very competent, try to solve issues quickly. Negative: - We got one of the no renovated rooms. That didn't fulfill the western concept of a 4 star hotel. gel and shampoo were neither provided
Positive: - very postively surprised about the food quality and variety. This was great, 2 weeks there and had the feeling of eating diverse and healthy if you chose it

We never had to wait long for drinks in the restaurant and the bars. There are plenty of sun beds on the beach and around the pools and all the outside areas are kept scrupulously clean
We were spoilt for choice with food. The Island buffet restaurant provided such a huge variety of foods to suit all tastes and it was all hot and so tasty. Dishes were replenished as soon as they got low
From the moment we arrived, and the restaurant stayed open for us to eat, we knew this was a lovely hotel. The rooms are fabulous and kept so very clean, all the staff are friendly and helpful
A fantastic experience from start to finish. I was there with my two sons for a short holiday and we had a great time. Staff were amazing, food was good, the spa and treatments were the best
The girls in the spa were very professional and friendly. We will definitely be back and can’t wait
The quality of drinks surprised us, the wine was very drinkable, the cocktails tasty, and Prosecco…. I’ve been to many Greek hotels and this is by far the best

We're in the hotel right now and do not really understand some of the complaints below. The rooms are clean and spacey, stuff is friendly and the location is awesome - just a few minutes from town but very quiet
The room we have has a fabulous view of the sea, large room with a very comfortable bed. All the staff here are so polite and friendly. Used the Spa today again fabulous experience with well trained staff
Just one more thing to commend you on is the safety measures at meal times, everyone wearing mask when moving around then the added safety of wearing gloves whilst getting your food! Excellent measures
Discussion about it's 4 or 5 stars hotel seems to me pointless. Yes, we have been in more fancier places, but for this price we cant hardly imagine that this hotel should be better
Fabulous clean hotel, food is amazing great choices, we went into the Il Spuntino for tea. What a brilliant place waiter’s we’re brilliant made my wife day as it was her birthday
Food is being serve right here, not in sisters hotel and tastes great. Thank all the hotel stuff, we would love to come back again!

Room service did their best to keep our rooms tidy and supplied us with fresh clean towels for each day. If you would like to go to the beach ⛱️ there's a free of charge van that will take you down the hill
Sadly the water in the pools were a bit too cold, but we still have a lot of fun, with the temperature outside ( in the mid of October) was 26°C. Food that was served everyday was very tasty
A very nice looking complex of rooms located at the top of the hill with some stunning views. There are 4 swimming pools at the site where one of them is with 3 water slides
The ride to the city is about ten minutes. If you want amazing beaches, it's almost an hour's drive. Because the cost of a taxi is more expensive. Recommended for families with children because of the pools
The van is driving up and down every few minutes so don't worry if you miss it 😉 (he'll be back). There are some nice evening entertainment for kids and adults like Mini Disco for kids, Karaoke 🎤, Quiz games etc
It was up a short hill, so we got our steps in! The rooms we ok are little tired and could do with freshening up bit they were spacious and had a little kitchen area with a fridge, sink, small hob but no equipment to use it and there was a table for 4 in the room

I stayed at the hotel In September 2021. The place and location is perfect. 2 minutes to the port and city center. Nice shops and restaurants around. I can highly recommend the hotel and will be back
Short walk from the port. Located in a nice, friendly area. Close to the beach. Hospitable staff. Clean environment. Spacious room with balcony. Kitchenette. Very happy with my stay here.
Thank you for your great and helpful hospitality - especially to Nikki from the front desk. You made my time and stay at the Saint Constantine Hotel in Kos just perfect
It’s a nice hotel in general with friendly staff and an ok location. The only major problem was the bed which was way too hard to be comfortable.

We are back for our 3rd time this year [2024]. We stayed in room 329 in August 2023 and it was just great, a spacious room for 2 adults and 2 kids, clean and great views over pool and quiet balcony
A great place short way from Kos harbour. Lovely spacious garden and pool. A little wear and tear in the room but bed was great
I good friendly hotel with hard working staff.20 walk to Kos harbour and many tavernas nearby by. Drinks at the hotel very competitve served by the very friendly and effient Kirious.Pool is good and also a nice Jacuzzi.
Loved everything about Aegean Houses! Our room was spotless & spacious. The swimming pool was cleaned every evening. There was a great summer holiday vibe there, a great buzz but not too packed
Nice lobby and pool area. Very well maintained property. Short walk to the beach Nice restaurants & pub beside complex and only short 10 minutes walk to Kos town centre.
Great appartment, pool and location on Kos. Close to the beach (Lambi), Kos old town and supermarkets near by. We were happy with garden view with shadow during the day

Really wonderful 5 star hotel very good food would recommend going all inclusive, the pool is heated and very big and there are plenty of sun chairs
What a excellent Hotel also so much care and help from Reception staff to the wonderful housekeeper,James with the Kart who was always available and Marina the lifeguard who was also so caring and helpful The food and restaurant staff were so good too made a wonderful change that so much attention was paid to everything even the entertainment crew Will 💯recommend
very beautiful place, really clean, good service but I recommend you to get all inclusive because the mine restaurant it's one child Buffet its for 14€ lunch and if you want to get to a nice restaurant you have to go to kos center
I absolutely love the stay in this calm hotel. It's probably affected by the Corona virus, but still. The stuff is kind, smiling, helping. Variety of food is probably infinite and the space in rooms is very generous
Special thanks to Gabbi who was the resident entertainer, her energy was infectious and kept us all smiling! Also to Maria for her friendly restaurant service, and Lucas the lifeguard for all of his local knowledge

Nice place for those who love all inclusive holidays! Lots of snacks, dishes and desserts to choose. Decent drinks and relaxing pools.
During my recent stay at the hotel, the entertainment crew Mercy, Nachos, Cindy and Oli truly made the experience unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, their energy and enthusiasm were incredible
Rooms were not the greatest, slightly dated with appliances etc. The staff were really accommodating. Pool was nice and the all inclusive food and drinks were very good. Lovely location, easy walk to Kos
They were genuinely friendly, going out of their way to chat with people, learn names, and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Their sense of humor was a highlight keeping the mood light and enjoyable
I can’t praise them enough for the incredible job they did—this team is truly exceptional! Mercy always said ‘Hallelujah’ I liked it so much. Food was terrible and there are also ants in the room
Overall, the entertainment crew was a major and probably the biggest highlight of our stay. Their passion for what they do was evident, and they made each evening an event to look forward to

Great service and rooms but a bit far away from the city. Not too long though, the pool however was really full of chlorine which made it hard to get into. Overall, great experience.
functional clean, does the job, staff are nice.. Typical Greek apartment. If you want a villa get a villa. This is a standard apartment nice pool area. Kid friendly
A hotel with a great atmosphere. The charming hosts (from cleaners, kitchen to reception] and their hospitality are the 'Diamonds' of this boutique hotel. Dinner is delicate, served as an order 'a la carte'
I must say it was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Thank you Despina and Alex for making our stay so exceptional. And of course special thanks to the kitchen and cleaning staff
Friendly service- if a bit sloooow. Relatively small but perfect for this smaller hotel. Or hire bikes (5euros for the day) and spin around on those
The breakfast was so yummy 😋 the area is beautiful and quiet approx 12 minute walk from Kos Town. It gives lovely countryside vibe
