Our experience was like so many other reviews ... lovely staff, room needing a refresh, and food getting monotonous. They have wonderful staff which is a huge plus. The location is good although the sea gets a bit rough at times on the north side. There are car rentals everywhere so you can get to other beaches.

The experience there was great. The hotel has everything you could need or want. A beach, pool, bars with free alcoholic drinks, tasty food, and a kind reception. The manager himself was very helpful and professional. Free table tennis and tennis were a nice touch that delighted me. Staff at reception were very helpful and were able to point us in the right direction. The hotel had a room dedicated for leaving baggage and this facility also had showers and changing area which was perfect as we had to check out of our room on our last day at 11am but was not being collected until 8pm which meant we could still use the pool.

Actually a great hotel, but unfortunately it was far too crowded. The food wasn't very varied, but it was good. The buffet was much too small for the crowds. The taverna, by comparison, cooked very delicious Greek food. The resort was very nice. Here, too, the beach chairs cost €5. Our room had a wonderful view of the sea and the sunset.

Our 6th time in this hotel. Great as always. Staff friendly as always. No problem getting a sun bed but a lot does depend on time of the year but still beds available when I got up. Food is fine just don't try everything at once or you will say it's repetitive! Back again end of August for 3 weeks (never want to go home after 2) and can't wait

A mighty fine hotel, but they should enforce the 'no sunbed reservation' policy, right now there's an alco-team Polaczki Leżaczki that leave something tiny on the sunbed and disappear for hours, of course in the best sun time. Meh.

We had a lovely stay at the Harmony Crest Resort and felt very welcome due to the friendly and helpful staff. You have an amazing view on the sea, perfect in combination with the relaxed atmosphere. The hotel is very clean and perfectly decorated. The food is great.

We picked this hotel due to its private beachside location and proximity to Kos town, as the bus runs every 15- 25mins. The hotel was superb, excellent rooms with sunset views, superb food at both the gorgeous beach taverna or in the hotel restaurant. I cannot praise the staff enough. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, they really make you feel like family. Highly recommended.

There are couple things that are absolutely great about that place: first of all friendly stuff - always there to help, great example of Greek hospitality. We loved staying at Yiorgos hotel! The rooms are great, breakfast is yummy (and included!) and the staff are very friendly and hospitable!

This hotel deserves more than 2**. It's severe with basic amenities, but with great location, clean rooms (they are cleaned almost every day, including towel and linen change) and contributes full breakfast. Stayed for 6 nights. Overall reasonably good, with a wide range of decent food & drink available for an all in. The room itself was a good size, and comfortable, but was starting to look tired. The biggest drawback was the absolute & total lack of soundproofing between the room and the corridor. The first few nights we thought it was that the room was quiet - it was simply that there was no-one else...

Amazing hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel itself is very well kept and modern. The rooms are lovely and the balcony with chairs, tables and sunbed were perfect, just what we needed to enjoy the last few hours of the sunshine before evening. The food has been lovely, plenty of choice and attentive staff in the restaurant, nothing is too much trouble. The pools are great, plenty of choice...

Lovely clean hotel, very family friendly! Food, pools and bars were all great. Kids had a fabulous time on the slides and playing in the pool! We were concerned having seen reviews about the food but we ate really well, loved the fresh fish and salads. I imagine the people who didn't enjoy it are used to huge global buffets in massive hotels, which really isn't our thing so we were happy! Peaceful...

Third consecutive year here... For anyone worrying about their upcoming holiday because of the odd negative review and change in owners, we arrived last week it's still.oir favorite destination for both us and the children. If I hadn't read the reviews I wouldn't have even know of the change in owners. The restaurant was the same high quality as always, if anything it seemed better and had more salad...

Amazing hotel, 5 star service all staff are so friendly. Beds are so comfortable. Bus stop right outside hotel is very handy and beach is beautiful. Breakfast was yummy and lots of option only let down was the lunch so we did not dine in all inclusive restaurant very much. Lots of drink options. Italian restaurant is beautiful so definitely book this when you go. Had the best stay, thank you!

Beautiful hotel, warm and welcoming staff who do their very best to make your stay perfect. Staff always knew who we were, and remembered our room numbers. Great location that offers fabulous views of the amazing sunset away from the crowded areas but still with its own private serviced beach area. Pool and grounds were pristine. Breakfast really set you up for the day, with delicious made-to-order...

Hospitality, service and staff friendliness is incredible! Great location, the pool is fantastic the private beach a huge plus. Breakfast is fresh and delicious. Great restaurant on site! Very relaxing feels like home away from home. Spa treatments are divine! Will be back xxx

Amazing stay. The staff make it without a doubt. Pool area is one of the nicest I've ever experienced, and the discounted massage on arrival is worth every penny!

We enjoyed a wonderful meal at the restaurant. Both fish and meat were outstanding. Staff really paid attention to you, customers are feeling special there. Keep up the good work!
