Visited as a family with children, the staff were friendly and accommodating, kids club was great! The hotel overall is very nice, with a relaxed feeling and not too busy. Breakfast is great, but restaurant food could be better. Will visit again!

Fairly new hotel with basic spacious rooms. Usually a lot of all inclusive tourists here from western and eastern Europe. Front desk kind of friendly but also not trying too hard doing her job. Pool is nice but the stretcher toppers were all soaking wet and smelly old. Overall ok, but wouldn’t stay again. But maybe I’m also not the target group 😜

Great apartment, had microwave, toaster, all the cutlery even got washing up liquid and a cleaning sponge! We had requested one of the rooms were ground floor this wasn’t available. It’s a nice hotel in general with friendly staff and an ok location. The only major problem was the bed which was way too hard to be comfortable.

Hotel is at a convenient location, minutes walk to the beach, however 20 minutes walk to old town, which we didn’t mind. Rooms were good. Special mention to the night receptionist, very helpful guy, not so much the reception ladies during the day. The bartender is sweet too.

Had a great stay at Sandys. Friendly helpful people. We had an apartment. Clean and good beds. Also good restaurant. Nice Greek evening. Quietly situated on the edge of Kos Town. Rented bikes to see the island. We are there for the 7th time in 2023. All in all a successful holiday.

Had a wonderful holiday of nine days. Fantastic place and sat in a nice lodge. We called it our “Tiny House” it was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. Staff and owners extremely friendly and service oriented. Delicious breakfast and dinner for very little money. Had pleasant evenings. Definitely recommended. There was an earthquake 6,7R this July in Kos an the owner gave us the permission to spend some nights on the grass with our sleeping bags.

The infrastructure is a bit basic and the hotel is situated somewhat outside of the main touristic attractions (not very far away though), but the service, the sheer friendlyness of the staff makes up for a lot!
