Apartment Hotels in Kos Town

The hotel is made up of several blocks. We stayed in a first floor one bed apartment in one of the new blocks. Check in was easy & throughout our stay the reception staff were very helpful, including arranging car hire. Our apt had a kitchen with two single beds & a bedroom with double bed. Its really nice, the rooms are really big, and the people are friendly. The place is 20minut walk to the city. So if you want some rest its the perfect place to be. The swimmingpool and the space for laying in the sun is really big

The hotel was conveniently located near Kos Town, and the room was certainly good. There were four roosters that woke me up every day, that was not ideal, but I don't think the hotel can do anything about it. I saw them everywhere in Kos. Location: very well located, you can rent a bike from the city center and bike to the hotel, there are some beautiful beaches near by and also a lot of restaurants that provide free sun beds. Clean rooms and environment. Good size pool. Great food from poolside bar. Reasonably priced food and drinks. 100 yards from the beach. 1 mile from main town, many great restaurants within a few minutes walk.

It’s a nice hotel in general with friendly staff and an ok location. The only major problem was the bed which was way too hard to be comfortable.

Only stayed here for a couple of nights back in 2016. The suite was functional and had a great view over the sea and harbour. Back in 2016 it was showing signs of being run down with stained carpet outside the suite.

Hotel is at a convenient location, minutes walk to the beach, however 20 minutes walk to old town, which we didn’t mind. Rooms were good. Special mention to the night receptionist, very helpful guy, not so much the reception ladies during the day. The bartender is sweet too.

A great place short way from Kos harbour. Lovely spacious garden and pool. A little wear and tear in the room but bed was great. Food and drinks in the bar and restaurant was great Breakfast included all that i could wish for. And a special thanks to the staff wich made our week superb

The property has a nice pool and a cool bar, which gives a holiday vibe to the place. It is a bit far from the main touristic area, but very close to Lambi Beach. They allowed us an extra half an hour in the room at check-out, upon request and gave us some treats.

Since we love mylos beach, we chose this location because of easy transportation. the location of the hotel is great

Great apartment, had microwave, toaster, all the cutlery even got washing up liquid and a cleaning sponge! We had requested one of the rooms were ground floor this wasn’t available. The cleaner only came twice in seven days once to clean and once to empty bins and a friend in another apartment had to ask at reception twice before they cleaned it. the hotel has a rule about only to cleaning every 3 days. Day 4 I had to insist that we want cleaning. Had to empty bucket with toilet paper myself, which was full after 4 days. Loved our stay here. Staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Peter. The pool area and rooms are clean and drinks and food are not too expensive. Great location for us, not too close to the main hussle of the town but close enough to walk into every night if we wanted to. We had a lovely stay here. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was delicious with something for everyone. Best of all, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. It would be the perfect hotel for young families. The only slight downside is that it is about a 15 minute walk to the port. This was not a big problem. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I don’t even know where to start… the people are sooo nice! The girls at the front desk are always smiling and really kind; the people at the pool are really kind- in the mornings when I was there we played a game really fun and I met a lot of parole; the waiters at the restaurant are good. The pool is really big, there is a playground with a trampoline, minigolf, chess, and a beach volley sand field...

I genuinely enjoyed this vacation. Although I did not have high expectations, it turned out to be quite enjoyable. The entertainment organized by Panos was well-coordinated and entertaining. I particularly liked the water polo and personal training activities. Furthermore, the beauty of Kos Island left an impression on me.

It would be difficult to find a more friendly staff than at this hotel. We felt very welcome from the first minute. Excellent breakfast and amenities. Playground and kids activities held 6 times a week.

We stayed here last week. Had a great holiday! Staff are great made us feel very welcome great with our little boy. The food in the restaurant was really nice and not over priced. The room was pretty noisy but this was our own fault as we did not get the air conditioning so couldn't close the door as it was 38 degrees. All in all we had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend this to any family...

A nice surprise at Kos island! Extra large rooms, nice decoration, big bathrooms and lovely terrace! A bit crowded around the pool but still a lovely hotel. Ps: Very polite employees!!!

Fairly new hotel with basic spacious rooms. Usually a lot of all inclusive tourists here from western and eastern Europe. Front desk kind of friendly but also not trying too hard doing her job. Pool is nice but the stretcher toppers were all soaking wet and smelly old. Overall ok, but wouldn’t stay again. But maybe I’m also not the target group 😜

Great hotel, room was nice, has fridge. But the hotel is old but its very great beacause price is good compare to quality.

We ate in a lot of restaurants in Kos but here at sandy’s is the best food in whole Kos!! It is very cozy here and very chill. The service is very good.

This is the place to go if you want to explore Koz, it's beaches and restaurants, and don't just want to stay on a complex. A gem of a location among olive groves but beach and town are a 10 minute cycle ride for all ages up to 80. Best for singles, couples, young families and the over 50s. Our boisterous teenagers were a bit too full-on around the pool for the other guests. Rooms are basic but well maintained. On site restaurant and bar open all day. Good food and service.

We really enjoyed this place: the room was confortable and well designed and extremely clean. Impeccable service: the only thing is that the location is not perfect, and you do need a car.

There was an earthquake 6,7R this July in Kos an the owner gave us the permission to spend some nights on the grass with our sleeping bags.
