Perfect hotel for a stay in Kos. Very good breakfast and kind workers. Reception is always available for questions and to help you. The mountain view and the sea view are beautiful. The room gets cleaned everyday and they change the towels and bedsheets regularly.

We only stayed for a couple of nights so the room didn't need to be cleaned so not an issue like in other reviews. Staff were friendly and helpful, there's a great little supermarket close by too, handy for little bits. it's quiet in the evenings (midweek anyway) ... For the price i swear some reviews seem to think they are royalty on a budget... Fully recommended

Really enjoyed our stay here. Rooms are a good size and very comfortable, with working AC and a lovely little balcony. There was also a fridge in the room. Given the high prices generally in Kos, the room was good value. We didn't eat here so I can't comment on the food but there are lots of great bars and restaurants close by.

It is an old hotel that lacks some little things like shampoo and shower gel in shower but the staff is pretty nice and helpful. An old lady from my tour group had a problem with her room card and they helped immediately. The bar and reception staff are what make this hotel so good. Very friendly and helpful. Spent a great 11 nights here with my daughter. Breakfast is brilliant especially the greek breakfast. Very central to all beach areas and town centre. Nice relaxed pool areas. Sometimes noisy at night in the halls but otherwise great value and will definitely be back

It said soundproofing but there was none at all and hallway was very loud at night. Fabulous week at pavlos ... location is perfect for exploring in every direction and only about 10 minutes walk to either the beach, the port, or old town ... all the staff are very friendly and someones always available on reception ... pool area is good considering its in the town, especially for an afternoon dip and some late sun after the beach ... rooms not modern but very nice, spacious and cleaned...

This hotel is incredible for the price. The staff they have is simply wonderful, they are friendly and polite, when you have a problem they help you right away. The food is amazing and so are the drinks. The pool is very good and the location is perfect, you are in the middle of everything. It is very quiet and cozy, without a doubt I would repeat many more times.

The hotel has a really good location, the main bus stop is 10-15 min walk. The room was big and clean. The stuff was really friendly and the reception was open 24/7.

Me and my girlfriend had the most amazing stay. Evertone at the hotel was so nice, amazing view and we enjoyed every second!

It seems they have relocated (to across the street), so that might explain the other reviews calling it a 'scam'. The hotel is very nice, and so is the staff. Breakfast is good (though only 1 or 2 variable choices each day), with fresh fruits. Room and bathroom were cozy for 2 guests, but we had a nice balcony to sit on (and when you're in Kos, you won't be spending much time in your hotelroom anyway...

Stayed for 4 night , last minute booking. The staff were lovely, had abit of trouble with our room when we arrived, but it was sorted straight away. Boris and family made our day with their hospitality during our day in Kos! We were able to keep our luggage at their hotel while we explored the island and they even helped us carry our bags and drove us to the ferry station. Truly a WONDERFUL family! The Hotel has pritty lame rules. Small rooms. But for the very low price it's totaly fine for me. Fits my needs.

Nice family run hotel with a good pool area and a bar thats well priced with a good selection of food. The rooms are small but clean and the staff are all friendly. The breakfast is a little lax in choice but for a 7 night stay will be ample. The hotel is located a short 5 minute walk from the beach and a 15 minute walk to the main part of town.

Exceptional hotel. Our second visit. Extremely clean, pool furniture like new, GREAT location right by Lambi beach (which is gorgeous), only 5 minute walk to bustling Kos Town, LOADS of restaurant choices. We stayed here 3 nights and was brilliant! Hotel was gorgeous and the pool area was fab. We went to the pool in both morning and afternoon and there was a choice of sunbeds both times. Breakfast was great - plenty of choice and included in the price. Close to everything you could want in Kos town.

We here now 4 days. A very warm welcoming. Great bar staff. Thr water in the pool is exactly on the right temperature to swim at any time of the day. Lovely cocktails too.

We loved staying at Yiorgos hotel! The rooms are great, breakfast is yummy (and included!) and the staff are very friendly and hospitable!

This hotel deserves more than 2**. It's severe with basic amenities, but with great location, clean rooms (they are cleaned almost every day, including towel and linen change) and contributes full breakfast. A reception is open 24/7 and the staff is very polite and helpfull, especially the host who is always ready to help and gives guests smile. I recommend this place!

The 2 holland women are very kind funny and professional. The hotel is very near to old city port and city beach. They kept for us for 2 days big luggages for our trip in Astipalea. Besides of that we had a sudden problem and they allowed us to cancel the reservation without fees. Very very advised!!!!

Small property, close to center of town. Older building, very clean, very safe. Two stories (levels) no elevator. Small basic rooms, firm mattresses, decent size bathrooms . Very good for the price.

We only spent 1 night here. The lady at the reception was friendly and helpful. Although the rooms have a decoration from the 90s, we liked this nostalgia at one point. The important thing was that the rooms were clean and we did not have a problem with this. they let us leave our suitcases there for a few hours on the day we checked out.

The location of the hotel is good and very close to the city center, the cleanliness is very excellent, the quietness is wonderful, the receptionist is very nice, but the mattresses are bad, I recommend it to anyone who wants to take it for one night, no more .

This is a quiet place only 5-10 minutes walking from the beach. We booked this for a night while on Kos. The man running the place is a very very friendly older Greek man who was very helpful. The location was fine, rooms were clean, and breakfast was as expected for hotel standards. Our major complaint was that the air-conditioner would shut off after a few hours. We asked last minute if there was a room available. The staff are understanding and friendly. Good service and the rooms are neat. It's not luxurious, but you don't expect that from a 2-star hotel.
