Perfect hotel for a stay in Kos. Very good breakfast and kind workers. Reception is always available for questions and to help you. The mountain view and the sea view are beautiful. The room gets cleaned everyday and they change the towels and bedsheets regularly.

The bar and reception staff are what make this hotel so good. Very friendly and helpful. Spent a great 11 nights here with my daughter. Breakfast is brilliant especially the greek breakfast. Rooms are a bit dated and tv didnt work. Also had stained bedsheets and pillows upon arrival as well as some marks on the wall. It said soundproofing but there was none at all and hallway was very loud at night. Apart from this the pool area was nice with a nice bar and staff always friendly but i would struggle to give it more than 3 stars due to the faults with the room.

Fabulous week at pavlos ... location is perfect for exploring in every direction and only about 10 minutes walk to either the beach, the port, or old town ... all the staff are very friendly and someones always available on reception ... pool area is good considering its in the town, especially for an afternoon dip and some late sun after the beach ... rooms not modern but very nice, spacious and cleaned...

This hotel is incredible for the price. The staff they have is simply wonderful, they are friendly and polite, when you have a problem they help you right away. The food is amazing and so are the drinks. The pool is very good and the location is perfect, you are in the middle of everything. It is very quiet and cozy, without a doubt I would repeat many more times.

We only stayed for a couple of nights so the room didn't need to be cleaned so not an issue like in other reviews. Staff were friendly and helpful, there's a great little supermarket close by too, handy for little bits. it's quiet in the evenings (midweek anyway) ... For the price i swear some reviews seem to think they are royalty on a budget... Fully recommended

Really enjoyed our stay here. Rooms are a good size and very comfortable, with working AC and a lovely little balcony. There was also a fridge in the room. Given the high prices generally in Kos, the room was good value. We didn't eat here so I can't comment on the food but there are lots of great bars and restaurants close by.

It is an old hotel that lacks some little things like shampoo and shower gel in shower but the staff is pretty nice and helpful. Nice family run hotel with a good pool area and a bar thats well priced with a good selection of food. The rooms are small but clean and the staff are all friendly. Exceptional hotel. Our second visit. Extremely clean, pool furniture like new, GREAT location right by Lambi beach (which is gorgeous), only 5 minute walk to bustling Kos Town, LOADS of restaurant choices. We stayed here 3 nights and was brilliant! Hotel was gorgeous and the pool area was fab. We went to the pool in both morning and afternoon and there was a choice of sunbeds both times. Breakfast was great - plenty of choice and included in the price. Close to everything you could want in Kos town.

This hotel deserves more than 2**. It's severe with basic amenities, but with great location, clean rooms (they are cleaned almost every day, including towel and linen change) and contributes full breakfast. A reception is open 24/7 and the staff is very polite and helpfull, especially the host who is always ready to help and gives guests smile. I recommend this place!

Yiorgos is a value for money, near to beach and city centre Hotel. Provides complimentary wifi and breakfast. It will be a pleasant stay at Yiorgos for any traveler to Kos.

The 2 holland women are very kind funny and professional. The hotel is very near to old city port and city beach. They kept for us for 2 days big luggages for our trip in Astipalea. Besides of that we had a sudden problem and they allowed us to cancel the reservation without fees. Very very advised!!!!

Small property, close to center of town. Older building, very clean, very safe. Two stories (levels) no elevator. Small basic rooms, firm mattresses, decent size bathrooms . Very good for the price.

We only spent 1 night here. The lady at the reception was friendly and helpful. Although the rooms have a decoration from the 90s, we liked this nostalgia at one point. The important thing was that the rooms were clean and we did not have a problem with this. they let us leave our suitcases there for a few hours on the day we checked out.

Cozy family hotel near to the town. The staff is very friendly, the hotel is clean and the rooms are comfortable. It also has a swimming pool. The location is perfect if you want to visit the town, because you can reach the city center by foot in 10-15 minutes. Many good restaurants are a couple of minutes away and you can reach very beautiful beaches with facilities in 10 minutes by bike.

I stayed a couple of nights at the Catherine hotel and found it very comfortable. The staff were most helpful and spoke good English. I was en route to Bodrum in Turkey and when I found I could not take my motorbike, it was no problem for me to leave it there for the rest of the week. Boris and family made our day with their hospitality during our day in Kos! We were able to keep our luggage at their hotel while we explored the island and they even helped us carry our bags and drove us to the ferry station. Truly a WONDERFUL family! I had a very nice stay at the Olympia hotel back in September. The rooms were nice, luminous and had balconies. The lady at the reception was very friendly and competent. They also serve breakfast every morning. The only con was the tiny shower, were water was leaking from after very time I had a shower. But except this everything was perfect. I recommend it.

Nicely located hotel with renovated and clean rooms. Breakfast and service were also good. We just stayed there for a night but I would choose it again. The only negative thing was that our room had a window looking in the laundry area which was a bit noisy. A window net would be also a good idea.

Situated a few steps to the harbour this hotel is very pleasant place to spend a few nights in the heart of Kos Town if you don't need luxury . The hotel is not a new one but the simple rooms with balcony are cosy and clean and everybody is pretty friendly. I personally enjoyed it.

We really liked this family owned hotel. We had room 212. A small balcony that had the view of the bay from one side. Comfortable to sit in the evening and have a glass of wine. The bed was good. Clean simple room very small TV with basic channels which is installed too far and too high from the bed considering the size of the TV no wifi or I was not informed about it. Not recommended if the price gets above 30 euro unless you have nowhere else to go.
