Our experience was like so many other reviews ... lovely staff, room needing a refresh, and food getting monotonous. They have wonderful staff which is a huge plus. The location is good although the sea gets a bit rough at times on the north side. There are car rentals everywhere so you can get to other beaches.

The experience there was great. The hotel has everything you could need or want. A beach, pool, bars with free alcoholic drinks, tasty food, and a kind reception. Staff at reception were very helpful and were able to point us in the right direction. The hotel had a room dedicated for leaving baggage and this facility also had showers and changing area which was perfect as we had to check out of our room on our last day at 11am but was not being collected until 8pm which meant we could still use the pool.

Actually a great hotel, but unfortunately it was far too crowded. The food wasn't very varied, but it was good. The buffet was much too small for the crowds. The taverna, by comparison, cooked very delicious Greek food. The resort was very nice. Here, too, the beach chairs cost €5. Our room had a wonderful view of the sea and the sunset.

Our 6th time in this hotel. Great as always. Staff friendly as always. No problem getting a sun bed but a lot does depend on time of the year but still beds available when I got up. Fairly new hotel with basic spacious rooms. Usually a lot of all inclusive tourists here from western and eastern Europe. Front desk kind of friendly but also not trying too hard doing her job. There are couple things that are absolutely great about that place: first of all friendly stuff - always there to help, great example of Greek hospitality. This is a 3 star hotel at most. The staff are absolutely lovely but the actual hotel is not nice. Rooms are dated, bathrooms are old, the pool is not one of a boutique hotel. The location is good. I wouldn’t stay here again. The property is not maintained well, there is clear limescale on the bathroom walls and there is missing skirting board in the rooms.

The cleaner only came twice in seven days once to clean and once to empty bins and a friend in another apartment had to ask at reception twice before they cleaned it. Very lovely people work here, a lovely lady welcomed us and they had our room ready early which was amazing, great location, just off of the beach that has bars and sun beds, 10min walk to kos town!
