Starting from the first minute we entered, all the hotel members were super welcoming, kind and good-humored. Particularly Ms Elif who is responsible at reception really did take care of us. It's a very nice hotel, can recommend the harbour view rooms, other than that the rooms at the back don't have a particularly nice outlook. Staff are excellent, especially the lady at the front of the breakfast room. Still find the tourist tax unnecessary and just a money making scheme.
