But for 3 weeks of vacation we found something fun: in the afternoon went to ride a kite on the Cape, there is a small point of surfers from Australia - funny guys there)) and in the evening from the hotel there is a bus into town, it stops near the main and probably the only bar street of the city
we are the family with 2 kids. We had a lot of fun inside and outside. Some places and attractions are a bit worn, but overall it was nice. Food was delicious all day and night. Staff was friendly and helpful
I do not understand why they close all pools at 6pm?. Some waitresses were not so friendly Entertainment team was good, fun and amusement for all age groups
next to the largest there is a snack bar where they serve the best gyros. There is also a bar with all kinds of drinks and spirits by each pool. The hotel area itself is very well-kept and ideal for walks
There are three swimming pools - one with 3 slides, the larger one with attractions for children and the largest one typically for relaxing and swimming
the complex is located almost next to the beach - separated by a road. ideal for families with children

A good hotel on the very shores of the purest Aegean Sea. Nice area with two pools. It’s better not to say anything about Greek cuisine, you just need to enjoy it!
Well this was a lovely break for 7days and the suite we had was right on the beach. I’m going to give you my honest opinion as I know there been a few bad reviews. My suite was fantastic modern clean and tidy
My partner booked us an all inclusive holiday here and the room and views were amazing and very clean and tidy, however the reception staff was quite moody and rude imo, the food was okay but quite repetitive and the drinks at the bar was very limited considering it being all inclusive entertainment was good quite enjoyed it the location on the beach was spectacular regarding views and sea breeze ...
I'm here for a month and so far it's been great rooms dated but very clean towels changed every other day food is ok something for everyone gyros at pool bar lovely beer is a bit weak no spirits till 5 and tonic is not good so got some from shop !!! Only negative is 👎 on site laundry which is a must for a month and family s with kids !! anyway over all a great holiday for the price
Food - there was a good variety. All inclusive program is perfect. The zero sugar soft drinks was only cola. No fruit soda zero sugar options. Service was exactly as I prefer, not in your face or over the top
We found a map in reception on last day they should give everyone one as they arrive and a welcome letter that includes check out time, room service times etc. would definitely stay again though

The hotel is stunning, exceptionally well maintained with plenty of pools, bars and restaurants as well as beautiful views across the sea
Biggest problem was cold sea water pools and for this reason alone I suspect we wouldn't return
Hotel policy seems to be that you cannot reserve pool loungers by placing towels on them, but we were confronted by a French family who insisted that they had “booked” our loungers
We booked this hotel as honeymooners knowing it was 5* and right on the beach. Our travel rep contacted the hotel on more than one occasion to make them aware and we booked the best room and board type available
We got nothing, no petals, nicely folded towels, a card, spa access, they completely did not acknowledge us in anyway. There was a couple with a private pool like us, and it was an ordinary holiday for them
They had been upgraded to a private pool room from a junior suite for free! (So it could be done). Other reasons for the reduced score are the themed Greek restaurant, the food was okay at best

The room which we stayed in was a family room with private pool and was always maintained and stocked for our visit
A minor during this season is that the sun does not hit the private pool or deck but the main pool is fully enjoyable and in sun. The beach always had sun beds available and the sea was stunning and warm
The hotel was stunning and everybody was so friendly. The room was left spotless and she even left us flowers. Would definitely come here again. The building, pool and beach was amazing
I went with my 2 daughters and they loved the pool especially the saltwater one. We didn’t really use our private pool because it was too cold. Beautiful surroundings and taken care of
The beach bar staff were exceptional and we highly recommend visiting this bar. The bar was tremendous with great compliments of live bands playing throughout the nights
The evening cocktail bars were very relaxing and chilled out. Staff were very prompt and friendly with special mentions to Erika and Edi. Overall a fabulous holiday and would recommend to anyone

Location and Accommodation: As a couple with two children (ages 8 and 4), we were very pleased with our family room, which included air conditioning and a balcony with a beautiful view of the sea and the Turkish coast
However, it's worth noting that the immediate area around the hotel doesn't offer many additional tourist activities, and while the beach is decent, it’s not particularly picturesque
” Attractions and Entertainment: The hotel has three pools of varying depths, including one for children, and a lifeguard on duty for safety
Dining and Restaurant: The hotel restaurant was spacious, offering a wide variety of food options, though the menu was somewhat repetitive, which could be challenging, especially for younger guests
However, vegetarian and gluten-free options were available. The ultra all-inclusive package provided a good selection of drinks, although they weren't particularly “fancy
Rental Services and Surroundings: There are car rental services nearby (just 300 meters from the hotel), making it easy to organize self-guided trips

Have stayed twice now at this beautiful hotel in the heart of Kos Town. Its in a perfect location for both beaches and the old town with lovely views over the harbour. Very friendly and helpful staff
I had nice spacious loft room. Pool is good with fun rooftop bar. Nice breakfast in the morning too
Would definitely return when next in Kos (maybe pay for an upgrade to a sea view room)
I couldn't have asked for a better place to work and relax. The entire staff, especially Theo and the other receptionist, were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay
I got the standard room overlooking the courtyard super cute and was still a good size room. I wish I got pics of the rooms but I did take pictures of the outside areas
The third floor pool and bar/cafe was just too cool and a great view into the harbor and the Mediterranean. Also, great places to eat, drink and shop whichever direction you decide to take

Toiletries were very nice, full size Olivia Thinks which I confess to taking with me to give to my daughter Olivia! We had sliding doors out onto a terrace with sun loungers, chairs and a table which led to our swim up pool which was very much the highlight of our stay
The beach is beautiful, always free sun loungers to pick from, the water was warmer in the sea than the pool, just perfect! We loved having our lunch in the beach restaurant/cafe area, views out to sea, shady and breezy too
As an apology they offered us a 2pm check out which was appreciated. We went for a late lunch then chilled by the main pool, you can get half an hour in a room to shower/freshen up for free which we did 5pm to 5
My partner rarely goes into the pool but because we had our own little private area he did, everyday! Now this hotel is completely out of the way, which suits some but not others
We arrived at the hotel quite late, around 10pm I think. Check in was very pleasant, we were seated on comfy sofas, offered a wet towel and a drink
We were given a brown paper bag containing a sandwich, crisps, banana and carton of orange juice; although the sandwich was pretty dry and tasteless this was very well received! A lovely chap in a buggy took us and our luggage to our room

We had breakfast included: loved it! There’s so much choice of food and it was delicious. The 2 swimming pools are both big and there’s a lot of poolbeds to chill at
2 nice and clean swimmingpools. We had a stay with breakfast and diner. At the buffet allergenic ingredients are mentioned (like soy, gluten, nuts). Next year we definitely will go back
Great holiday! Lovely quiet hotel, great pools and grounds, beautiful food, fantastic entertainment. Only negatives are - safe's cost 16 euros per week and the porter was a bit pushy for a tip
The location is also great: you have a private beach and you can easily rent a car or bike or take the bus down the road to get to places
Walking from our room to the pool was beautiful and relaxing, because of the green garden and plants
Great holiday! Nice pool and cozy envoirement

Room service did their best to keep our rooms tidy and supplied us with fresh clean towels for each day. If you would like to go to the beach ⛱️ there's a free of charge van that will take you down the hill
The all inclusive features soda drinks at the pool! Pokemon players will have to walk a bit ;)
A very nice looking complex of rooms located at the top of the hill with some stunning views. There are 4 swimming pools at the site where one of them is with 3 water slides
Booked 5 days through half term, it was coming to the end of Greece holiday season, so other sister hotels we could use as part of the all-inclusive were closed down. The hotel we stayed in was nice
Sadly the water in the pools were a bit too cold, but we still have a lot of fun, with the temperature outside ( in the mid of October) was 26°C. Food that was served everyday was very tasty
There was a range of deserts too. The pool areas were nice but at this time of year, the water was a bit fresh, too cold for me to go in but others did go in

I have only been here 1 day and so far so good, its nice to have the sea right on your doorstep and the pool is big.
We stayed in one of the Premium bungalow, very clean, spacious, with the beautiful pool, all inclusive
However we have visited towards the end of the season so there were plenty of sunbeds around the pool. The room was clean and had a massive walk in shower and double sinks
The pool and bar area were good - it had a large pool where you could swim comfortably and there were plenty of sunbeds but we did come in October so towards the end of season so was not as busy
We had a superior bungalow which was really spacious on the inside especially for 2 people, and had its own sunbeds on an outdoor terrace as well as a table and chairs which were really handy
There were a range of cocktails, wine beer spirits and soft drinks available on all inclusive from the pool bar and they were all more than satisfactory

- One of the reasons why we chose the hotel was because of the baby pool, playground, and the description that they would be family friendly of the agency. The photos didn't correspond to reality
The staff was so polite, everyone was smiling every day and said good morning. We especially want to say thank you to Lucy, who cleaned our room, made wonderful swans that pleased us every day.
Realy traditional greek food with a special relaxing atmosphere. The best place you can try the original greek everything...
Good service, clean rooms, food is not always hot, bathroom facilities outdated. Good vibes 20 minute walk from the centre
- personal very competent, try to solve issues quickly. Negative: - We got one of the no renovated rooms. That didn't fulfill the western concept of a 4 star hotel. gel and shampoo were neither provided
Positive: - very postively surprised about the food quality and variety. This was great, 2 weeks there and had the feeling of eating diverse and healthy if you chose it

Nice place for those who love all inclusive holidays! Lots of snacks, dishes and desserts to choose. Decent drinks and relaxing pools.
During my recent stay at the hotel, the entertainment crew Mercy, Nachos, Cindy and Oli truly made the experience unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, their energy and enthusiasm were incredible
Rooms were not the greatest, slightly dated with appliances etc. The staff were really accommodating. Pool was nice and the all inclusive food and drinks were very good. Lovely location, easy walk to Kos
They were genuinely friendly, going out of their way to chat with people, learn names, and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Their sense of humor was a highlight keeping the mood light and enjoyable
I can’t praise them enough for the incredible job they did—this team is truly exceptional! Mercy always said ‘Hallelujah’ I liked it so much. Food was terrible and there are also ants in the room
Overall, the entertainment crew was a major and probably the biggest highlight of our stay. Their passion for what they do was evident, and they made each evening an event to look forward to

This has to be one of the best locations on the Greek Island of Kos. I had previously stayed and enjoyed the views and cleanliness of the rooms, so it was time to return
the hotel is clean and in a good location. the swimming pool is not allowed, but you can use the sister hotel's pool 500m away. comprehensive breakfast and good service. the gym room is really small and hot in the summer
Every room has a sea view…brilliant. Nice little balcony with table and two chairs. The balcony has a clear fence/railing so your seated view is unimpeded…also brilliant. Room is clean lines, modern, very attractive
Great location, right at the entrance to the old town but still has clean lovely seaside for a swim. Our room was amazing with stunning view. Staff helpful and great service. Will stay there again when I visit Kos
I love rooms with sea view. But the room I stayed in Kos Aktis was the best gift I gave myself. It's like being in the wheelhouse of a ship on the ocean, but you're actually on land! ❤️
The restaurant delivered for a delicious dinner also, but book as it’s hard to secure a table. It was peak season so rooms were also in high demand so book well in advance

The top rooms have there own pool and over looks the sea which is wonderful, but are next to the road, very poor design. Not good news if you are a light sleeper and you don't love traffic noise.
An Unforgettable Stay at the Diamond Deluxe Hotel on Kos! We spent an amazing 13 days at the Diamond Deluxe Hotel! I especially want to highlight the incredibly friendly and welcoming staff, who created such a warm atmosphere from the moment we arrived until the day we left
Just a magnificent place! Every little thing about this hotel makes you feel welcome. From the moment you check in the staff is there for you with a hospitality that's out of this world
Each dish is lovingly prepared, offering a fantastic selection of Greek and international delights. An absolute treat that made our stay even more unforgettable
Large, lovely pools, enough sunbeds for everyone and a calm atmosphere. There was a DJ playing good music in the evening at the pool bar, but this did not create noise in the room when going to bed
The pool service 100% - prices normal and all the drinks and cocktails are top. I was not expecting this level of quality but you must consider this hotel

Really wonderful 5 star hotel very good food would recommend going all inclusive, the pool is heated and very big and there are plenty of sun chairs
What a excellent Hotel also so much care and help from Reception staff to the wonderful housekeeper,James with the Kart who was always available and Marina the lifeguard who was also so caring and helpful The food and restaurant staff were so good too made a wonderful change that so much attention was paid to everything even the entertainment crew Will 💯recommend
Very clean hotel with good food and a nice person. The beach deserves a little love. Thanks to Gabi for the great entertainment. You're the best animator I've ever met and we had a lot of fun. 👍
very beautiful place, really clean, good service but I recommend you to get all inclusive because the mine restaurant it's one child Buffet its for 14€ lunch and if you want to get to a nice restaurant you have to go to kos center
I absolutely love the stay in this calm hotel. It's probably affected by the Corona virus, but still. The stuff is kind, smiling, helping. Variety of food is probably infinite and the space in rooms is very generous
Special thanks to Gabbi who was the resident entertainer, her energy was infectious and kept us all smiling! Also to Maria for her friendly restaurant service, and Lucas the lifeguard for all of his local knowledge

Anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway then this is definitely the place. Location of the hotel is spot on, they have there own beach across the road and it’s amazing. My wife and I will definitely be returning

Absolutely stunning hotel, really modern and clean! Loved our stay here, friendly and helpful staff! Very relaxing vibe, stunning pool, and good facilities! Food was sometimes amazing, and others were just okay
From checking in to checking out, our experience at Lango hotel design & spa was incredible. The reception staff are so welcoming and friendly in particular Zinet! She is a credit to the team and Lango hotel
The rooms and all the facilities are excellent. Very special place and extremely great stuff

The surrounding areas outside the hotel were quite run down but we had everything we needed inside the hotel so not much need to leave! The private pools are not heated but in the hot weather this was fine and not bad at all once you got in! Staff are very attentive, they even checked their records and saw that it was my husband's birthday while we were away and brought him a cake
Beautiful hotel, warm and welcoming staff who do their very best to make your stay perfect. Staff always knew who we were, and remembered our room numbers
Great location that offers fabulous views of the amazing sunset away from the crowded areas but still with its own private serviced beach area. Pool and grounds were pristine
Breakfast really set you up for the day, with delicious made-to-order, as well as buffet items. Lovely spacious and well appointed rooms
Hospitality, service and staff friendliness is incredible! Great location, the pool is fantastic the private beach a huge plus. Breakfast is fresh and delicious
Well designed, new hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. The pool area is beautiful, nice private beach across the road with table service.

We went self catering, but eat out most of the time. I would comment that the kitchen utensils & cups etc were spotless. The pool was a traditional rectangular shape & although quite big, it did tend to get over crowded
I thought it would be better if I went to any normal swimming pool in any Dutch village
The hotel is made up of several blocks. We stayed in a first floor one bed apartment in one of the new blocks. Check in was easy & throughout our stay the reception staff were very helpful, including arranging car hire
Our apt had a kitchen with two single beds & a bedroom with double bed. The rooms were made up every day & were clean, comfortable & spacious. A special thanks to our cleaner Anna & her ever smiling, friendly colleagues
The bar did the usual range of hot, cold & alcoholic drinks, although apart from the Wednesday happy hour, the alcohol was quite expensive. 8 to 10 euro's for a cocktail & 5 euro's for a large beer
As for the bar food, it was excellent quality & the portions a good size & value for money. If you do want to self cater, there is a well stocked supermarket called BamBam across the road

Lovely hotel a short walk from harbour. Very friendly staff - always smiling! Rooms amazingly clean, bed very comfortable, nice size room - we are on 1st floor overlooking the pool
They are wonderful staff and deserve a bonus and recognition ❤️ Sadly not enough pool beds and people reserve these meaning others cannot use them which is not good. The games room needs an air-conditioner also
The rooms were spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed, ensuring a relaxing stay. The hotel’s amenities, including the pool and fitness center, were well-maintained and added to the overall experience
The hotel is quiet yet perfectly situated blocks from the water and old town. The pool and pool bar was a great touch. Loved the stay in every possible way
Great pool, clean modern rooms, good location close to the old town, excellent breakfast buffet and the staff were soo sweet
the breakfast buffet has a big selection of greek and international food, we really enjoyed eating and staying there ☺️ it's located only 5 minutes away from the port and the center everyone was so friendly to us and made us feel welcomed !
