We were expecting to come for a relaxed stay, unfortunately due to quite some guests, who refused to behave and keep silent in the night time, we were leaving disappointed and tired. Very friendly and kind host. The rooms are cleaned well. Also good location. 1 min walk from the beach and 5 minutes from all the shops.

Clean, close to sea, close to shops, good value for money. On the other hand the ACs are quite slow and the water from the sink or shower would overflow in the bathroom easily.

We spent a 12 days couple holiday here. Wonderful place, with beautiful spacious rooms and large terrace. Well equipped with bathroom and separate toilet, 2 aircos, fridge, espresso maker and kettle! The garden is beautiful an oasis of relaxation, quietly located while only 1 min walk away from the beach, the pool and the affiliated restaurant Pierros which we would totally also recommend.

Though this place has a very central location in Laganas, it is very quiet and surrounded by a garden of beautiful olive trees. The interior design of the just six rooms is amazing and the furniture and building is of a very high quality! Overall I can highly recommend this place, as it provides a very exclusive experience!
