Good holiday but we have had money stolen from the room by the cleaners. We reported it to the hotel reception and got no resolution. The roof top bar had amazing views and the location was right on the sea front.

They arrange to pick you up from the airport in a luxurious car and even offer you a bottle of water in case you were thirsty after a long flight. One of my favorite places! The stay was made unforgettable by the amazing staff. I have never seen such a kind and caring team. I can't comment on other rooms but the superior one I had was top notch and I can't complain. Hotel is a brilliant set up with different sections of pools for adults, families and superior rooms. Food is decent and plenty of it and a good selection. Staff were friendly and efficient and the hotel was absolutely spotless. If I am ever returning to laganas I will definitely return to the margarita.

I recently had a chance to visit this hotel and I definitely can't say a bad word about it. Location is amazing, near the see, so there's a lot of beautiful places you can visit. Just returned from a one week stay at the Garden Palace Hotel. Good sized rooms, good facilities, very nice food and drink and very good prices, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is perfectly located as it is walking distance to all of laganas main attractions, beaches, pubs, bars, restaurants etc but far enough away to not hear the noise.
