Good holiday but we have had money stolen from the room by the cleaners. We reported it to the hotel reception and got no resolution. The roof top bar had amazing views and the location was right on the sea front.

Amazing holiday overall. Hotel is brilliant with amazing food every morning, afternoon and evening! (Whenever you want really if all inclusive). Bedrooms are clean, tidy and what you need. Not to use too many superlatives: A very good hotel, perhaps one of the best we have had in recent years and that is certainly not only just due to the beautiful buildings and the swimming pool. It would have been good without the efforts of the very cordial, warm, empathetic and enthusiastic staff, but the added value of the staff makes this hotel brilliant.

Nice pool and perfekt located on The Laganas beach. The room was a disappiontment when we booked a familyroom and only hade two normal beds and a sofa. I can't comment on other rooms but the superior one I had was top notch and I can't complain. Hotel is a brilliant set up with different sections of pools for adults, families and superior rooms. Most the staff where lovely and the rooms and pool where good. Owner was funny about you using the all inclusive to its potential and threatened to charge extra. Food is bang average at best.
