The service was great, the personalle was helpufull and nice, we had good and quality food, with options for every taste. The location, outstanding, right on the beach. It was also very clean, towels were changed daily

The location was a big plus, right on the beach. The minus - the water and beach were dirty there, too many small boats, some oil split. The rooms are small, the furniture is very old, but comfortable

The hotel was perfect, staff very friendly, great location, room was 5 star. Nice bar at the pool and the same in the hotel. Just a short walk along the beach to loads of restaurants

Nice pool and perfekt located on The Laganas beach. The room was a disappiontment when we booked a familyroom and only hade two normal beds and a sofa

a nice hotel a little above the average of the other hotels in the area. the pool bar and the food served there really tastes like Greece. the rooms are spacious and cleaned daily

The poolbar was great but The restaurant had big trouble with the service. Every morning i had to ask for Coffee and every dinner for something to drink

Location is ON on the beach! From pool to the sea will take you 20 seconds to walk. Activities are all great and live music each night

the rooms are lovely we were with are adult daughter and had a room with two large bedrooms and a large bathroom. there was a big balcony with side sea view. the staff were very friendly and the food was excellent

Top hotel in Zakynthos was really good place just in front of the beach and delicious food. Staffs are professional and top-class hospitality. Especially the manager is quality service for customers.

Good holiday but we have had money stolen from the room by the cleaners. We reported it to the hotel reception and got no resolution. The roof top bar had amazing views and the location was right on the sea front.

The restaurant/bar manager Alaexander and his staff was amazing friendly and helpful. Every day met us with smile and big greetings. We stayed in September for 7 days and every day was an amazing services

About a half an hour walk to the strip which was a bit of a struggle in the day when it was 40 degrees but walking to the strip of a night it was perfectly fine. There’s plenty of supermarkets on the way to the strip too

A bit concerned about the hearing of one of the ladies - she yells instead of talking normally. LATER EDIT: talked with Reception about the cleaning staff and all the early morning noises and they were indeed more quiet

Cactus hotel is the best in every way!!! We came here on our honeymoon and were treated very well by the staff and had a lovely stay. They gave us great recommendations for local restaurants and activities too

The location of the hotel is very good. The rooms are nice and clean, but we had a very, very bad smell in the bathroom sometimes and this was very bothering. The pool is clean and the water was perfect

We were a little skeptical about visiting Laganas at first because of its reputation for being a younger, livelier resort, but friends assured us that outside of the peak season it’s a completely different experience — and they were absolutely right! We’re so glad we listened and booked the Hotel Tzante

Pool area was fantastic, food and drinks from snack bar were really good. The room might needs a little TLC but it was clean and that's the most important thing. I'd definitely come back here 🙂

They let us bring our guests to the hotel to get ready for the wedding and decorated our room with flower petals afterwards. Also a bucket of ice and a bottle of Martini was waiting for us when we've returned

We got married in Zante and and we have stayed at Tzante hotel for 2 weeks. We were really happy with everything. Hotel staff was really friendly and helpful

The hotel has the great and helpful staff. The room was clean and modern. We had view right on the sea. Right from the hotel are stairs to the sea. Breakfast was fresh with a lot of options.

We spent a week at Denise Beach Hotel and it was absolutely dreamy! The staff is kind and went the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable and satisfied! The room was thoroughly cleaned and modern and the hotel quiet and peaceful! We enjoyed the pools and the free sunbeds

The food was quite diverse, it was worth choosing because of its proximity to the beach. Only downside is that the drinks at the bar and restaurant were local and low quality brands

We highly recommend this hotel. The hotel complex is divided into two parts - the main part, which includes the reception, hotel lobby, two main pools, restaurant and bars

If you prefer a private pool, it would be useful to choose certain rooms at Zante Park, the common pool is crowded almost all day

The other part, the adults-only hotel, is in a building across the street, surrounded by another pool

Food and drinks are served in the main part of the hotel, so it is always necessary to cross the street when you live in the adults-only part, but it is only a few meters and at the same time one has much more peace and the pool to oneself

The hotel is located in a place where there are other taverns and hotels nearby, 5 minutes from the sea, the hotel charges too high prices for full board, the food is practically the same all the time, very little choice for children and children in this hotel are obviously the basis, not every child eats chips and pasta, just like an adult does not like English cuisine or pizza, the cleaning service...

Currently enjoying our last day here at this gorgeous little hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The staff and owner are super friendly and helpful. Gorgeous cocktails, spotlessly clean modern rooms

We stayed for 7 nights at this lovely hotel on a bed & breakfast basis. Absolutely no complaints, breakfast was great and served in a lovely area in the garden

A lovely hotel 🏨 it's about a 30 minute walk to the main *****. The rooms are basic but adequate. The decking around the pool needs some work on it. There is a good choice at breakfast time

The pool and jacuzzi area was very nice with plenty of very comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas, the water felt very cold at first but was just right once you got used to it

Of course it repeated itself but what do you expect? That they cool every day something dofferent for the whole season?The food was fresh, tasty with plenty to choose from. I found the owners very pleasant

Its a quiet hotel so if you want to party until the wee hours, shout, get drunks and make mess, choose another hotel. 5 min walking to the beach, right ousite the busy street but far enough to sleep peacefully at night

Absolutely lovely staff! Especially at the snack bar, rooms were fairly standard nothing special... the beds were quite uncomfortable and the bathroom could have done with updating.

Nice experience, for the price we pay the hotel is very nice, I had a double room with a sea view, the beach is 1 mn by walking, the pool clean and always empty and restaurant bars and shops are close to the hotel, staff was kind also! I recommend for nightlife lovers as Laganas is not very calm !!

California Beach Hotel is a nice hotel with friendly staff and a great swimming pool. It's a few hundred meters from the bar strip and very close to the beach. Had a great time here.

For me,panagiotis maroudas the night auditor and the receptionist from zakynthos,Mrs Anna( I think this is her name,I m not referring to the girl from Australia) ,These 2 people are offering a golden service in the greek tourism

Mrs Anna (the receptionist)and panagiotis belong for sure in the golden pages of tourism. The breakfast was splendid,rich,including a wide variety of morning goods. the place lagana is like in heaven

They are kind,polite to us,they have offered the best service possible and during our stay they tried to help us the best way they could

The swimming pool was nice and had a little bar next to it where you could order lunch. Furthermore, it was directly next to the beach which was a big plus. Overall, we had a good experience at this hotel

We took the arrangement with only breakfast and stayed in the main building. The breakfast was a good English breakfast. Nothing too special, but it was tasty. The room was a bit noisy, but besides that it was good

Super cool location, you have the beach in front, restaurants at your discretion and souvenir / food / car rental shops are also close

Only 2 rooms out of about 40 total have a sea view, of course I didn't get one but I didn't care either

I read all the negative reviews before coming and had low expectations but I was not impressed either. I don't usually love breakfast so it was well received

2 single beds, a bathroom in poor condition, furniture probably from before I was born and the last renovation in the previous century

The food was fresh and I didn't mind that it was the same every day as I just knew I wasn't going to all inclusive

However, I received a clean room, cleaning was done every day, towels and bed linen were changed on time. Now let's turn to negativism. What upset me was the fact that this hotel has 3 stars

Every 3 days the sheets/towels were changed. Rooms with odd numbers have a very nice garden view. Very close to the best parts of the beach. There is no wi-fi in the rooms

WiFi works mostly in the reception area. Location is excellent, close to Laganas beach, and far from the noisier part of Laganas. If you need a no-frills place to stay in Laganas, I recommend it

Breakfast was included - even though it is simple: bread, 1 slice ham, 1 slice cheese, jam, butter, coffee/tea, juice and fruit, it is enough to keep you full until lunch, and the quality is good

We chose this accomodation as part of a vacation agency offer. Everything was exactly as we expected. Rooms were clean, amenities good enough for a week of sleep and rest

The furniture was a bit old-fashioned perhaps, but that didn't bother us, there was a TV and a fridge available, as well as an AC (although at an extra cost) - There was a breakfast available (nothing spectacular, but for us it did suffice) The cons: - the AC cost an extra €5/day, which is absolutely affordable (and is a must in August), however it would be nicer if it was included in the price of...

Looking at the prices, they are fair for a 2 star hotel. Staff is very nice and polite

Really great hotel stayed there may for 2 weeks staff really pleasant and helpful food was good to great selection to choose from the only thing is that good didn't stay hot long and ppl not putting lids down and bathroom needed s shower tray as the water flooded the floor but all in all really enjoyed our stay would recommend to others

I am very picky with food and this place deliver. I had great convos with the bar staff who always provided me with the best cocktails. Reception staff were friendly and night security were really pleasant

The desserts were also amazing! Housekeeping came daily to clear our room which was a very nice surprise and did a great job. The hotel is very close to the ***** but the noise didn't disturb us
