The location of the hotel is very good. The rooms are nice and clean, but we had a very, very bad smell in the bathroom sometimes and this was very bothering. The pool is clean and the water was perfect. Personal of the hotel is very nice and they help you everytime that you ask anything. The breakfast is very poor. The parking place is okay, for 20 cars

Amazing hotel. Had one slight issue with the air conditioning in my room on the first night and they could not quickly fix it so they moved me to another much nicer room in the morning, and they were very helpful, kind and apologetic through the whole ordeal. Clean place and nice staff. Breakfast good. The rooms small. You can not stay in the rooms without courtain otherwise people in front can see you (the distance between buildings is about 3m) so you can not have any privacy.

We stayed on Tzante for 1 week,amazing cocktails,the rooms are comfy with a lot of space and very clean. Compared with the Majestic which was allegedly a four star hotel the difference was clear! We were greeted by the staff offered complimentary drinks which was a nice touch! The staff were warm and friendly. They went out of their way to accommodate us and even made breakfast after the time had gone! Nice experience, for the price we pay the hotel is very nice, I had a double room with a sea view, the beach is 1 mn by walking, the pool clean and always empty and restaurant bars and shops are close to the hotel, staff was kind also! I recommend for nightlife lovers as Laganas is not very calm !!

We have just returned from a 14 night stay at club zante plaza. We could not recommend this hotel more highly.10/10 for room size, facilities, cleanliness and location to the beach..More importantly the staff were amazing and so was the food...we will definitely be returning next year..

Absolutely love this hotel. Nothing is too much trouble. Everyone goes above and beyond to make sure you have the best holiday. Rooms are spacious and clean. Air conditioning is great. Stayed here for a week, rooms were clean and was very basic but overall nice. Food was decent but wouldn’t say there was a big selection every night. Really great hotel stayed there may for 2 weeks staff really pleasant and helpful food was good to great selection to choose from the only thing is that good didn't stay hot long and ppl not putting lids down and bathroom needed s shower tray as the water flooded the floor but all in all really enjoyed our stay would recommend to others

Good for families and elders. Service was great. No doubt they are holding up the pace for an all inclusive service. But it feels like the food quantity costs the food quantity.

Firstly a very good holiday. First room offered on the first floor was not good balcony looked out on a wire fence with some sort of false “camouflage” netting. No kettle or tea coffee facilities. Room clean plenty of towels. Returned to reception and kindly mentioned the room was not I would regard as exceptional no kettle tea coffee facilities and I did remind them this was an all inclusive holiday...

Great Hotel but could improve. We stayed here a few years back so this may not be 100% accurate now but we loved it. Great location and great staff, did find it a bit annoying to pay for a hotel room safe when it's included in other places and the drink offers were a bit slim. But beyond that was a great place if your after a beach front hotel.

Lovely location. Breakfast wasn’t great but the buffet was good most days. Better than some of the 5 star hotels I’ve been to. Shower room door didn’t shut as it was warped, 20 euros for the safe, extra for air con. No kettle. Cups of tea even English were awful. Take your own T bags. We ate out a lot. The bar Savvy at Canadian hotel is great.....5/5*..... Staff there is very very friendly,they take time to get to know you. And the drinks are great-huge menu list for coctails and food. Prices are normal for Laganas. Will come back for sure...

We stayed in a premium room which was modern and cleaned every day. Not a far walk from main ***** about 10-15 minute walk.would definitely recommend this hotel for a group holiday as it caters for young groups . Extra charges for lost room key and aircon and safe etc but Security are very cautious with loud noise at night

good hotel close to everything new rooms excellent upgrade! staff excellent/2pool areas and bars the only downside hotel caters for mainly teenagers and can be noisy especially at night!!! laganas is a party town but a lot of nice restaurants and a few bars for older people! found one called the pub ! tribute acts ect would return probably to a more adult friendly hotel tho!

Out of the way from crowded and touristy Laganas, ILIOS is a calm couples' retreat in walking distance to the beach and local restaurants. After staying 8 days in Sep/Oct 24, I'd recommend it as a cozy alternative to being in the midst of the Laganas neon landscape. Walking distance to the closest mini market is 2 minutes, with 10 minutes to the start of the restaurant street and 20 minutes or so to...

Perfect stay – highly recommended! A wonderful hotel with modern, clean rooms and a super friendly team. The breakfast was diverse and delicious. The location is ideal, within walking distance to the beach and many great restaurants. There's also a beautiful pool area with sun loungers and beds, perfect for relaxing. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful vacation here. It’s just a 5-minute walk to a busy street, but the hotel itself is peaceful and quiet . There’s a beautiful garden with many flowers and a lovely and clean pool. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

A lovely hotel with really kind people. Good parking, nice pool with a depth fra 100-140 cm. Good food (loved the milkshake). Small supermarket close by. No noise from surroundings (you can hear the aeroplanes a little bit, but not a problem at all). 10 min. Drive from airport, so a little noise must be expected. We stayed there 5 days, the staff is extremely nice and helpful. The room was very clean, the housekeepers are doing a great job. Swimming pool and breakfast were also pretty nice. Only minus is the salty water coming from sink and shower, a bit annoying but you can survive for few days.
