The hotel staff are so friendly. We had a very comfortable stay. There isn’t much choice of food for breakfast and evening meal. However there are plenty of restaurants near by and the locals are so welcoming

The service was great, the personalle was helpufull and nice, we had good and quality food, with options for every taste. The location, outstanding, right on the beach. It was also very clean, towels were changed daily

could do with coffee/tea making facilities in the room ,Food very much catered for German people and not a lot for children ,a lot of people pushing in queues and taking food out of restaurant,beach front location which is really good

We've had the garden view room, which is basically a balcony to an alley with some grass 🤭 The cleaning ladies did a great job 💯! We've only had breakfast there, so I don't know about other meals of the day, but I was disappointed

We stayed for one week and it was really nice. The furniture is a bit old, it's true, but it was no problem at all

The service team in the dining area and restaurants was always very attentive and friendly. Like many reviewers before me, I would like to highlight one person in particular, and that is the service manager, Alexandros

I have rarely met such a friendly and professional hotel employee. Alex had a smile on his face and greeted every guest like a friend. He is very attentive and has trained his staff excellently for the job

However, I've never encountered something quite like this before: such a kind and attentive team. The ladies at the reception desk were extremely competent and helpful from day one until our departure

Clean Good Food Nice Drinks Fabulous pools x 3 Located I. a quiet side street away from noise in the day. 5 mins walk and a grest street with everything for everybody. bars tavernas local island shops entertainment

Good fresh food everyday some hotels have more choice but this wasn't a bad thing as it was so fresh and tasty each time. Good room sizes especially the superior overlooking the the pools

Great quiet location with friendly staff, choice of sunbathing areas and pools to use. Rooms in the main block are tired and dated and in need of an overhaul. The all inclusive policy was the worst I’ve encountered

Local alcohol for cocktails was not very strong, But always easy to grab a drink. Cocktails not served until 4pm. Good location but would still hire a car to get around

If we got peckish in-between, there were yummy burgers, hot dogs, chips and sandwiches at the pool bar. The swimming pools were lovely, always easy to get a lounger and find shade or sun, whichever we fancied

Meal times are very relaxed and cater for early or late risers and those who prefer to eat earlier or later in the evening. If you want to go out for the day they will make you a packed lunch

This is the best place to go to if you are looking for a vacation because is it luxury but also feels like home with the very nice people that work there

An excellent family run hotel with the most relaxed experience we have had. Good food, good entertainment in the evening and really nice rooms

However we would still return with it being in walking distance of towns,beaches and lots of activities! nothing is ever to much for the staff

All super rested now) I liked everything, the main thing is not to linger on the spot, and to try everything. To go sailing along the coast to visit all of either the mountains or on the car, a lot of beautiful places!

The beach by the way not impressed at all!But if you take a car,(not cheap in this town)you can see a lot of fabulous beaches and fantastic views!!!The nature of the island is very rich!

But Laganas super! Great beaches ( you need to go right to the beach with the turtles)! I recommend early morning around 7 am to walk to the beach with the turtles

At sea to go through INSANE street prostitute the youth ( especially in the evening or early in the morning)

You can see traces of the little turtles which are just hatched and crawl to the sea

All inclusive drinks were fine, although they did do premium cocktails for a bit extra which were amazing! The hotel felt very safe as there was always security there at night

Lovely service all staff bar one lady in the restaurant was lovely and kind. Cocktails included in all inclusive menu and hotel location is perfect if you want best of both worlds

We had 55 guests join us at our amazing week at the white olive elite hotel in Zakynthos for our wedding, and what a week it was! The hotel was so helpful with luggage, allergies with meals and just all round a friendly bunch

So if we wanted to go somewhere more lively it wasn't too far. The pool area was also great, with good snacks and drinks on offer

The only thing I would say was that when you were outside by the pool, there wasn't that many toilets close by, especially if you were less able but there were some about 2 mins walk away for most guests

The hotel even provided some nice wine and a fruit platter to the room for us on our wedding day! I think all our friends and family thoroughly enjoyed it and would recommend this hotel to anyone

My friend and I stayed here at the Serenity Luxury Boutique Hotel Agrilia and it was such a lovely hotel and great location! The room was lovely and clean, it also had the essentials you may need! As well as the pool being a lovely place to relax during the day and there is a bar in the reception which you can take refreshing drinks out in the sun! The staff members were all so friendly and helpful...

I had a really lovely time here! The location was really nice. You're close to very many things most people want to see on Zakynthos and close to many restaurants, shows and super markets

Stayed at the location in Agrilia and honestly it was the best ever hotel service I've ever received! The staff are so welcoming and accommodating and the rooms are beautiful with very comfy beds, also not too far from the strip but far enough so that the hustle and bustle of the nightlife doesn't keep you up

We even asked for an extra bed last minute and they happily provided us with one for a cheap rate per night. I honestly would not choose anywhere else to stay!

Brand new hotel , very clean and luxury, everyroom has it's own Jacuzzi. Perfect staff , and convenient location

They have 2 different swimmingpools, car park, restaurant(bit expensive but good quality food), and direct access to the sea. It feels like a private beach. Bit noisy at night, very close to party places

We spent a week at Denise Beach Hotel and it was absolutely dreamy! The staff is kind and went the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable and satisfied! The room was thoroughly cleaned and modern and the hotel quiet and peaceful! We enjoyed the pools and the free sunbeds

Ideal location, right in front of the sea and with easy access to everything! Free parking is provided and it was much appreciated! The food at Cielo was delicious and the drinks and cocktails top quality! They even offer room service with a QR code system, that we found very progressive! We couldn't have asked for more :)

If you want a hotel on the sea dude, then this is it. Cannot imagine anything else when looking for quick access to water. Employees were more than helpful and kind and, overall, more than friendly

The hotel has the great and helpful staff. The room was clean and modern. We had view right on the sea. Right from the hotel are stairs to the sea. Breakfast was fresh with a lot of options.

Great experience and I will recommend this destination. Stayed in the apartment building across the street but that wasn't an issue. Rooms were of decent size, AC available at extr a cost

About a half an hour walk to the strip which was a bit of a struggle in the day when it was 40 degrees but walking to the strip of a night it was perfectly fine. There’s plenty of supermarkets on the way to the strip too

Just arrived back from having a lovely stay. Lovely hotel. Great staff. Rooms cleaned everyday. Food lovely . Good choice of Greek food . Bar staff entertainment staff were amazing . Thank you Karras 😊

Can’t recommend this hotel enough!

A bit concerned about the hearing of one of the ladies - she yells instead of talking normally. LATER EDIT: talked with Reception about the cleaning staff and all the early morning noises and they were indeed more quiet

We were blessed with having our room right near the place where the cleaning staff hold their things and almost every morning starting 7am we heard the squeaky noises from their carts
