Great hotel. The food could be a bit better but it's buffet so understandable. Great staff, super helpful, especially the lady running the pool bar. Room was modern and clean. The beach is a mix of stones and sand. People giving the hotel a bad review because of the beach are a bit ridiculous.

I spent 10 wonderful days in June 2021. Among the beautiful pools, clean rooms, heavenly food. All people are very polite and nice. Eleni and Stelios, you are the best! You made my vacation! I ❤ you!🤗

Great Hotel! The food is very good. Two nice pools, rooms are spacious and clean and just 1min walk from the beach and 20min car ride to Chania. You will get a great value for the price.

Very nice apartment building in Maleme, 6 km from Platanias: the complex is beachfront, with a pool, and a restaurant right in front (despite that, you won't hear any noise at night, so no issues with sleeping). A good price for the money, all basic needs are covered. The host is helpful, yet forgot to mention air show that happens every year and we experienced the whole range of stress emotions when in the middle of a sleepy Sunday we saw (and hear, terribly loud sound of F-16) a fighter jet maikibg circles above our heds. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. We were at the end of the season and it was very quiet. We had two apartments and they were very clean. As we were not able to have breakfast on 4 days (the hotel we had breakfast in was closing for the season) we were given a full refund of the breakfast for the week which was very generous.

This a lovely self contained apart-hotel this is our 3rd visit . There is no bar but you can stock your own in the fridged and lots of local snacks and restaurants. My favorite being The Black Lantern .

Good place, family Hotel

IT WAS AMAZING I LOVED IT WE HAD SUCH A GOOD TIME I even saw a kareta kareta(wow) It's very peaceful, with a nice atmosphere. It is owned by a very friendly family, that instantly made us feel comfortable.I surely recommend this place if you want to be calm on vacation and have a delicious meal or a cocktail at the beach. I really don't see why some people say that they didn't liked it here. I hope...

Was here for 10 days july 2023, Kostas Lisa and their kids were fab, anything we wanted was sorted, food on site was tops. Kostas sourced my favourite meats while in Greece...(goat and rabbit) and prepared delicious meals...situated on the beach and a bus ride from Platanias and Chania...cannot praise the family enough...We will be back.. Adrian and Carmel.

We stayed in a hotel nearby but we often ate at Hippokratis Beach Bar. It’s a very pleasant place with great and affordable food and with GREAT staff. The sign on the beach says “Everybody is welcome” and it really is like that. It felt like home!

We had room in the nearby appartments went to Hippokratis daily for drinks food and swimming in their pool. It's family run place with great customer service. We felt welcome every time we went there. The food was great everytime. Owners are very heartwarming and nice people and place and pool is clean and cozy. From bar you can literally throw a rock to beach. Very nice place when traveling with children

Very nice and accomodating staff. The place is quiet and also close to the main road with restaurants. Nice garden with sheltered balconies. It felt homely. The flat had all the necessary basic facilities. Would come gladly again.

The pool area are amazing and the bartender made our visit much greater. The room was ok but a bit boring and worn out and had no storage opportunities for clothes. Near to the main street and the beach. ☆☆☆ to the hotel. ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ to the bartender!

Simply the best. Boutique style serviced apartments with full kitchen and generous living area. Beds are comfortable and in October duvets were provided. We were thrilled and did not want to leave.

Lovely, family run apartments, well maintained around a nice pool, good for a swim and area for little ones. A 5 minute walk up from the main road/shops, couple more to a nice beach. This is one of the best accommodation I have ever stayed in . Effi is the greatest host ever, her attention to every detail is fantastic.

Effi gives you a nicely decorated apartment, the garden get on the beach, you sleep with the waves... you are so close to the sea. Cozy rooms, huge balcony and terrace – perfect for lazy breakfast in the morning or relax in the evening. The only thing that was bad for us and we reported it to the managers, is that after cleaning the room, they left the windows open, which makes the room easily accessible in your absence.

Greate spot, meters away from the sea. Clean and cosy apartments with all the necessary equipment. Hosts are discrete and always there whatever you might need. Definitely recommended.

Nice, clean and cosy place to stay in the very center of Platanias. Parking is kind of a problem but the very kind owners help with it.
