If booking family rooms make sure you book one without stairs. Lovely hotel if you get the right room. Sunbeds are taken early morning. Food for everyone. VERY busy main road, watch out, they don’t like stopping for pedestrians. LOVELY staff in hotel. SAVOYA for a nice pub down the road.

Very friendly and helpful staff , really can see team work 👍. Staff cleaning swimming pool every single day . Amazing place. Clean bright and on the edge of the beach. Private and secluded compared to the other resorts at Platanias and Chania. We had a wonderful time (2 weeks) at Silver Beach and we recommend it without hesitation. Super friendly and caring staff, excellent facilities, good food, attention to details and ideal for any age / stage in life (we were a family of 4 with little kids). Costa and Olga are lovely. Friendly and accommodating. I was looking for a quiet area with a pool and that's what I got. Close to the beach and shops with a few touristy things to see. What more could you ask for

Nice, clean and best value for money hotel (Olga Suites), located in a calm area with only 300m to the beach. The hotel is managed and driven by a super kind and friendly elderly couple which make it almost you feel like your own home.

The owner of the hotel is very friendly. He treats all his guests like a family. He is always there to help you with whatever you need. There is real reception and he waits for his arriving guests even till 4 am, because the plane was late. Hotel is very clean, and well taking care off. The beach is very close to this hotel- like 3 min walking distance. Close by is a market you can buy your own food...

Well located, not the most modern place but, has exactly what is needed and working AC.

The hotel and the room were clean. The room was big enough. There are 3 parrots in the bar area. Lots of trees on the hotel territory including mango trees.

Lovely staff and overall a chill place to rest.

We had the best time here on a working holiday, for 2 weeks. It’s 5 min walk from the beach and Platanias and Chania are easy to get to with a frequent bus. Chilling by the pool was our favourite pastime when not working. The food and the cocktails at the restaurant and pool bar were amazing and the staff George and Nick are incredible hosts with great chat. Futura felt like a home for us and the guys...

Stayed here 08/21 A modern clean hotel.Good pool and bar.Very friendly/welcoming staff.Bar food excellent and breakfast is continental all good quality but being British I did miss the eggs and bacon.Large one bed apartment with sea view very clean.Lots of steps around premises you need to be fit.A bit to far away from the restaurants and the stoney beach for us. Loved my stay here. Would return. Two couples sharing the great Tikita apartment quite comfortably we enjoyed everything the nice friendly and accommodating host offered. Just don't tell them we sneaked a very tasty pomegranate from the tree. Good economical location for going in any direction on day trips.

We've just came back from vacation at this hotel and I couldn't rate it less than 5 stars. Rooms in the hotel and the area around are renovated and really clean. New beds and sofas that are really comfortable and we had better sleep than at home. All the people working there are extremely helpful and kind. Very peaceful place, just by the beach, which is private, only the guests of the hotel use it...

Lovely small hotel with incredibly nice and fun staff. The restaurant is classic Greek and quite good. They also make great coffee variations. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacious but they could use some refurbishment here and there. Everything else you could need is within walking distance.

Nice staff, good food and right on the beach. Bus stop about 1 kilometer away and the supermarket is close by. The rooms are ok but very warn down. The bar close fairly early. The beach is nice but bring bathing shoes, there's a lot of stones entering the water. Snorkeling not good.

Very nice staff, great food and clean rooms. Room service made cleanings every day. Room had all of equipment you need - oven, coffee-maker, etc. Nice and wide beach, quiet and clean territory. A bit bad Wi-Fi, you have to search a place with good speed. There is a supermarket nearby when you can buy everything you need. Great hotel for family rest, highly recommend.
