Carisa Hotel

Just returned from a 2 week holiday here. The hotel is located on the quieter side of the resort so perfect if like us you enjoy a relaxing time without the loud bars and too many people. The hotel is run by a family, the mother (the boss!) looking after things with her two sons on bar duties. They are all lovely people and went out of their way to look after us and did not disappoint. The room was quite spacious and had everything you need. It is a relatively small hotel unlike some of the others such as the all inclusive hotels near the seafront which frankly looked horrendous and this is the perfect place to chill out and forget about the normal day to day routine. It is situated around a 10 minute walk from the beach so if you like to go in the sea it is not a massive trek. There are a few very nice restaurants nearby all within walking distance. There is also a pretty good local bus service so if you want to have trip out without the hassle of hiring a car you can do that easily. So in summary, very nice hosts, very friendly and relaxing and would definitely recommend and return ourselves.

I had the loveliest week at the Carisa - a perfect retreat to recharge and refresh with the loveliest team who make everyone feel welcomed and valued from beginning to end. The solo room was spacious and perfectly equipped with a good view (mix of hills and sea),breakfast every morning had a nice mix of continental, cereals fruits and prepared egg dishes. Everything was clean, with towels and sheets changed every couple of days which was just spot on. The manager and her team were all lovely and friendly, which then resonated through the guests. Thank you for the loveliest stay which perfect for what I needed.

We love this hotel ❤️! If you want great value for money, a quiet hotel a bit away from the busiest tourist traps, and warm and friendly service, then this is the place for you!

We stayed for week in October, and as family of four, we chose the two-floor apartment with two balconies. We had the best time, enjoying our breakfast on our shady poolside balcony, and playing with the kids in one of the three pools.

We were sad to go, and would love to come again some time!

Nice hotel with 2 storey 3 bedroom 3 bathrooms appartments. In a quiet area but shops and restaurants are a 15 min walk away.

Good hotel. No restaurante, breakfast was nothing to brag about. The staff though, very friendly and helpful. We had a problem that the fridge in our room don't work, and they replaced it the day after, with a mich smaller version, but enough for what we needed. It was Orthodox Easter Sunday, the day they did it, so hats off for that. The WiFi was bad. It was ok on the common areas but not in the room. We had to use it in the bathroom to have a decent connection. Although the staff said a technician would fix it, it never happened. It ended up costing a bit, as o had to buy extra data som we could use the internet in the room. Cleaning almost everyday, although towels didn't get changed. Other than that all good. The location isn't the best but it's close to the action. 3 pools, and not enough stretchers, but it's not different from anywhere else. The room was great, has seaview, an extra room and 2 toilets, one with a tiny shower.

We are a family with 3 children and we stayed at the hotel in early September for 10 days. Beautiful hotel with a lovely clean outdoor area, 4 swimming pools (one for children) and very close to the sea (only 5 minutes walk). When the sea was rough, the children spent the whole day in the pools. But the most important thing was the kindness and willingness to serve us by all the hotel employees from the manager, the reception girls, the bartenders with the wonderful cocktails (with alcohol for us and without for the children), the lady who prepared the delicious breakfasts and of course the lady who cleaned our apartment. Our apartment is a huge regular house, with a kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a living room! We will definitely go again!!!

The hotel was great and I would definitely recommend it!! It is right next to the beach, quiet, clean, it is a good place to be! The staff is very kind and very helpful! Best service ever! Nice breakfast and cocktails!

Review based on 4 days stay for a couple in Sept 2023. The hotel is very quiet, with modern furniture, three superb swimming pools, nice pool bar with great cocktails. The most important thing is the staff who are polite, very friendly and helpful.

Wonderful hotel and very friendly and professional staff! Three pools, nice sea view room, comfortable beds. The beach is two minutes from the hotel. The beach has small stones but it's very clean.
