I stayed in the villas which has a pool with an excellent view, 3 minutes walk to the beach and 12 minutes to the town. Would definitely stay there again

It also has a private beach access with beach beds and food and drink service. We were served a unique drink when we were checking in. Lovely room with rounded wall edges, 2 sofas and a curtained closet

😉 There was a nice wide mirror to get ready, too. We found our room cleaned every time we left the room. They would make the bed, refresh towels, empty bins and take away any visible trash

They anticipated our every wish, helped us with everything, and everyone was incredibly kind and helpful! I would especially like to thank the two people who worked by the pool during those 3 days, because without them, our stay wouldn’t have been as perfect as it was! Thank you so much! I will recommend this hotel to all my friends! You are the best! If I could, I would rate it 100 stars!😍❤️✨

There was a jacuzzi in the balcony with a sunset view and cool breeze. So, we could sit in the jacuzzi even during the day provided there was no direct sunlight hitting us. There was a hand faucet in the loo

This well-maintained hotel is only 1 km from the bus station. But it is quite a steep walk (10 minutes) especially if you're staying in the new building

Our room was simple, clean and had all the amenities you need to enjoy yourself at a boutique hotel (mini fridge, sink, dishes, cutlery, kettle, hot plate, closets, blankets, a/c and heater, smart tv, shared beach view terrace with seating)

Excellent location: Really close to town, but far enough out to get the peace and quiet, amazing view of the ocean and immediate access to the beautiful beach and one of the best places on the island to view the famous sunset every night

Markos was a great find! We backpacked across Greece and were happy to come across this gem. 10 minutes (across the beautiful beach and up a short hill) to Mykonos Town center

WARNING: the beach and the sea are gorgeous, but I'd recommend taking some kind of rock shoes to protect your feet as the rocks can be slippery and a bit sharp in places

Everything is clean and it's just next to the beach. The toilets are decent and there is a warm shower. In addition there is a option to only wash your feet there. There is also a bus which toes to the city for €1

Booked this place 2 weeks before and couldn't believe my luck. The next cheapest room was 5 times the price! 30 euro a night and a room to yourself is an absolute bargain! What a location

The water is really beautiful! The seating is a bit expensive and so were the drinks. It's a bit far from town and other places in the island but it was worth the trip! The bars were very fun!

After a warm welcome, Pascal told us all about which places to visit and which to skip: he knows every restaurant and bar on the Island!! After the first night we received an upgrade to a better room overlooking the pool and the beach

It's a lovely place to rest up and the nearby Ornos beach is pretty, there's also a more kite surfing focused beach in front if that's your thing!

The house is located on some of the most expensive property in Mykonos, there is a private access to the beach and the house is walking distance to some of the best restaurants in the area

The airport is only a 7 minute drive and you can have car rental dropped off to the house. Do not miss out on this amazing experience. We will definitely be coming back and only staying here

Amazing place run by lovely people. The house itself has two large bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a big living area. Plus, there's a hot-tub outside and a long table overlooking the bay...

We went in the off-season which was perfect. Since we really wanted some down time. There was a restaurant open that we walked to each evening for dinner and stumbled home.

Not everything is planned in detail how you expect from a boutique hotel. The beach set is also not very well cared for or good planned for the weather conditions

Very nice hotel with 2 pools including one great, the suite was huge with a large terrace with great views. Breakfast is plentiful and varied, taken by the pool. The staff is very pleasant and very professional.

We had originally intended to stay at an Airbnb, but that experience was a complete nightmare from start to finish. The apartment looked nothing like what was advertised online and the location was terrible

We have had such a great experience at Theoxenia Hotel than we are already looking forward to come back next year! First of all the hotel itself it’s awesome, it is located at the entrance of the town just behind the windmills but perfectly built into the landscape that you can barely see it from the outside and once you are inside it’s like walking in an open space and extremely quiet

We hadn’t the chance to have dinner to the restaurant but breakfast is generous and delicious with first quality ingredients and all the staff is friendly and professional; we want especially thanks the lovely concierge Maria for her kindness :-)

All the local bars and clubs nearby, but if you’re looking for beach parties, you would need to travel out further from the area. If you’re looking for a nice relaxing time, this hotel is the place to book

It’s also the perfect place if you are a pet lover because the property hosts 26 cats, they are very discreet but you could spot them under the bougainvillea bushes

The waiter was really nice and caring, helping us move our sunbeds where we wanted. The prices of drinks are the Mykonos price. I will recommend this pool if your hotel do not have one

It is free to use the pool area on the white sunbeds, the comfy black ones being for hotel residents. The pool area is great, very clean and not too crowded (end of September)

4 Stars because the shower was a bit awkward, the shower valves were sticking out hitting our hips while we showered (never had that issue before lol). That might be just our room not sure if they are all like that

Just a 12 minute walk to the old town, but super close to the beach and lovely sunset views. Our room had a lovely balcony where we could watch the sunsets each night

But I thought that was a problem because people often get drunk in Mykonos and can't figure out the code to enter (which is what happened during our first night and it was very loud and scary)

Second; since it's a small boutique hotel, from midnight until early morning, there is no one at the reception and the door gets locked with a code that only the guests have access to

Breakfast had good variety and very Greek (which we loved). I have 2 minor criticism; The noises are a real problem, BUT, that is not the hotel's fault

Jenny was attentive to listen when people complained the following morning and assured she had checked the cameras and it was in fact a drunk guest

She makes herself available via phone for any problems at any time which is a good thing. Nevertheless, we loved, we recommend it, and would stay her again!

The hotel is right in the heart of Mykonos town on a fairly quiet streetso you're close to all the action without any noise. Staff are great and friendly, breakfast also really good

Absolutely lovely hotel situated just outside the old port. Easy to walk most places with a friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were clean and spacious (with a private jet tub/balcony)

We had a great stay at Yalos hotel sunset view. Both reception and rooms are very modern and well decorated. The view of Mykonos is great both during the day and at night and, of course, during sunset

This is a perfect small hotel in a great location. The room was very comfortable. Both Caterina and Demetrius were incredibly helpful in recommending restaurants and beaches to visit

The location is near to many local shops and restaurants (all with lovely food) and just a short walk from the bus stop where you can go to many different beaches
