Great location, really close to everything in Nafplion, modern rooms excellently clean, really friendly and genuinely smiley staff.

Well..the rooms are nice but people there are kinda mean..and the switch from the bathtub can get stuck sometimes.

Nice clean and modern rooms. Stuff very friendly. Not very very close to city center, it is about a 10-15 min walk from the center. Room had all the amenities you need 2 towels per person, blankets and duvet. Parking is easy to find near the hotel. Only downside is that it was a little bit pricy.

I wish there were more stars to apply on this establishment! During serious personal matter, me and my mother found ourselves desparate searching for an accomondation at the city of Nafplio last September, in the middle of the night. The staff were more than helpful and showed such a great respect and kindness on our situation that made sure accomondation was one less issue we needed to think of so...

Good location, staff is helpful, they gave us water because it was hot day. Rooms are small, bed is comfy, but no mosquitos net. Breakfast was basic.

Check-in went smooth, although the staff didn't seem to be too excited to have guests. Rooms were spacey and clean, with all the necessities. Shower amenities hadn't been replaced, so they were half-empty. Balcony hadn't been cleaned. Beds were comfy, however the soft pillows made me lie completely flat. Unfortunately no second pillow to be found in the room.

We were looking fora shower in Nafplion harbor but with no luck. And Nafplia Hotel provided us a service. Thanks!

It's not bad... Not quite 4 stars, but near it. Shower is a downer. But it was clean, cool, humble, solid.

Nice little hotel in the centre of Nafplio town. The room was cozy, the staff very polite, the common areas very nice. Should change shower asap to more modern tap and cabin. Low water pressure was uncomfortable. Apart from that I recommend for a value for money stay.

Lovely budget hotel very close to the old town of Nafplio, the port and the promenade. Friendly and helpful staff and very clean. Not very impressed with the bathroom as it looked very tired, but you get what you pay for. The size of the room is decent with a balcony with not so good views. Very good buffet breakfast and if you ask they can make a coffee in a plastic cup to go. I would stay there again

Ok... for a night or two, or if you don't have many expectations. Breakfast was not good at all. The little croissants were leftovers of the previous day. Bad bad bad breakfast.

Not a special hotel, but it has a nice large swimming pool. The rooms are old, yet clean but do smell like smoke. Also a lot of stairs in order to reach the room. The room was pretty loud as well. You can hear almost every sound that the neighbors make

Friendly staff, very clean place. Bungalovs are part of the hotel complex, placed among olive trees. They have sea view from terrace. Hotel is on the hill, above nice and not too crowded sandy beach, it takes 5 minutes to walk there. Road under hotel is frequent, and has to be crossed in order to go to the beach, but has no side walks, which makes it little risky specially at night.

We Loved it ! Such a great value for money ! The room was clean and cozy - the pool was amazing ! The stuff is polite - smily and ready to serve you ! A huge (+)that the place is pet friendly 🐶🐾 We’re definitely gonna visit Phaistos again❤️

Its simply room after you swim for rest a while. Clean room but no breakfast for 50 euro its expensive.

Lovely seaview bungalows, free hard tennis court, fair Wi-Fi all around the property, everyday cleaning and changing towels, very convenient.

Very helpful and nice staff, well, there's practically just one guy who can almost anything - working till midnight, getting up around 5 AM. Btw, "mama" Sophia's cuisine is fabulous. Unfortunately, the hotel had to be sold and has a new owner at the moment...

A very good choice. Great looking rooms, very clean. There is an elevator. Pool is a bonus, I never use it because the beach is so close. Friendly staff. Great. I recomend to anybody.

The Best place to stay in Tolo with a great atmosphere and unique treatment from the owners and their staff. Everything was fabulous, from the room till the breakfast. Swimming Pool was always clean and enjoyable. Everything was great . For sure we will be back soon. Thank you Ritsas

Recently renovated rooms , very clean with a decent breakfast.The beach is very close appx 50m. And if you have small children you will appreciate the pool while you are drinking your afternoon coffee. On the downside, the mattress was not good and all our friends agreed (I am not a princess) To sum up, value for money choice

This is a really friendly reasonably priced family run hotel. It is simple, very clean and comfortable and is right on the wonderful beach. The breakfast is great, and the staff went out of their way to make our stay very enjoyable. We will definitely be returning. I highly recommend this place.

Do not take a single room there! I had a single room (room 20) while my 2 friends had a double room (room 24 which is across the hall). I paid 150 euro for 5 nights while they paid 171 euro also for 5 nights. So for 4 euro per day extra they got a much larger room, a couch, a larger shower, a much larger balcony with view on the beach and the swimming pool (mine had view on the crappy backyard). Both...

Initially had a beer using a table directly on the beach, after a swim we moved upstairs for some lunch. Charming waiting staff,!excellent Greek salad shared €7 and delicious moussaka €8, large bottle of Alpha €3.5. Highly recommended

Amazing hotel. The staff were all incredible. The beach is very clean and the rooms have everything one can need. The best value for money room in terms of amenities and location I have stayed in. This is quite a small hotel with direct beach access. The beach is one of the best in all of the Argolis with fine white sand and clear blue water, well sheltered and mostly very calm. The hotel has a large parasol area for residents and guests to enjoy a full hotel service. There is lots of choice locally since this is a well known tourist destination popular with families and couples alike.

Perfect Location. We enjoyed our stay the whole time. They are extremly friendly to their guests and even more to kids. We had our room straight towards the sea, which is just a few meters from the room. Can absolutely recommend this location.

The owners are warm people and always gave solutions to our requests. The price we got was competitive and the room was decent for a pair. The only thing that could be bothering from time to time was some noise from other rooms or the corridor during the late hours. The overall experience was pretty good🏝️😁👍

One of my favourite beaches in the area. If you are passionate about divind, there it is! This is right place to do it. Also if you like jumping into the water from the cliffs, again this is the place.

Hotel is in a central spot of Tolo, 30m by the sea. Owners did their best to give us a comfortable stay and give us any needed information about the place. Beds in our room were really big and made our rest as good as it gets. Room was clean, we had many towels and had wi-fi services

From a two and a half star hotel it gives more than what you would expect. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is ok and everything is fresh. The owners are friendly and helpful all the time. Surely you can see here and there that it needs renovation, but for this amount of money it is a great deal.

First of all ... bravo fanny for your hospitality... amazing place with amazing views.... everything is perfect .. nice people working here . One small thing : our room wasn't what we expected, and the fact that the hotel did not provide umbrellas was sad for us. Hope next time this will be fixed ..

The rooms were cramped, but the service was excelent and the employees are kind. For 75 euros you receive a parking spot in the Frini private parking close to the hotel and a beach chair. Breakfast is included and you get to choose your favourite from different kinds of food. There is also a small faucet near the entrance where you can wash the sand off of your feet.

Nice size room & balcony which was cleaned regularly. Very handy for the beach & there are sunbeds available for hotel guests. Staff are very pleasant and helpful.

We spent 10 days here. Everything was nice except the rooms - too small. Everything is small - the room, the bathroom and a terrace. Stuff is very polite, they clean room daily and change the bed sheets and towels. Location is perfect - sandy beach is just across the street.

I 've been here for about two weeks. The hotel is very well located. The staff is friendly and helpful. The beach is just over the street. Many water sport possibilities. Many cultural sights are in short distance. The enclosed restaurant is very good and also visited by the locals. I can recommend this place.

Just returned home from a wonderful weekend in the Tolon Beach Hotel. We were lucky enough to be given a choice of two rooms by the young cheerful manager Manolis .Ours was very clean basic , but with all the nessities needed. Huge balcony with a magnificent view. Private parking . A wonderful sandy beach less than a 2 min walk , Cafes , Restaurants , Supermarket and a Bakery too. Peaceful neighbouhood...

The food is great typical home made cuisine served as a buffet, very fast and you can jump back to sea or lay on the beach. The beach is just outside of the hotel some 4 meter wide. The hotel is more beautiful than what I had seen on maps, they have also made changes to the space. I am attaching some photos below. As for the room, it had a lot of space, of course for a triple room it had 2 single beds and 1 bed. In general it was clean, the only things I would change are the mattresses (which were not comfortable), the sheets (very thin and old) and I would put some mosquito nets...

To begin with, I should write that Mrs. Maria was one of the best hosts, warm, friendly, kind and with a smile she always made you feel at home. The rooms are very clean, literally 5' from the sea, the balcony is ideal to have a coffee or a drink in the evening, a disadvantage was the mattress as it was hard and the springs had come out, so we didn't have a good sleep and the bathroom had no window...

Mediocre. Great view and clean rooms but no protection from the Sun and no provision for water filtering. Finally, there is no mosquito net on the window so be prepared for a vampiric night full of wonder unless you can stand the air conditioning unit which works fine.

Everything you need and at the quieter part of town right off the Marina Harbor. Gracious hostess provided homemade marmalade, bread and fruits, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Small hotel, directly in the beach and with a garden and little, calm street in the back. Close to shops and taverns - in the beach and in the main street. Maria at the reception is very friendly and helpful with recommondations.

The hotel is located directly on the beach. It has sunbeds and umbrella for free. The hosts were very nice and informative. The rooms were clean and well equiped with towers and shower gel. There is fridge and if you ask for cotlery they can provide for you. It is very convinient for vacation on the beach.

Great for what it is. A simple hotel in an amazing location, right on the beach. It is clean, with decent amenities, and very friendly as well as accommodating staff. Don't expect luxurious rooms, but you are there for the location, and you will mostly spend your time on the amazing beach, in the sea, or on the hotel patio...which is 2 meters from the beach. Try and get a sea-view room, its worth...

Excellent small hotel overlooking Tolo Harbour with some sea view rooms. Very clean and well run with limited buffet breakfast, ideal for our needs and good filter coffee. Tolo is a lovely small resort near Napflion on the Peloponnese ideal for exploring Ancient Greek sites and relaxing on the beach if too hot.

Not the newest hotel or the best breakfast. But the staffs nice and did a good job with our messy room. We even broke something but the manager was friendly and let it go.
