The hotel is in a good location, the rooms are nice and the view is great.

This was the seventh (and last) of our hotels in our 14 day tour around the Mani. We had 3 nights booked as a final relaxation in a much loved town. Considering that this hotel might regard itself as the premier hotel in Naflion it was a bit of a disappointment. Only half was open (early season) and this was showing signs of wear in places. The other half was firmly shut and no one seemed to know...

Despite its faults this hotel is amazing. The architecture and the location are stunning. If you need to be Wi-Fi it isn’t for you but the 5G signal is excellent and served us well. And don’t expect 5 star facilities and service - this hotel is about the views and the peace up from the busy old town. The lift to the town is spooky but we got used to it. It is worth visiting.

We decided to splurge on this hotel without really knowing what to expect. Apparently there are hotel rooms here that are no longer open—just the villas are open. So this place has a bit of a weird abandoned vibe. But the villas are lovely, and the staff is very nice. We enjoyed the breakfast and the 2 pools. We stayed in the hotel in 2018. We loved it at the time. We decided to come back this year, the main hotel is now closed, only the villas/bungalows are available. Which makes the whole complex very quiet, an oasis of serenity. And of course there are fewer people around the swimming pools. Lovely stay and welcoming atmosphere. The only place to celebrate our honeymoon with us out of our whole 2 week stay in Greece. The walks around the area are great and the food at the hotel is good. Lots of different games available for you to borrow and play along with a communal TV/dvds if you wish.

One of the most relaxing and comfortable holidays. We needed a retreat after our wedding and the place was so relaxing. Just 6-8 kilometres from the centre of Nafplio and all the stores for dinner , shopping and coctails. The stuff was extremely nice and friendly, breakfast for every dietary restriction but also very tasty. Cleaning service was the best i have ever experienced. Extremely recommended...

It is an excellent hotel. Clean and spacious rooms. All the rooms have a nice terrace with a magnificent view. The swimming pool can be reached directly from some rooms. It is a large and very clean swimming pool. We tried the menu of the restaurant, absolutely one of the best restaurants during our round trip in Greece. The breakfast is great, a lot of choice, local products. Staff is very helpful...

Very nice hotel. Beautiful setting. The food in the evening is a bit expensive but very tasteful. Very friendly service. Breakfast is ok, especially focussed on hot items (eggs, sausage, warm vegetables), although there is enough choice if you want to eat something else. Absolutely perfect! My kids asked "Why did it take so long to get to Castellano and why only 1 night?" The beds and sheets were comfortable, the bathroom amenities just lovely, excellent breakfast served in our room, and the view, overlooking Syntagma Square - perfect!

Sadly only spent one night in this lovely hotel but it was really special. The rooms were lovely, loved the round beds that were very comfy. Being right on the square it was so quiet and loved hearing the bells from the local church. The breakfast provided was yummy and the staff went above and beyond, the hotel staff Christine was especially wonderful. Highly recommend and hope to return in the future

Luxurious, high ceiling, great value, great view from room 201. Great location, just leave your car at the public parking lot at the port and you are at walking distance from the hotel to every place. Only room for improvement is the need for a bigger fridge.

Beautiful place, the room was decorated as an old palace. Even with a chandelier! It is conveniently situated in walking distance from the city center. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the garden was amazing! Definitely a place to visit again! Well done!

We had a great 2 day stay with our 2 sons. There is a door dividing our rooms which gave us privacy, but allowed us to be together. It’s a beautiful setting with about a 20 minute walk to the edge of old town and ~30 minutes to the sea. Pool and dining area is small, but elegantly designed and peaceful.

There are so many positive points about this place that I don’t know where to start. Let’s say that I agree with all that was mentioned in other 5 star reviews. We were very lucky to get the Uranos suite with beautiful privative terrace / view and even a jaccuzzi. I can thank the team at the Anthemion enough for a lovely 4 day stay. They were all really friendly and helpful, nothing too much trouble. The standard room felt a little small, but the facilities made up for it. Very clean and great breakfasts. Good location too. We were sad to leave.

I’m such a huge fan of this beautiful hotel, so much so I decided to host my wedding there. The setting is truly stunning and the staff are outstanding. We love everything from the rooms to the excellent food, I cannot express how much we love this place. The team are just incredible. We’ll definitely be back :)

Our stay at Kanathos Pigi was probably our best memory in Greece! Everyone was wonderful - warm and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were large, breakfast was delicious and kids enjoyed the heated pool in April. We definitely hope to be back soon!

Beyond our expectations! We booked the hotel because we needed a relaxing break for our road trip. Everything was amazing! Due to low season, we enjoyed outdoor facilities all by our own, clean, beautiful, comfortable! Breakfast was unbelievable great and not expensive at all. What’s impressive is in the room, they offer different kinds of pillows, we had a wonderful rest!

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment with three balconies and a terrace. Very clean, spacious and well situated with lovely views towards Nafplion. Breakfast was fantastic and our hosts were so friendly. We even received a lovely gift at the end of our stay. Exceptional value.

First of all i want to say how good our stay was in Kanathos Pigi! We have been in Greece for two weeks and this was a surprise as well as a warm welcome to arrive at such personal and beautiful stay! We loved the rooms and especially the breakfast. We stayed one week in Myral Guesthouse during our visiting of Nafplio. This place is the perfect solution if you travel by car but you need to be near the city center. It’s clean and comfortable an its host speaks an excellent italian. We’ll definitely come back here if we return to Nafplio!

Great place to stay as a base for the South of Greece. About 4 kms away from Nafplio which in my opinion bus a good thing as the town is very busy, and difficult to park. We would park at the port nearby and walk through the historic town, palamidi fort etc. It's also very close to many great beaches such as Tolo and Karathona on the eastern side, and Astro on the western side, best of both worlds...

My husband and I came to Nafplio for our honeymoon and we had the best experience ever. The room is super cute and located perfectly in the center of town. About 3 blocks from the beach and just outside the main square. The pension was super kind, clean and hospitable. They gave us great recommendations in town and we had amazing breakfasts that were included in our stay. I 100% recommend staying here...

The pension is across a loud music bar that is open until 3.00 AM everyday. (Check location and opening hours on Google maps). The bar is popular so not only can one hear the music but also the loud conversations and voices. The synthetic perfume heavily and continuously sprayed in the entrance and stairway is uncomfortable. This is likely to cover a humidity smell. The pension is otherwise clean...

Beautiful and unique place to stay in Nafplio! We were kindly greeted upon our arrival, and the check in process was very informative. We felt right at home. When you arrive, there is a little alley to walk down with a door to reception on your left. The "alley" has a couple tables and bicycles. The rooms are clean, and very uniquely decorated. One of the nicest host on our trip in peloponisos. Beautiful room in the heart of the old town. Very affordable and clean. The one thing that bothered was the loud music playing just outside from a nearby bar. If you are a person that has problems with loud music trying to sleep, maybe reconsider the place to sleep..

Breakfast here has the best value for money as others mention too. The location is spot on! You're only 7 minutes away from the beach. Yet you're located right at the shopping district. The staff here are genuinely good people and you can feel that they are motivated and want you to have a nice experience. Lastly, their roof garden at night will give you something that even the best hotels can't match

We would stay at Xenon Inn again in a heartbeat. We had the suite and the room was large with everything you could need. When I booked I had no idea that it had a kitchenette - not just a mini fridge but also a kitchen sink and stove burners. The room is huge and airy, the hotel is very quiet, but the absolute best part is staying in a room that has a balcony overlooking the square! What a highlight...

Lovely rooms. The front desk staff "Maria" is friendly and very helpful. We had a room facing the square. The noise at night was very light and by 11p pretty quiet. But our visit was not during the high season. There is a set of steep stairs to reach the rooms. the cafe serves a great breakfast (plenty). Also a good place to have a cocktail or coffee and people watch.

A beautiful small hotel accommodation in the centre of the Old Town of Nafplio. Rooms are huge, towels and sheets are absolutely luxurious. The staff here are most wonderful kind and sweet. The location in Syntagma Square is ideal for relaxing or shopping. We had a lovely overall experience.

It was a lovely big house with a big garden to explore for my 3 year old daughter. It was much bigger than it looked in the pictures. A very simple 3 star hotel with lovely staff. Clean rooms, clean pool and a very tasty breakfast. The hotel is walking distance from the sea and many restaurants. We were at the hotel for two days and enjoyed the cute pool.

Just had a fantastic stay here for one week. We had 3 rooms and a total of 6 people. Owner and surroundings are just sublime. Rooms where cleaned every day, ok breakfast and just a family hotel where they go the extra mile to make sure you are happy. To begin with, I should write that Mrs. Maria was one of the best hosts, warm, friendly, kind and with a smile she always made you feel at home. The rooms are very clean, literally 5' from the sea, the balcony is ideal to have a coffee or a drink in the evening, a disadvantage was the mattress as it was hard and the springs had come out, so we didn't have a good sleep and the bathroom had no window...

Mediocre. Great view and clean rooms but no protection from the Sun and no provision for water filtering. Finally, there is no mosquito net on the window so be prepared for a vampiric night full of wonder unless you can stand the air conditioning unit which works fine.

Everything you need and at the quieter part of town right off the Marina Harbor. Gracious hostess provided homemade marmalade, bread and fruits, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The hotel is a very nice, good quality, boutique hotel with lovely terraces for breakfast, gardens and sea views. Very clean and in a great location on the edge of the village, 5 minutes walk to the beach, 3 minutes to the port with lots of restaurants and taverns and only 10 minutes walk to the ancient theatre. There's also private parking. It is a very nice place to stay and the owners are very welcoming...

The location has many positive points: - the view is exceptional - the houses are very beautiful and spacious -the host is welcoming - the pool is large and private - in the evening you can admire the starry sky and count the falling stars -it is a quiet location. you can always find a place for yourself on the terrace or in the garden so you can meditate or read a book The only minus of the location...

We stayed at the place for 4 days, and it was a great experience. Amazing view, very comfortable apartment. Beach is very close, but you can also swim in the pool and enjoy the view. It is quite remote, but if you need some action, Tyros is just 5-7 min away

We were there for an event during the Catamarans Cup. It was perfect!

Top value for money. Could use some upgrades but it is viable and for the money it is top notch. Perfect for families, with several kids facilities and kids pool.

Clean and comfortable. Great view at the bay of Porto Helli from the main building. Nice relaxing, garden view from the buildings uphill. The personnel is genuinely polite and helpful. Relaxing around the pool is a must. Either during the day for a swim or in the evening for a drink.

What a fab experience! Food was good, room service were kind, friendly and always had a smile on their faces. The rooms themselves were lovely and clean with fairly comfy beds and we're very spacious. The pool was very clean and well looked after and the pool bar had some lovely drinks. All in all it was a great hotel with very friendly staff and good food.

We got a room on the 8th (800+) building which has a nice few, but it is far away from the pools and the restaurants. It was very hot, so each time we took the car for eating and swimming. Only breakfast was served in a close, air conditioned room. The pool bar was expensive and without a few to the wonderful sea. Playground was open only till 6pm. All personal where friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay at Nikki Beach! Breakfast had many delicious options, the beds were very comfortable and the staff was excellent. The location is perfect as we visited both Hydra and Spetses, not to mention Porto Heli!

We stayed for ten nights and had a wonderful experience at Nissia. The staff are absolute stars and provide an excellent service. Amazing location, right by the sea, we enjoyed the lovely view every morning at breakfast. The rooms are very good. Perhaps a little more attention to common areas but being relatively late in the season some wear and tear is to be expected.

Super friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, great breakfast and lunch options! Love the huge pool area and the hotel's proximity to the town.

Ideally located to explore this beautiful picture perfect . Stasd at Nissia are friendly and professional. They add that extra level of service to everything they do. The residences are well maintained and unclude everything to ensure your stay is as relaxing as possible. They are traditionaly decorated but have all the conviences of modern life. Well worth the price. I will definately return again

A beautiful small hotel run by Christiana and her team. Nothing too much trouble. Very clean everywhere and a nice pool for relaxing. Truly a very nice place to stay. Close to everything, clean, quiet, well managed and very friendly. Everybody will notice different things when staying in a hotel but my silver lining was the gentleman cookie breakfast. Omelette made after your choice and an impressive choice of home cooked jams and marmelades. Just lovely. We hope to be able to return soon.
