This is my favorite place to stay when I come to Nauplio. The rooms are huge. Large marble bathrooms. Beautiful balconies to enjoy all the views. Service is amazing. The staff is all wonderful. Very friendly caring staff. Wonderful location on the sea front opposite a castle on an island in the water. The castle is illuminated at night. You are fine with the rooms as soon as you work out what all the switches are for (curtains etc).

Great hotel in stunning location. Rooms look out over the bay and are quite large and comfortable. Rooms have a fridge and a room safe. The only downside is no tea or coffee making facilities. Rooms are heavily automated with buttons to open and close curtains, which takes a bit of working out, including the window to the bathroom.most rooms have a balcony, but a few just have a juliet balcony.

The rooms are amazing! The view is amazing right over the water! We got our own deck overlooking the water suitable for 20 people or more. The food? To die for. Only complaint is that the water pressure went out for a few minutes while I was there due to maintenance. They were insistent that they make it up to me and my family. What a wonderful stay! Beautiful and large hotel. Easily accessible to and from Nafplion. The rooms are big and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Very clean. The only downside is that the rooms need renovations. They are already outdated. Most importantly, get rid of the shower curtains! (Which were clean nonetheless). Will be back

We had a pleasant stay at Amalia Hotel, and in terms of value for money, it is definitely recommended! However, it's important to note that our stay was selected based on our specific preferences and it met our expectations. On behalf of our experience we rate this a 4 our of 5

The hotel rooms are spacious and clean - the staff friendly and polite the breakfast offered rich and abundant - in fact for all tastes. Pretty nice though the interior feels dated. The flowers outside were really nice. You could smell the jasmine in bloom. Location is not walkable to Nafplion but is a quick 10 minute taxi.

We were on a roof garden on New Year and enjoyed it a lot. Great menu offers and romantic music . Seeing the Palamidi view what can be better. Enjoyable , unforgettable! Nafplio is a place to visit as it is beautiful! The hotel is located in the centre of the city, next to the market and very close to the sea (10 minute-walk), the room was fantastic and the breakfast with a super view on the Fortress of Palamidi:)

Fantastic and clean hotel. Great room size and the bathroom was modern and well appointed. Short walk into Nafplio town. Comfortable beds, stylish design. Parking was available in the surrounding area. Staff are very friendly and the buffet breakfast was excellent.

The hotel was tidy and clean, with exellent location. The buffee breakfast was perfect and always served with sunny staff. Also the View bar was superb! Amazing and very reciprocal staff, plus lovely drinks and the view.

A boutique hotel located a stones throw from harbourside Clean and tidy throughout and even allowing for its proximity to the town's nightlife was very quiet. Above all, ALEXANDRA at the reception is super nice : great attitude and welcoming, she gave us advice for local restaurants and the food was awesome. She also gave me an itinerary for my morning running 8/9 km which was memorable. Also all staff is nice, the bed is comfortable, the breakfast with fruits by the pool ++ and the perfect location of the hotel !

Staff were amazing; friendly & helpful! Nice rooms, good location, breakfast hit the spot (more fruit and fresh options would be good though! But the bougatsa was unreal!) We stayed a night with our little one (3.5 years) and had a fab time. The room was well taken care of, the location is on a quiet pedestrian just a stone's throw away from the town high street and the staff has really made us feel welcomed and at home. We will certainly revisit!

Rating of the hotel is and will be negatively impacted by the DJ of their own bar. DJ plays till far after midnight for an empty bar and his own sake. DJ is especially good in adding too much bass tones and by doing so disturbing hotel guest. If you are in your room sleeping or not, the bass tones are annoying and stressful. And it makes absolutely no sense to play so loud for an empty bar, no bar...

Had the good fortune to book this place over New Years. WOW. The location surely can't be beaten. You are right in the middle of cuteness. We had only drinks on a rainy afternoon. The service was very good, top class; the atmosphere was exactly what you expect from such a classy place like Nafplio. We had great cocktails and straight drinks, but i noticed a very Interesting wine celar , promoting the gems of the area.

Excellent hotel, in the old town but slightly higher so very calm. The junior suite with sea view is great : big, high ceilings and multiple amazing views of the town and the sea. Will stay here again next time I am in Nafplio.

We booked a Superior Double Room w/sea view for 5 nights. The room was very nice, updated bathroom and a beautiful view. Note that shampoo and body was not provided. Our GPS took us up Fotomara, which is one way with no outlet and was under construction. We had to back down a very narrow road, which was harrowing to say the least. The person, unfortunately, at the front desk gave us little help...

Lovely stay and welcoming atmosphere. The only place to celebrate our honeymoon with us out of our whole 2 week stay in Greece. The walks around the area are great and the food at the hotel is good. Lots of different games available for you to borrow and play along with a communal TV/dvds if you wish.

One of the most relaxing and comfortable holidays. We needed a retreat after our wedding and the place was so relaxing. Just 6-8 kilometres from the centre of Nafplio and all the stores for dinner , shopping and coctails. It is an excellent hotel. Clean and spacious rooms. All the rooms have a nice terrace with a magnificent view. The swimming pool can be reached directly from some rooms. Sadly only spent one night in this lovely hotel but it was really special. The rooms were lovely, loved the round beds that were very comfy. Being right on the square it was so quiet and loved hearing the bells from the local church. The breakfast provided was yummy and the staff went above and beyond, the hotel staff Christine was especially wonderful. Highly recommend and hope to return in the future

Luxurious, high ceiling, great value, great view from room 201. Great location, just leave your car at the public parking lot at the port and you are at walking distance from the hotel to every place. Only room for improvement is the need for a bigger fridge.

we had a beautiful time in this lovely hotel. The building is over 400 years old and that adds to the charm. Staying at this place made our Nafplio trip even more special! If you have problems with walking stairs, I wouldn't recommend it since it doesn't have a elevator (due to the age of the building) and there are alot of stairs.
