Leto Nuevo Hotel

This was a great location. However, be mindful that there are a lot of stairs involved. A flight to get into the hotel and then another if you're on the second level. No elevator. Nice view. Friendly service. Good beds and linen and decent sized rooms. Charming balconies with seating and great black out drapes. Modern shower and facility, but the water spreads all over the bathroom floor because of the lack of proper barrier.
The hotel is kind of hidden away.
We parked down the alley in the free parking zone ( only the areas that have no white lines)and dragged our luggage through a beat-up alley to the hotel. I suppose you can drive through the narrow alley, but there is no real parking there.
There is a code for late nighters. They could use a make-up mirror and extra blankets. There is a local church that rings the bells hourly( well, the funny thing is that it rang at 7 minutes past the hour).
Getting into the shops/ restaurant area there are many stairs to climb down ( and then back up) to this hotel.
The morning hustle and bustle (garbage collectors/ trucks/ dogs) was easily heard so bring earplugs- but didn't bother us too much

Great hotel, close to town with good views. A short walk down the hill into town, parking just down the road. Quiet, large rooms. There is breakfast available but we opted for local cafes (though it was always busy!)

Very nice hotel in the heart of Nafplio's old town. Our room was clean with comfortable beds. The staff were very helpful and provided us with plenty of information, restaurant recommendations etc. Excellent breakfast buffet. If you're driving, parking in Nafplio can be a bit tricky. The hotel itself seems to have a couple of spots but to get there you'd have to navigate a pretty narrow alley. There's public parking nearby, but some of the spots are for residents only. The hotel staff can also advise you about parking in the area; I would call them ahead of time.

The hotel is a family hotel located on a hillside. There is a public parking lot next to the hotel. After parking, you have to walk about 100 meters with your luggage, and the road is narrow and bumpy. The hotel does not have an elevator and you have to climb more than ten steps to get there. If the guest room is on the second floor, you have to climb up with your luggage, which is not very convenient. But the hotel room is clean, the front desk reception is friendly, and they informed us of the parking rules in the public parking lot (foreign vehicles must park in special locations, and the marked areas are for locals). The hotel is just a short walk down the hill to the town center square and the seaside promenade. As a family hotel, the breakfast is quite rich. All in all, the hotel itself is good, but the road outside is not easy to walk on, and there is no elevator, so it will be tiring to carry large luggage.

Great service. Breakfast was perfect (only 12€) with sea view.
Climbing up the stairs (city stairs) to the hotel was hard with the luggage. Only later we found out that there is a public parking close by, and you can drive around without going through the narrow streets.

Freshly renovated, good breakfast, great view from the window. Of the minuses, there is no parking and bathrobes in the rooms

The location of the hotel is really good. Just a few minutes' walk down the mountain is the beach, and a few minutes' walk up the mountain is the Heritage Park. I especially want to praise the hotel's breakfast. The ingredients are fresh and taste home-made. My husband and I both think it's great!

We stayed a couple of nights with my wife and two kids. Truly magnificent boutique hotel! Excellent location overlooking the bay within the old city of Nafplion, spacious and recently renovated rooms and very helpful and kind reception which gave us detailed guidance on how to get around and where to eat. It is rated
as 3-stars but punch well above its weight! Highly recommended and will definitely visit again and use it as a reference place to stay going forward!

A very pleasant, quiet and modernly-furnished place.
A few minutes away from the central square and from the embankment.
The personnel was very polite and warm. They also cook a great, simple, but tasty breakfast with a stunning view from the café.
