Very good place to stay if you are in Oia. A few minutes walk and already in the centre of all the attractions. Rooms are cleaned everyday. The food is amazing with good serving. Very friendly staff.

Right in the heart of Oia. If youre looking for views of inside the volcano, this is not it, however, the views of the farmland here is stunning. Great indoor jacuzzi, larger pool outside, full concrete bathroom is amazing. There's also a great restaurant right next door that serves their homemade wine made from grapes grown in Santorini.

I came here a few years ago and it was such a special experience. My friend and I visited for a girls trip. The hotel was lovely, we had bed and breakfast and the breakfast was really good, and refreshing. We would have breakfast and explore for the day, the staff gave us information of excursions in the area and what each one covered, we would be out for lunch and dinner and come back to the hotel...

Nice cosy rooms and a delicious restaurant attached next door so they offer breakfast and dinner and the beautiful lady at reception can help you out with beaches to visit, sailing tours and much more. All Staff is kind, friendly and polite. 15 minutes walk to get to Oia so easy to access and quite around there. The only thing I can share is difficult to understand how to lock the door with key. Maybe I’m not familiar with it…

Loved our special stay here. Stefanos was an excellent host, going above and beyond what you would expect. Super responsive throughout the day. Location is close enough to the madness but far enough not to be bothered with foot traffic outside your room. The jacuzzi and sunbeds outside are a great touch for an afternoon nap. Very good stay at the Gemini Cave, in a very well restored cave dwelling. The solarium and the jacuzzi do not spoil the pleasure of your stay! ;) Located in the small village of Finikia, it is very pleasant to walk away from the crowds of tourists in the small labyrinthine streets.

I went to Gemini Caves for 4 nights and it was amazing. I highly recommend. The host is kind and helpful. I hope to come back soon.

Fantastic boutique hotel with exceptional customer service. Family owned and operated, the rooms are the family's historic home converted into individual apartments. They're built right into the rock and it's truly a special place to stay.

Beautiful location on the sea in the middle of nature. The view is stellar and the pool beautiful. Johnny was very welcoming and gave us plenty of tips. Great place! Location is just far enough from the crowds (so it's peaceful and quiet) but not too far from Oia and a handful of beaches (pretty easy to get to). Affordable clean simple hotel, but only 1min from the best view you can have in Oia. Waking up before sunrise and be able to walk just a minute to enjoy the wonderful view of the sun rising behind the blue done churches is priceless.

We rested for 4 days in Santorini. The place where we lived is extremely beautiful. The rooms are huge, 2 rooms, which is a rarity for Santorini. Cleanliness 10!! Bedding, towels are snow-white. The dishes are crystal clear. We feel better than at home. Maria and her assistant are unusually friendly people. We recommend !

About a km walk (about 15 mins) from the main bus station - we didn't realise that there was a bus stop just outside Maria's place that we could have used. The breakfast here was amazing, the golden sultanas steeped in honey along with walnuts on top of Greek yoghurt was to die for. Sadly Oia was too hot and too busy (even in September) for us - but the breakfast alone is worth coming back for.

Stayed at their suit with two private pools, one in-doors and one on the roof top. Pools are just big enough for two people. Very romantic & highly recommend for couples.
