Very satisfied, the house is great for watching the sunset, the room has a big bed and a sofa bed the size of a single bed. The price is similar to the surrounding areas. The hotel staff are very enthusiastic and very satisfactory. Here is a picture of the sunset seen from the balcony of the room.

I' m so happy I booked this last minute. It is close to Ammoudi Bay and everything else. The owner was super friendly and helpful. The room had everything we needed. They also did turn down services. I would recommend this hotel. It was located in prime sunset view location!

This is a great place to stay to see the sunset in their Junior Jacuzzi suite as it sets right in front of you and no crowds of people as elsewhere in Oia. Do make sure you are able bodied because there are steep steps to get back to Oia or down to Ammoudi bay but we loved this exercise. Theodora Suites is a very nice "cave" stay in Oia. Their entry fails to advise that Theodora is actually 2 separate and distinct properties: One with a Caldera View and the other with a Sunset View. From reading the entry I thought that the location offered both Sunset and Caldera Views - but that is not the case. Dream location… We were in a small, very small studio, very cute but we pay for being in Oia because the price is still high for the service, it remains magical all the same. Come for two nights, that’s enough… Enjoy the sunset but also and perhaps even more the sunrise because there is no one there and the colors are very soft…………..

What a great place to stay in Oia Santorini. We had a beautiful 4 nights in Oia. Staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for the 4 of us. Breakfast was amazing each morning. Centrally located in the heart of everything however, tucked away when you want to relax in your own private pool. Loved every minute of it.

Amazing spot on the caldera where the hotel is located, very close to the center of Oia, with easy access and a wonderful view of the endless blue, the volcano and the other villages of Santorini. This is a very cost-effective hotel. The owner is very friendly. You can see the sunrise. Across the street is Santorini's most famous Oia sunset viewing platform, which is only a five-minute walk away. It is much more cost-effective than the cliff hotel.

Great stay. All comfort with private jacuzzi and terrace. Accommodation very well located for visiting Oia and Fira. Many restaurants and shops nearby. Perfect stay thanks to the welcome, availability and advice of our host Lia.

It’s a nice and convenient hotel. Eva is really helpful and kind host. She helped me to deal with some emergencies, such as printing my ticket, and preparing some female stuff. Very cozy stay! Comfortable bed, good A/C, very dark and quite at night. The junior suite was more than large enough for my wife and I on our honeymoon Santorini leg. The views from Oia are fantastic as well, best on the island. For the price I wish there were a pool or pool access included in the stay, but what can you do.

Excellent place to stay! Sergio and his team were very helpful. The pool area is nice. Breakfast is served every day and is delicious!! Also, Sergio was able to help with car rental and had helpful insights for daily excursions. We recommend it a lot. The view from our room and pool area was beautiful!!

Stayed there for 2 nights. The suite is a family run business. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The suite has awesome sea view. The rooms are nice and spacious, with private patio and terrace area. Its located 5-10 min drive from Oia town centre. Amazing suites near to Oia! The suites are very clean with daily cleaning service. The girl in the reception is very kind and helpful! Brand new hotel. Everything is shining like it just came out of the box. Swimming pool is gorgeous. The place is very calm and quite with a beautiful view of the sea. Rooms are spacious, modern and clean. Staff extremely kind, accommodating and helpful. For those who look for a quite location away from cars and people.

Absolutely superb from start to finish. The driver came and collected us, ensured we checked in okay then drove us to our villa. The villa was spotlessly clean. Bed very comfy. Aircon powerful. And the view….just breathtaking. 100% recommend!

Vlassis was a wonderful host/manager and our stay at Oia Memories was superb! Elvis picked us up from the airport and was early waiting for us... from there it only got better! Breakfast was amazing every morning and they deliver it on time to start your day. You are literally 1 min walk to all the shops and great restaurants while you enjoy the best views of the caldera. Beautiful little place right near the ocean with steps leading down to go swimming and less than a 5 minute drive to Oia to watch the sunset.

Really nice, secluded and quiet place by the ocean but on a main road and close for a visit to Oia, Fira and other beautifull sites on this side of the island. Big plus is a pool in the back yard. Short decend from the apartmant you'll find a characteristic black beach. Hosts are very nice, friendly and helpfull. I suggest taking the breakfast option, it is delicious and you can have it by the pool...

Our stay at the Fava Eco Suites was okay, but unfortunately not what we expected. The location is a little off the beaten track. You have to walk a distance after getting off the bus at Oia Station, about one kilometer. Randomly stumbled upon this place on a visit to a nearby beach. They had a nice pool with sangria, beer and ice cream. The pool is open to anyone, not just guests! It was a nice break from the touristy Oia - and very close to the city so that we could go back there for dinner. Stop by if you’re in the area!

Very close to Oia by main road. Extremely quite neighborhood. Kind and helpful hosts. Provided us with map of the island and information regarding places to visit. Even gave information about a ferry. Rooms were clean. Bed comfortable enough but could be a bit longer and less noisy. Bathroom is bigger than what we are used to in the hotels. Breakfast was tasty. Not too big and not too small.

My husband and I had the most wonderful time at Mare Nostrum in April. You won't get a place this new and clean in Oia for this price. Yes, it's a half hour walk from Oia, but we enjoyed the walk since the summer sun wasn't beaming down on us.
