Incredible hotel and amazingly attentive staff! Anything we needed was immediately brought to our room. The jacuzzi outside was always clean and warm. The cleaning service came twice a day which was great

I will remember this place for the rest of my life! We were there for our wedding day and everything was perfect! The staff was honestly kind, the room was so clean and the breakfast was delicious

Our breakfast each morning was fresh, made to order and absolutely delicious! Also, complimentary! Fresh omelets just the way you want them with the most delicious Greek salad and fresh marmalade’s, this was a highlight of our stay! Also, the room was perfect

Enjoyed 4 nights as part of honeymoon. It is a huge property so leverage the golf cart service where possible. Food is excellent and service is great. It’s maybe 10 mins walk to the OIA lookout point for sunset

In the innermost part of Oia, there is an independent swimming pool. You can wait for the sunset in the room. Breakfast is directly delivered to the room. The swimming pool is heated. The cave room is very spacious.

The private viewing area in the sister hotel for watching the sunset is also amazing and adds so much extra value. Honestly can’t say enough good things about the hotel. It is expensive but so worth it

Ducato di Oia was an amazing stay for us

Ducato Di Oia was an amazing stay. We were there 3 days ago and the service, views and rooms were great! We were treated with respect and Nadia (reception) gave us a warm welcome and and very hospitable

There are many hotels with private pools in Oia village in Santorini, but Ducato is located at the end where there are few tourists, so it is in a quiet place

Riding the buggy to and from the hotel you really come to appreciate the location of the hotel in Oia

The room was amazing, the service was prompt and attentive, the view of the ocean and sunset was perfect, the large, comfortable bed was perfect for a good night's sleep, and the pool was truly amazing

The room is not big. This hotel is newly opened. It is so expensive. The environment and location must be good. The fine dinner restaurant has a spectacular sunset. The service is very good.

Katikies in Oia is without a doubt one of the most stunning hotels I’ve had the chance to experience. The location, architecture, and views are simply breathtaking

At lunch, it consistently took 40 minutes to over an hour just to place an order — and mistakes were frequent. Despite the staff speaking English perfectly well, they seemed indifferent to even the most polite requests

While understandable given the iconic setting, it can become disruptive — especially when you’re trying to relax in your private jacuzzi and find strangers just a few steps away snapping pictures

The same issues were present at breakfast: long waits, incorrect orders, and at times missing items that were never brought — with the staff simply saying, “the kitchen is now closed

The day we checked out we could leave our suitcases with them till late, then come back take a shower in their check out guest bathrooms and leave. So very convenient when your flight is much later than the checkout time

They even accommodated an hour late check out despite being completely booked! As if the rooms and amenities were not enough, their service and staff and amazing! The views from the rooms are to die for

We had a large group and they were able to help with transport to/from the airport as well as taking breakfast orders, and going above and beyond to make my friend's birthday special by bringing her a cake and fresh fruit

We found the breakfast to be satisfactory, providing us both with what we needed to start the day! Unfortunately, like a few others in these reviews, both my husband and I experienced credit card fraud within a few weeks of using our cards here

This was the only location during our travels where we used two separate credit cards, and both cards had to be cancelled

We were so thankful for the transfer from the airport, and the staff who carried our bags up and down the Santorini stairs. The staff was very helpful in scheduling dinner reservations for us as well

I think this is a problem in Oia rather than specific to this hotel but I also believe the hotel should do some efforts to make the clients feels more special

My husband and I have already decided a return trip for 2-3 nights is a must (and we haven't even left yet!)!!! It's very quiet and close enough to walk to Oia center (15 min), with a restaurant across the street to order food while at their amazing pool

Not to much of an issue during the day but a little more unsettling at night as taxis zoom past you on area's where sidewalk is no longer an option (which is limited). The majority is sidewalk or walking path accessable

oia suites is situated within minutes by foot from the central village so you get complete privacy (no one stepping into your space or staring at you sunbaking). its away from the hustle and bustle but central

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 11am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there

Friendly staff, a complex of pleasant rooms, and a big swimming pool located in the middle of wine-olive fields. Quite and away from the crowds. Staff needs some training and formality

Absolutely amazing! One of the best rooms I had. Astonishing views, jacuzzi, private terrace, great breakfast, super helpful staff... Also, it is near the main road where you have all the great restaurants and town life.

We had the most awesome views! Do note that the hotel is not for the physically impaired as it takes some serious climbing and descent getting in and out of the hotel. Breakfast was very tasty and more than adequate

The air con in the room was perfect for taking the chill off and also heating a bit at night when it went cold! Also despite what other people say, there's plenty of parking available for free as long as you don’t try to park just before sunset! The parking is signposted sunset parking and is about a 10 min walk away from this hotel right through oia town centre
