The hotel itself is nice, with a peaceful atmosphere and a beautiful view. However, the service was not up to standard — it felt like more effort could have been made to offer a better experience. Housekeeping was inconsistent, and the breakfast was quite basic, lacking variety. There were also several small issues that would be easy to fix, but unfortunately, there seemed to be little interest in doing so. While the location is relatively close to the main town, it’s not the most ideal spot in the area. To be honest, I wouldn’t return — I’d look for a better option next time.

We had a delightful stay at Mr and Mrs White Santorini. We travelled with our teens and the pools were great with spacious rooms. Yannis was fabulous and was very helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was decent with a lovely Caldrea view.

Terrible place to stay! Terrible. I told my husband, I would rather fly home early to America, then stay at that rat trap. We expressed our unhappiness, and they still made us pay for the reservation. We ended up going into Oia and staying at Hom which was amazing! The first room they tried to give us had a loft bed of a 90° ladder. Then they gave us a room with a hot tub to make up for it and the hot tub didn’t work. The people in the restaurant took half an hour to wait on us and we were the only people there. The Greek salad wasn’t bad but the pizza and drinks were terrible and the service was obviously terrible. Very very disappointed in this hotel and the fact that they made me pay even though I didn’t stay there because it was terrible. I honestly don’t know how anybody could give this four stars or even two stars

Beautiful hotel and amazing experience. The breakfast was delicious, the pools were refreshing, and the views were unbelievable. Great location as well — quiet but still close to the town.

The moment we got dropped off the service was impeccable, Yanis and Tom were a delight and were so helpful with everything. The home made lemonade on arrival is so refreshing and a nice gesture. The location is perfect close to Oia but not close enough that you get the hustle and bustle. The rooms were kept clean and the breakfast was great.

Our favourite Hotel we stayed at on our 1 month Holiday. Thanos the manager and his staff were beyond amazing. Very warm, genuine, caring & professional. We were greeted with a delicious welcome drink which we enjoyed whilst looking out over the water from their restaurant. The rooms were fantastic. Best beds, showers and air conditioning of the whole trip. The pool was great with plenty of umbrellas. Only a 15 min walk into to town with beautiful scenery the whole time.

We only stayed for 1 day but we had an incredible experience at this place. We had so many highlights but just to mention a few - every person we spoke to at the hotel was kind, the breakfast exceeded our expectations, the location was exceptional and the view was absolutely amazing!

Just spent four days at MMW, it was beautiful. The staff were very accommodating (especially the restaurant). Magnificent views, beautiful facilities especially the pool. We were going to miss brekky as our ferry was leaving early so a little food package was prepared for us. Thank you all for such amazing hospitality, we loved our stay.

Set in a beautiful location, this hotel is just so peaceful. The rooms are very Greek in style and offer superb views over the caldera. The staff are so friendly and cannot do enough to make you feel welcome. We will miss the smiling faces every day for sure. I can only say to Sofia, Joanna, Kateryna at breakfast and all the team at Mr & Mrs White, all our best wishes for the rest of the season and the Christmas holidays.

We had an absolutely beautiful time at the hotel - we stayed here for 3 nights with our 4-year old toddler! The view is even more gorgeous than the photos. The hotel staff & service is excellent - they helped us with cruise bookings (at a great rate) & hotel transfers.
The breakfast buffet spread is decent, with eggs made to order! My only small complaint would be the lack of a coffee machine in the room - it’s criminal to not be able to enjoy a hot cup of coffee in the huge balcony.
The hotel’s about a 10 mins walk from the main town of Oia - so it’s quite close, yet offers you privacy.
Would highly recommend a stay here!
