Myst Boutique Hotel

We stayed at Myst in late 2022 and I can’t say enough great things about this hotel. Would give 6 stars if I could - the staff was amazing, probably the best I’ve ever experienced. The room we stayed in was very cool and perfectly accentuated the Santorini vibe. While the hotel doesn’t look like much from the street it’s beautiful once you make your way up the stairs to the main area/ pool deck. As mentioned the staff was amazing, incredibly helpful at every turn and really helped us make the most of our time in Santorini.

The food at the hotel was also amazing, they search breakfast to your room in the morning. The menus has a nice selection of offerings - we tried them all and loved everything we had. We also got a pizza and apps one afternoon while lounging by the pool and and we were amazed at how good they were.

There are only 3 minor things about this hotel that I can point out as not great. 1. The location is a bit far away from town but that being said it’s not that far just a bit long to walk, and once you walk through Oia and see the lack of privacy at many of the hotels there it’s almost a hidden positive. 2. Would have been nice to have a more modern fitness area, not a big gripe, at least they had something, especially considering how small the hotel is. 3. The individual hot tubs were a bit cold, we visited in October and while the weather was perfect the nights were chilly and would have been nice if the private tubs were a bit warmer. In my opinion these are all pretty minor and the service, food, rooms, and ambiance of the resort more than make up for it.

Having experienced many hotels in my life, this one is one of my favorites by far. Customer service is responsive and accommodating. This hotel is NOT in the center of Oia ( 2 min drive, 15 min walk) which may be a con to some but an advantage to me. A quieter area, with a spacious parking lot, available free shuttle to the center, large pool, and a delicious breakfast that is brought to your room daily. Our room had a jacuzzi overlooking a sunset away from the Santorini summer crowds. 10/10 in my book. Highly recommend. Thank you Hassen and the crew.

We had a pleasant experience in this hotel.
We were on our honeymoon and booked this hotel last minute as we changed plans, because of this only standard rooms were available. We asked for a room change and the staff was accommodating and we got a nicer room (for extra charge) on the from the 4th night onwards.

One of the staff members in reception was very friendly and helpful, unfortunately he stood out from the rest and the reason why I rate 4 stars on the service as the others were not as helpful or as friendly as he was.
The food in their restaurant was surprisingly good and the breakfast was also not bad, the only caveat for the breakfast is that it's only available in the room and you have to order the day before, sometimes I felt like having something else by the morning than I did the day before and it was too late. Also, sometimes you just want to go out of the room for breakfast and it was not a possibility. Regardless the food was good.

The first room we had was nothing to write home about but the second was was great, it had a jacuzzi on the balcony and a really nice view of the ocean and the sunset. Both rooms were smaller than I expected for a 4 star hotel though.

Overall it's a good hotel, almost deserving of a 5 star rating. If they improve the friendliness and effectiveness of their service and allow for more breakfast options, I think it could get there.
Also, Spa options are only avaliable in another hotel from their group that is near by. They should offer those on location and it would also help the customer experience.

We could not praise Myst Boutique Hotel enough! The rooms were beautifully decorated and clean. Hot tub on the balcony was pure luxury. Breakfast every morning delivered to your room on a tray with a wide range of choice. The views from our balcony and the hotel were stunning and we caught several beautiful sunsets. The pool was also lovely a quiet, with enough sun beds for all the guests. We dined at the hotel restaurant on a handful at nights and couldn't fault any of the food or the dining experience. Everything was incredibly fresh and delicious. The staff were very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly, a special shout out to Eric who was very kind and welcoming and made us feel at home.

The hotel is located just outside Oia with a free shuttle car service into the town. While some might prefer to be more central to Oia, my husband and I loved the quiet location which made it easier to relax, unwind and appreciate the island to its fullest.

We could not praise Myst Boutique Hotel enough! It has to be the best hotels we've ever stayed at!

Great experience! Very helpful stuff, comfortable room with a jacuzzi that was perfect as other pool was still a little bit chilly. One of the best in room breakfasts I’ve seen. Great to have the shuttle option to town, although it’s 10 min away it’s quite uphill. Would be great if they add a pick-up from town after dinner. All in all, great experience, would recommend

I loved the hotel and the staff. It was the perfect size and beautiful! The only thing I would change is the fact that they don't have a driver and charge 45 euros to and from different locations. Also, the front desk was closed when we left for our flight 8 am flight back home so had we not been waiting outside we may have missed our transfer to the airport. Other than that great place to stay!!.

We stayed at Myst Boutique Hotel for our honeymoon and it was the perfect accommodation. Everyone is so friendly at the hotel desk, the property is immaculate, the pool and pool beds are perfect for the hot Santorini summers. Daily breakfast is served on your balcony as you get to enjoy the view of the ocean. Oia is a short drive up the hill and we preferred being just outside of the busy, crowded streets. We will stay at Myst hotel every time we are in Santorini
