Aqua Blue Beach Hotel

The hotel is good for couples, environment was beautiful, friendly and quiet. The cocktails were good and the food okay.
I gave it 3 stars because only a bottle of water was provided on the day of arrival. Bottled water should be complementary and provided every morning. I shouldn’t have to walk the streets to buy water after paying for my package. Nonetheless, it was worth the visit and tour.

The hotel itself isn't a bad hotel it has a nice look to it. Do I think this is a 5* hotel, no. We arrived and was upgraded to a family room, this was bigger than the room we had purchased but we had picked our room because it had a double bed, weird to have to singles constantly falling in the crack. The beds were quite hard as well. There were lots of bugs on the balcony and outside the room like 30/40 bugs everyday ( housekeeping did keep sweeping them but they were everywhere). The gym is open 9-9 which is super inconvenient times would be better if opened earlier as breakfast Is late 8.30-10 and dinner is late 7.30-9.30. Dinner was pretty good but dessert was terrible only enjoyed one dessert on one night - stayed a total of 8 days. Enjoyed dessert everywhere else we ate so isn't just cultural. Reallbad service at dinner as 2 of our 8 days didn't even bother ordering drinks as by the time we were given a menu we were finished. Also the 6 days we were given drinks menu they only give alcohol menu everytime had to specify we don't drink alcohol so could we have the full drinks menu. Had issues with water pressure on multiple days as well. Wouldn't stay again.
Also there's a 10euro per night tax fee - which we weren't advised until getting to the hotel a lot of santorini hotels charge this tax so double check before booking
