Very simple small village, bar closes at 10pm, thebad thing is that the check out is at 10 am, the pool is very big and nice and close to bus stop, supermarket sklavenitis and local food restaurant.

It is a nice place, swimming pool, not crowded and big areas for parking and other activities at a very reasonable price. I enjoyed my stay there with my wife. There is a Supermarket and grill house nearby. Perissa beach is a walking distance. I would like to return again on this Hotel in my future travel. Highly recommended for a budget concious traveller. Very nice and modest price. The hotel offers cottages with a private swimming pool, a bar and a restaurant.

The hotel room is pretty big, clean, and equipped with a fridge, and attached bathroom at reasonable price. Hotel owner is friendly as well, and they do provide airport or port transfer foc. There is a Carefour right next to it (3 minutes walking distance). In case u need to rent an atv or a bike, head to Mark Bike nearby. A recommended stay I would say !!!

A lovely hotel - just a few minutes from a beautiful beach, with many good bars and restaurants nearby. Spiros and Hiroko are very warm hosts and made us feel truly welcome. I thoroughly recommend a stay!

As I began my search for a hotel in Santorini, I read in a travel blog to do yourself a favor and choose a hotel outside of the overcrowded towns of Oia and Fira. I am positively surprised about how high quality service has this small, cosy hotel for adults. Hosts are really nice, warm and helpful people. Rooms are fine, clean with day to day service. So I can't say much more than what the other guests said. The hosts are extremely nice and care for their customers. Lovely rooms with limited self catering facility but large under counter fridge we booked 2 rooms - one had a jacuzzi outside on the verandah. The location is great. Just under 5 minutes walk to the beach. However the water in the bathroom was very salty and hard and all the towels were very very rough and dry and old. I would not recommend staying there just because of the water. I’m glad we only had one night there.

At first this hotel seems located in the middle of nowhere. It is the only hotel on the street. Nonetheless the hotel offers many extras which are not appreciated at first glance. In general a nice hotel, but there seems to be a problem with water. Water in shower gets cold after 2 minutes and the toilet doesn't flush very well. Swimming pool is large and plenty of sun beds. View from the balcony is nice

Very clean, cozy hotel run into tourist comfort by kind hosts. The game of lights from room is a plus for tourists accomodated here. Quiet location, very clean with friendly owners. Not fancy. Great pool. An easy walk to restaurants and shopping. Also close to public transportation.

Great outdoor pool and overall clean, but a bit sparan atmosphere in the rooms. :) However for the price, I doubt you could find better accommodation in Santorini.
