Our summer vacation's hotel! Calming, nice pool, great breakfast, very comfortable and clean rooms and very helpful, polite stuff. Our kids love it!

Cute cats all around the hotel area, breakfast is nothing special but decent, hotel room is nice and the bed is good but the shower is cold especially in the mornings. Good pool area and the bar is moderately priced

Stuff are pleasant and helpful The rooms are spacious and relatively clean The hotel doesn't provide with entertainment in the facilities. Close to supermarkets cafes and restaurants

Cats are all over the place, even in the restaurant area. The water at the bathrooms and the pool is salty making brushing your teeth and taking a bath unpleasant activities

This was very difficult for me with my disability and unfortunately Jet2 didn’t fully describe this. The pool was lovely and big, plenty of sun beds no matter what time you get there

After eating a really cheap awful tasting burger and some fatty under cooked chicken Gyro we didn’t bother eating anything from the snack bar again as it wasn’t worth the price

The pool area could do with a bit of music to liven the day up, as there is no entertainment at all. The breakfast was basic (Greek style) but I enjoyed it

You also have to pay an extra 5 euros a day for the aircon which I don’t agree with at all it should come as standard

All in all we had a lovely stay for 7 nights and if it wasn’t for the hill we would definitely return

They could maybe put some scrambled egg or sausages on just to make it slightly better

If you want luxury resort with international style food go somewhere else. Not for those with mobility issues as quite a few steps and inclines. Pool area lovely and almost on the sea shore

The amazing breakfast, incomparable view and the really kind stuff made our stay on of a kind! The best choice by far regarding the area of Petra, Anaxos and Molyvos.

Wonderfully holidays, we have just spent in the hotel 1 week but we feel as rested as after a year. Clean and cozy rooms, delicious homemade food made of high quality local ingredients

You can enjoy the wonderful sea view from your big balcony or from the restaurant of the hotel. The breakfast was very tasteful

I was in room 27, one of the sea view double rooms with a balcony, right at the front and the view was superb, looking out over the bay, you can see turkey off in the distance and on a clear night you can see millions of stars! The breakfast was basic on first glance but the staff in the hotel were so accommodating, I was offered, eggs, omelet’s, bacon, sausages etc

My visit was right at the start of the season so it wasn’t very busy, I think this is why the buffet was reduced to avoid waste

The hotel was clean and clearly recently refurbished, the bed was enormous and incredibly comfortable. You can see that it’s a work in progress, the en-suites had a new rain shower but all the original shower tray etc

We stayed for 3 nights during our Greece trip. Everything was amazing. The employees were friendly. They were very helpful. The rooms were very clean. Breakfast was good. We will come again. thank you

Very hospitable and friendly owners, clean rooms, and good breakfasts. The pool is also clean and pleasant, with loungers and tables to sit and relax. Overall, very nice and homely

The only downside was the very weak internet, but maybe that was a good thing, because I didn’t spend time on my phone

I enjoyed pretty much everything in Theodora. The breakfast was delicious and satisfactory. The rooms were nicely decorated. The AC was working perfectly and somehow it did not dry out the air, which was very comfortable

We had a very large balcony looking towards some farms and mountains. We enjoyed sitting there in the dark of the night with my wife. Renee at the front desk was warm, kind and helpful all the time

The rooms are immaculate and each have balconies overlooking the mountains and countryside. It's a short walk or bike ride to the beach and the adorable town of Petra

Breakfast was from 10am this suited us as we don’t like to rush in the mornings but the food was amazing, plenty of choice and very well presented

Haven't stayed at its rooms though they seem lovely. It is still not very famous, thus it is not very crowded yet. 00, but they always let us a bit more to enjoy the sunset

Staff are so friendly and helpful and nothing too much trouble, the young waitress Hava was exceptional and gave us lots of tips and information about the area

It’s a 25min walk along a narrow, seaweed covered beach to get to Petra or 20 mins scrabbling across rocks to get to Anaxos so if you want all the resort amenities on your doorstep then it’s probably not for you

Fabulous bars and restaurants in Petra and Molivos is definitely worth a visit ! So authentic with a beautiful harbour and cobbled streets leading from the castle. We will definitely return to this beautiful island

Ask, if you need something! Very nice renovated rooms (first floor) breakfast included. A huge and clean swimming pool, showers, with perfect sunbeds and umbrellas for free

The hotel is near the sea but if you want to swim you must wear sea shoes because of the stones in it

The restaurant offers a wide variety of fish- and meatdishes which are all vèry good. Flexible opening hours make this a very Nice restaurant to eat when you arrive late in the evening

Rooms are fairly basic but have everything you need, the food is exceptional too! The beach is nice and long with plenty of bars and restaurants to keep you busy, plenty of sunbeds and places to sit all free with WIFI provided you buy a drink two

Friendly hotel run by two brothers who go the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable, the meals are excellent and Tony will prepare something special for vegetarians, while Frank is a superb waiter / barman

We ate there twice in the week of our stay and on both occasions the meals were superb. We stayed on a Bed and Breakfast basis; superb. The family who run the hotel could not have been more helpful

We had a lovely room, with a small balcony,(from where you could view amazing sunsets) with the sound of the sea lapping up the pebbles. Very clean, daily change of towels, and regular clean bedding

The location is perfect, right by the sea, there are plenty of sunbeds and just a stroll from the old town itself. One thing is certain, we will be back!

The only real problem was that the bus from airport stopped a 10 minute walk down a cobbled street away, so a challenge if you have heavy suitcases, even wheeled ones! on the whole a lovely restful comfortable hotel, which can be seen all over the town by its tall chimney

Lovey location in pretty old building. However we would not call this a hotel more B & B as lacking certain facilities like no bar in main building, no beach towels, no glass in room very basic rooms

It is exactly in the middle of Molyvos, very near to seaside, to traditional market and port. I love its garden, traditional stone building, friendly owner and staff. The price is really good for the service.

I had the chance to stay at Molyvos 1 Hotel for 3 nights. In my opinion, it's quite successful in terms of value for money. The staff are very kind and friendly. Breakfast is more than sufficient

Tables on terrace next to the sea and in the shade of palm trees. Good room with en suite and balcony. Our balcony was rear facing but lovely and cool and views of mountains with olive and palm trees

On arrival we thought ho no to many steps and big cases to carry, but the hotel show you to your rooms and bring your case up to you. We booked sea view room absolutely stunning view big balcony and spacious rooms

Fantastic apartments with extraordinary views. The apartments are set into a hillside the higher the apartment the better the sea view. It’s very steep so if you have mobility issues ask for a low level

However there is a free shuttle minibus 5 times a day to the nearby village Molyvos where there are many very good and reasonably priced tavernas - we especially liked the seafront Triena - and several by the harbour such as the Octopus (very popular) and the Sea Horse

) Excellent self service buffet breakfast in roomy restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating options with all you could want - Greek and international: breads, pastries, cereals, yoghurt and preserves, cheese, fruit, salad, hot and cold meats etc etc

It’s possible to walk from the hotel to the sea in 10 minutes though it’s a very small ***** of shingle, as is the beach in Molyvos - bring beach shoes. The sea is lovely though, clean and warm as it shelves slowly

The Sunrise is a well-run complex of small blocks with a central reception/restaurant/bar, all set on a hillside with gorgeous views across the sea to the Turkish coast opposite

Breakfast was standard nothing special. If you select to eat outside near the pool flies will be very annoying. Our room was very quit and had a nice view to the sea. It was big enough and very clean.

Nice atmosphere and pools, children friendly, good all inclusive food, personnel very polite and helpful. At our period of stay we were the only Greeks.

Its what it says on the sign 3 star but good staff very helpful. The hotel is not suitable for people with mobility problems lots of steps and steep slopes.

My wife and I stayed here the first two nights of our honeymoon. We were met with such a lovely welcome from the hosts. Our room was great, we had a balcony that wrapped all the way around so had a sea view and pool view

Akti hotel is a family owned business in Molyvos. It's a lovely and quiet place with friendly people and very clean and comfortable rooms. A pool and a big garden it's the best place to spend your time at the evening

We stayed in this hotel in 2008. So I cant really say how does it look today, but back then it was great little hotel. Peaceful. Great food. Private pool. We loved every single thing about it.

I can see why this hotel has so many repeat guests. Its setting with its own beach. taverna and beautiful gardens is wonderful. Everything is spotless and the staff so friendly

Spoilt for choice there with seafront, harbourside and rooftop tavernas to eat in. Plenty of bars dotted in there too not to mention shops. Another place to visit nearby is petra with its church perched on a rock

I loved going on the pebble beach to cool off in the breeze, perfect! The food in the taverna down by the sea has a great menu and the food was good. Lovely fresh salads and tzatziki in abundance, delicious

Great taverna by the sea serving delicious food and cocktails! Location is in a quiet rural area on the outskirts of Molyvos, which is recommended for great nights out with beautiful sunsets
