It is oh so quiet .. walking distance of Petra. 3 restaurants nearby. Nice and large rooms.

Liked this hotel. Attended for a wedding on site which was fantastic. Good location near Petra and Molyvos on the water. Nice pool, great sunsets.

Cats are all over the place, even in the restaurant area. The water at the bathrooms and the pool is salty making brushing your teeth and taking a bath unpleasant activities. Food is mediocre and cold. Stuff are pleasant and helpful The rooms are spacious and relatively clean The hotel doesn't provide with entertainment in the facilities. Close to supermarkets cafes and restaurants

Cute cats all around the hotel area, breakfast is nothing special but decent, hotel room is nice and the bed is good but the shower is cold especially in the mornings. Good pool area and the bar is moderately priced. Pool is salty and so is the tap water. Shower is very slightly salty but it gets you clean enough after a hot day 3,5/5

Very good hotel Good service, clean, good beds, modern bath and good breakfast. They had even put a fan in the room for extra cooling during warm nordic summers. However, the food and drinks in the restaurant was far below expected standard. Inexperienced summer interns running the pizza restaurant and bar is probably not a wise management decision. Very good stay Overall we had a very good stay, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking is available for no extra cost. The breakfast was good and with many options. My only comment would be that maybe during the week days the breakfast could be prolonged till 9:30am or 10:00am, as not everyone that comes to staying over have to wake up early.

Although please bear in mind if you’re in a studio family room there is a massive hill to walk up to get to your room and then possibly up to 37 steps. Petra is a hidden gem. Lovely place, and it's definitely worth a visit. I was really looking forward to staying at this hotel, but I found the owners/brothers very rude. The room we were staying in was at the top of a hill, which does have great views, but it's hard going with a pram and young children. The room itself was great. We stayed a week, and the bedding and towels were only changed once....

Wonderful place. Clean, calm, friendly Service and a very nice pool area where no one fights for the pool chairs Close to the beach too. Around 300m from an expensive but luxurious beach bare and a 15 min walk from town. Vasilis and his family and other employees are all smiles. Only hard beds, and a lot of wasps deduct a little. If you want luxury resort with international style food go somewhere else. This is Greek at its best. Not for those with mobility issues as quite a few steps and inclines. Pool area lovely and almost on the sea shore. Low level Greek music at the resort and in the small local family run restaurants. Home cooked Greek food.

It is an old hotel which run by a family. Swimming pool filled by sea water which creates a different taste. Also pool has 3,5 mt deep on the right side which serves good. Breakfast is adequate. The view from room balcony is beatiful. Thanks for Dimitri for his help at all the time.

Very hospitable and friendly owners, clean rooms, and good breakfasts. The pool is also clean and pleasant, with loungers and tables to sit and relax. Overall, very nice and homely. The only downside was the very weak internet, but maybe that was a good thing, because I didn’t spend time on my phone.

The hotel was clean and clearly recently refurbished, the bed was enormous and incredibly comfortable. You can see that it’s a work in progress, the en-suites had a new rain shower but all the original shower tray etc. I was in room 27, one of the sea view double rooms with a balcony, right at the front and the view was superb, looking out over the bay, you can see turkey off in the distance and on...

The stay at this hotel was magical. The proximity to the center of Petra, beautiful sunsets and a beautifully situated room were all we needed! The rooms could be renovated - especially the bathroom, but this is not something that affects my rating. I enjoyed pretty much everything in Theodora . The breakfast was delicious and satisfactory. The rooms were nicely decorated. The AC was working perfectly and somehow it did not dry out the air, which was very comfortable. We had a very large balcony looking towards some farms and mountains. This is a nice, quiet, family run hotel. The staff are polite, helpful and professional. The hotel is wonderful - we had a delicious breakfast every morning. We stayed in a family suite, which was like a little flat. It had everything we needed, and more. The rooms were cleverly designed to make the best use of space. Lots of lovely little touches that made the place homely. The pool area is excellent and it is only a short walk to the beach. Renee and her family are fantastic hosts.

Just returned from a 10 day trip to Little bird lesvos. What beautiful views and tranquility to be had at this amazing self catering hotel. Staff are so friendly and helpful and nothing too much trouble, the young waitress Hava was exceptional and gave us lots of tips and information about the area . This place is a little slice of heaven, Epic views, very clean and super comfy bed at the villa. Free fast WiFi not just at the villa but covers the whole complex. Filtered water on tap and retractable easy to use fly screens 👌 Pavos and Lisa are both super helpful and genuinely lovely.

The breakfast area around the pool is a dreamy place. There is a wide variety of savory and sweet dishes for breakfast. Surely every demanding customer will be satisfied. The hotel has a wonderfull sea view .The rooms are clean but need immediate renovation. The breakfast was great with various selections. The pool was wonderful . The garden has a lot of daphnea trees and beautifull flowers. The hotel is near the sea but if you want to swim you must wear sea shoes because of the stones in it.

The stay was amazing. We had an issue with our next accommodation and the staff at the Delfinia let us book another night. One bummer was that the pool was broken the two nights we were there but it looked like a great place to hang out if it was working. It was apparently up and running the day we left.

The food was excellent, with creative dishes that go beyond the usual restaurant offerings. Everything was full of flavor, beautifully presented, colorful, and very appetizing — all at very fair prices. The staff was also attentive and made sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend it!

This is a very Nice resort. Clean and very frendly people. The kitchenette is very minimal, One frying pan, one very big pan and just one hotplate. Good cooking is niet possible. No microwave, no oven, no toaster. Fridge is okay. Hotel Harris had a good kitchenette, not very expensive. Nice grounds, garden. Very nice pool and pool area. If you want to go on a trip rent a car, nothing is close.

Hotel Harris is great, the rooms are spacious and you have your own little kitchen. The food is delicious, and the family that runs the hotel is so kind! Don't miss out on the Greek evening every Sunday, when they serve souvlaki off the barbecue and teach you Greek dancing. The pool is very nice and the beach is also close by. This is a piece of paradise...the owner and his wife work extremely hard to meet all of eveyone's wishes. No effort is too much.. . They will always go out of their way to provide you with everything you could possibly want or need. The location of Klimataria is also idyllic...and blue lagoon-like..... The restaurant offers a wide variety of fish- and meatdishes which are all vèry good... Flexible...

What a lovely hotel this is! Wonderful atmosphere and the staff are what makes this place stand out. Tony, Frank, Anna and Feti were great fun and very helpful and couldn't do enough for us. The two cleaning ladies did an amazing job too. It's so easy to see why people go back year after year. Rooms are fairly basic but have everything you need, the food is exceptional too! This family run hotel is highly recommended. Located one minute walk away from the beach. The rooms are spotless and roomy. An additional bonus is the fantastic restaurant in the hotel. We ate there twice in the week of our stay and on both occasions the meals were superb. We stayed on a Bed and Breakfast basis; superb. The family who run the hotel could not have been more helpful. Great hotel.

Friendly hotel run by two brothers who go the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable, the meals are excellent and Tony will prepare something special for vegetarians, while Frank is a superb waiter / barman. They are both knowledgeable about the local area and able to give advice. The hotel is comfortable and was quiet in May. Highly recommended and good value.

We had a lovely room, with a small balcony,(from where you could view amazing sunsets) with the sound of the sea lapping up the pebbles. Very clean, daily change of towels, and regular clean bedding. Beautiful setting with plenty of good local places to eat, however , sadly the hotel does not have a restaurant, but provides an ok breakfast sat overlooking the bay. Lovey location in pretty old building. However we would not call this a hotel more B & B as lacking certain facilities like no bar in main building, no beach towels, no glass in room very basic rooms. The pool was major concerned as dirty grime around sites (I took video ) as my wife got bladder infection after 3 days into using the pool the pool is used by non residents whom turned up groups of 8...

I was a bit apprehensive after reading some of the reviews, but my mind was put to rest when we arrived at the Olive Press Hotel. Our room was small, but perfect for our stay. Molyvos is very pretty and the olive press could be amazing. Our room didn't have a balcony which I was aware of when booking. The room had 2 twin beds and we thought it would be a double. Amazing hotel with amazing sea view. You feel free and breath it's fresh atmosphere at its every corner. The crew is professional, just relax and enjoy your best Lesbos moments. Breakfast time is always like a breeze, and hotel rooms is just keeping tidy and clean in regular.

Located in a good area where is close to center and beaches , easy to reach Shuttle station, Rent a Car , Shops, Restaurants.. The Hotel has its own beach and an other one nearby. The only disarvantage is the rooms are equipped with old fashioned tools.

It is exactly in the middle of Molyvos, very near to seaside, to traditional market and port. I love its garden, traditional stone building, friendly owner and staff. The price is really good for the service.

A really nice place to stay. Fast Wifi, Pleasant and helpful people running the site. Our studio / room was cleaned regularly (3 times). The swimming pool was nice and clean too. You can rent the air-con for €5 a day (value for money imo ).

We used the beach area of this hotel — sunbeds and umbrellas cost €3.5 per person. It was quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing without loud music or crowds.

I had the chance to stay at Molyvos 1 Hotel for 3 nights. In my opinion, it's quite successful in terms of value for money. The staff are very kind and friendly. Breakfast is more than sufficient. The hotel is located by the sea and has its own beach — sunbeds are paid (€3.5). It's ideal for those looking to relax and enjoy a quiet holiday.

We've stayed in the room which had sea view. Has a little , nice balcony. It was clean. The furniture was very old. Breakfast was good and enough. You may go to the restaurants, Molivos harbour, castle and the shops by walking which was a really nice experiment. There was a beach. (Just remainder; sun longers are rented for 2.5 euro per person.day)

Absolutely wonderful. The room was clean & the bed was very comfortable. Everything I needed was available. The house is traditional and has a lovely terrace. The view from my balcony was stunning. The owner was friendly, helpful and always available. Molyvos itself is absolutely gorgeous. Eating at the harbour was a delight.

The room is perfect, the wifi works, the balcony is big enough and there's a communal balcony as well. You can use a kitchen for breakfast if you like. The venue is located high in the village, that's why the sea view is amazing. Yorgos is very helpful. The place is clean and quiet. Molyvos has soft tourism and is an awsome village with an interesting architecture.

A very special place with a stunning seaview from the balconies. In the peaceful garden there are palmtrees, bougonvillas and olivetrees. The rooms are very clean, and the internet works perfectly. A bakery and grocery store is just outside, and one can use the kitchen. The price is very affordable. Yorgos is a very professional, serviceminded and helpful host. I will greatly recommend it!

This is a place not to be missed. Yorgos is an amazing host and you can feel his love for the place as soon as you walk in. Beautiful views across the bay with magnificent sunsets. It is midway between the castle and the beach. Midway between Tropicana and Hamam restaurants (2 of the best around, one in the village square under a large tree, the other with a magnificent view of the sea and sunsets...

I liked everything: the location, the surroundings, the view, the garden. It is located on the main and most beautiful street in MOlyvos. Near the port, near the taxis and buses. George is very kind and helpful. I recommend it if you are staying in Molyvos.

The room was clean, the balcony view facing the sea was wonderful. The building is on the hill, near a very calm shopping street that leads to the castle. Our host was very friendly and helped us with our needs and questions.

Fantastic apartments with extraordinary views. The apartments are set into a hillside the higher the apartment the better the sea view. It’s very steep so if you have mobility issues ask for a low level. The hotel is spotless and the breakfasts very good. The Sunrise is a well-run complex of small blocks with a central reception/restaurant/bar, all set on a hillside with gorgeous views across the sea to the Turkish coast opposite. The grounds are full of trees and flowering shrubs with gardeners at work daily. Pools are nice - sparkling clean and well maintained, though the pool bar is a little overpriced for the food quality. There is a sauna, jacuzzi...

Stunning place. On arrival we thought ho no to many steps and big cases to carry, but the hotel show you to your rooms and bring your case up to you. We booked sea view room absolutely stunning view big balcony and spacious rooms. Bathroom dated but wasn't a problem. Very clean 👌 fridge with drink and snacks in although you do have to pay for these. Rooms cleaned every day with fresh towels. ...

Very peaceful place with all necessary amenities. Good menu for lunch and dinner and every evening a different traditional greek dish made by the landlord and his lovely family. Breakfast served with fresh fruit and egg in different varities. Clean and tidy. Our warmest recommendations.

Entertainment progamm and friendliness of the workers is very high. Food is on the upper edge. You can experiment a well part with different food. Even if some may taste not so well, some other might have spices more suited to your taste. You can do a lot of sports with all-inclusive, just be nice to the workers and no problem should occur. If you are here just have fun, give some tipp and stay mostly...

We stayed as a family with little kids and it was so comfortable because of fantastic hospitality of Olga and her colleagues. The room was perfect with awesome view, swimming pool is great with nice cafe&restaurant in the hotel. I highly recommend this place for holiday.

Breakfast was standard nothing special. If you select to eat outside near the pool flies will be very annoying. Our room was very quit and had a nice view to the sea. It was big enough and very clean.

Recently stayed here for 4 nights and enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very nice and can be improved further by refirbishing the rooms. However, the staff let this hotel down. Except for the young man at reception who was attentive and helpful, most of the other staff were not friendly at all. We had a fantastic time staying at Viva Mare Hotel. The room was spacious with a fantastic sea view from the balcony. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the hotel itself was very pleasant with amazing views and four swimming pools available. Food was also great as there was a variety of options for breakfast and dinner, also fastest wifi I have ever had in a hotel. Highly recommended

We had 2 rooms and it was all satisfactory. Breakfast was good when it was the weekend but it was lacking during the week.

Excellent professionals. The most gracious Maria at reception. Even though our reservation wasn't cancelled due to an error and we booked their room, they didn't even charge us a credit while they were eligible. That's why I recommend them without reservation.
