Beautiful apartment, wished we could have stayed l The location was perfect for our visit. We were only there a couple of nights but the three of us thought the apartment was perfect. It was lighht, roomy and had everything we needed. The balcony on the main floor was great and then to find the 2nd one for the upstairs room was brilliant. We were just gutted we were not staying for longer.

2 km away from the Acropolis, the area is rather run-down and looks like a base for automobile-related industries. Go south, not north, walk south for 15 minutes and there is a large supermarket. The room is nice, the hygiene is good, and the service staff is very friendly. The hotel breakfast is bought from outside, so it is not recommended to eat.

An amazing host, very responsive and takes great care of his guests. The apartments are very spacious, ultra modern and clean and is the best location very close to the center but also very quiet. Our most frequent choice for many visits every year.

An excellent stay. Modern, clean and no problems. Friendly manager and good vibes. Excellent roof terrace and a short walk to the centre. A small point - the shower head could benefit from a higher attachment placed in the centre of the wall (likely expected by most international guests). Highly recommended!

Stains on the sofa. Dark lightening. More importantly, there was a serious water flow problem for showering and washing faces, and they cannot fix the issue. We could not even clean ourselves properly. The location is not that good.

The disadvantages are also obvious, that is, the sharp corner of the cabinet above the stove and the height of the flat-panel stand above the TV are a visual blind spot for us Asians. We had a great stay at this hotel. Our room had a balcony and was nice and clean. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the main attractions. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The only downside was that the blinds didn't completely block out the sun.

Great hotel, well located and well equipped. I can only make one criticism, not having blinds or blackout curtains since the light on the balcony is on all night and when it dawns all the light comes in.

No answer to emails & phone calls on how to work cooktop. Photo description is not clear. Day 1 I had cleaner show use of shower & another staff who happened to step out of lift, how to turn on cooktop & where switch for hot water was. Amazing how small toilet area is when apartment is roomy.

Stayed here for one night before we got the ferry to the islands. Area is a bit seedy, with sex shows and clubs on the road. That being said, it is close to the heart of the city (25 min walk) and the hotel itself is clean, modern and has friendly/helpful staff. Decent value too. Room was really big and new. Would recommend if you need to stay somewhere for one night.

From start to finish an excellent two night stay for a football match with two friends. The reception staff were friendly efficient and very helpful.They all spoke good English. There is noise every night, from 12 o'clock to 5 o'clock in the morning. It is a low-frequency vibration sound that makes my heart uncomfortable. I lived there for six days. Nice place but the room was a bit small. Unfortunately the air-conditioning was not really working properly. The staff was great and helpful. At one point the water in the bathroom stopped running but they fixed it quickly. It is right next door to a 'nightclub' of a certain type, so there is some noise issues, but if you close the window it's not too bad.

This place is a hidden gem. A new boutique hotel that will certainly be difficult to book next season. The staff is great, breakfast in the garden, comfortable beds with name brand organic bedding. The rooms are equiped with true blackout curtains (a must for sleeping in) which is a rare find these days. We traveled with a family of 6 and found it to be perfect for us.

Staff were very helpful with local travel information and nearby restaurants. The apartments are like new and the breakfast more varied than we expected, with some delicious freshly baked Greek pastries. Couldn't recommend Estia Boutique Apartments more highly and wouldn't hesitate staying there again on future family visits to Athens.

Tiny apartments in a run-down area. Clean enough, and with a 24 hour reception, but does not meet expectations for the price. We came from a week at the Lux and Easy apartments just up the road, which charged the same for a much bigger, nicer and better-appointed room.
