Dinner as recommended from our waiter! Omg Greek salad with the absolute best olive oil and feta we have ever tasted. The main course was foodie heaven

I've stayed twice at this hotel and the staff have always been pleasant. The food is nice and simple with good options available. The beds for me are firm and comfortable but firmness isn't for everyone.

Good location but it a bit old. But reasonable price, and dinner is good though.

From the attendant that open the elevator door to the prompt ,room service. Bottle of wine delivered with beautiful big glasses. Complimentary nuts and chocolate. Spectacular sunset from our balcony

The wine a Greek 2009 Laloudi was the final touch to make the Savoy my happy place. The room was scrupiously clean, the staff friendly and efficient

Of course, this is not a 5* hotel. But it is a good deal, especially if you are traveling as a couple. A full breakfast is included and a fairly spacious room with a bathroom

Overall, this Hotel was good, friendliness in particular! Though we just stayed there for one nite (would have to get on board the cruise the following morning)， the Receptionist, Efie was very helpful in telling us how we could get to the port and went extra miles in sorting out the transport details for us

The Alex - A Hidden Gem in Athens! Our stay at The Alex in Piraeus, just a 30-minute drive from Athens Airport, was an absolute delight! Despite being located slightly away from the hustle of Athens, this hotel's strategic position made it a mere 15-minute journey to major attractions like the Acropolis, Monastiraki Square, etc

The beat place we’ve stayed in the area. The service is amazing - very welcoming staff accept you when you arrived, offering a welcoming drink on the rooftop

The room is well arranged and attendant every day, well maintained. Especially when you wake up early for a breakfast on the roof when the sunshines

Been coming to Greece for over 30 years, The Alex is the best hotel I've been to here. Visited once in 2022 and a second time in 2023, can guarantee I'll be staying here again when I'm back later on in 2024

The area is great to either walk around and explore; but now it is a 5m taxi into the center, or about 10m away to catch your boat. Can't recommend The Alex highly enough, this accommodation is supreme

And their policy to offer a courtesy umbrella for a rainy day was a sign of good hospitality that made a difference with my wife and I

Not a super nice place not an awful place,rooms were pretty nice, bathrooms are quite nice, good place to stay for a night as a jumping off point for the island ferries,not a place to stay if you're visiting to be sight seeing Athens

Lovely, modernized hotel in heart of Pirareus. Our balcony was huge- big enough for multiple chairs, two loungers, and tables. The free breakfast was delicious and quite ample- eggs, sausages, pastries, etc

This Garden Inn was our home away from home in Athens in Dec 2025. The hotel is recently refurbished to a tasteful, practical and high quality standard. The beds are comfortable and the decor is pleasing

The rooms are good, though not the most soundproof you will ever have. Great breakfast in a newly renovated room. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and are the biggest asset of the hotel by far

It’s in a neighborhood that is all street parking. It’s free and has very few no parking areas which is great but it can be difficult to find spaces. I did not deduct any stars because this is hardly the hotels fault

There was a heavy plastic “shade” door(which made the room pitch back in the middle of the day) and a heavy interior sliding glass door that drowned out most of the street noise. The parking situation is pretty bad

Just something to keep in mind if you intend to rent a car as I did. To be honest, unless you’re making a day trip at some point, you probably don’t need a car

I intend to visit again someday and I will absolutely look here first

Good there were a microwave, Nespresso machine and a kettle in my room. Honourable mention to the outstandingly tasty cold chocolate available to buy and the friendly reception cat who sometimes came around

We stayed there for almost a week. The hotel is located in a surprising neighborhood upon arrival, however it is very well located for visiting the city on foot. The neighborhood is not a problem

A place away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Athens, with an impressive view, clean and located in a not so touristy area but with excellent access. The service is impressively efficient, warm and helpful

The gym facilities are good, clean, comfortable and suitable for business travel. The location is also good, there is a tram outside, and it is very convenient to Chinatown

The front desk service is very good, with a welcome drink. The rooftop breakfast has a great view and a lot of breakfast options. The room is large and clean.

We went out for a few hours, and when we got back the room had already been tidied, and a chocolate on the pillow. Even the Porter is always ready to give a smile and good advice as you step out of the elevator

What a place!!! The room is beautifully designed and clean, the view is epic for a city centre, was greeted by friendly and helpful staff, there is nothing they will not try and do for you

The booking company told us we could check in earlier than we could, but they looked after us non the less and made what could have been a bad experience into a positive

This is the first time I’ve ever stayed in Grand Hyatt around the world. It was so much nicer than I expected because the staffs are so kind and helpful during the stay

Good location with plenty restaurants nearby. 10-20 min drive from the center, depending on the traffic. Rooms are spacious but a few things could have made it better, like hangers, bin in the bathroom etc

We ate in the rooftop restaurant which had the same view of the Acropolis and was very reasonably priced and very good. The hotel is walking distance to many of Athens sites and experiences

But the very best part was the breakfast bar. Standard hot breakfast foods plus many local greek foods and pastries! Very convenient walk to the Acropolis and major sites

You are at the centre of Athens and you can see plenty of the archeological treasure of Greece,just by walk. Also you are just a few metres away from Monastiraki market and many restaurants

The check in at Hotel Thissio was great, early as needed, staff are very friendly smiley and helpful even if language might be a barrier for some, the service is good (4 pts) ! Location and views are amazing and worth it (5pts) ! Room Hermes Room 2nd floor space is limited, however has good distribution for you to stow away your bags/belongings

The bathroom of Hermes room is a bit small to be used for 2 people at the same time. Room amenities are good for basic needs. The AC is great, the bedsheets are bit thin for the cold

(4pts) ! The Hotel View from the rooftop, and bar/restaurant staff is superb ! (5pts). The breakfast service is not so good, due to opening/start timing, which is after 8AM

We loved the food, and the service was top-notch. Great views of the Acropolis and a perfect neighborhood. Super close to the metro and walkable to nearly everything. Honestly, we can't recommend this place enough

A little space of heaven :) We were met by the sweetest host and right away she offered us fresh lemonade in the burning heat of August. Its location is close to every sight in the city center

Room is okay considering how cheap it was, it has a spacious bathroom, air conditioning is nice and the addition of a fridge made sure we were hydrated with cold water 😁 would recommend

It’s close to the airport bus station but a bit far away from the city centre. However, the reception closed at 8pm. The manager is unwilling to help and cannot speak fluently in English

Good rooms, easy to get checked in and clean, great value and location walkable to market and acroppolis. Only annoyance was the wifi was very poor in my room, going in and out.

Overall the hotel is not worth the money and it should not be a four star hotel, but if you are in a pinch the hotel is fine and the location is good enough

Just stayed here with my daughter while in Athens. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar has a wonderful view of the Acropolis as well

Stayed 2 nights here, in general speaking it's good. If the staffs are more proactive to help with luggage would be the best. Room is a bit old style but bigger enough. And u can see the acropolis through room windows

All aspects were taken care of by their professional team. Breakfast was very good, a lot of options. Although their hardware, like furnitures, were like 20+ years old

I recently attended a corporate event at the InterContinental Athenaeum Athens by IHG. I didn’t stay overnight, so I can’t comment on the rooms, but the hotel itself made a strong impression

The Location is very Central, close to all the restaurants and historical sites. The Hotel is modestly good with some furnishment that can be improve, but overall is good for a short stay in Athens

The breakfast is enough, maybe it can be good to have a bit of different fruits,not only watermelon. the view from the topfloor is amazing

Reasonably priced and well located. Don’t stay on the higher floors though! Best thing is the stunning view from the roof terrace.

Luckily, we got one with good views of the Acropolis, but other rooms don't, as we later found out. Breakfast on the rooftop floor with a clear view of the Parthenon

I haven't got any complain. It's a really great hotel and has a very good service. Nice stuff, clean and confortable rooms, tasty breakfast and is near to important and turistik places like the Agora and Monasteraki.

The rooms have everything you might need — from an iron to complimentary coffee and tea. Breakfast was perfect, with a great variety and quality

Surroundings of Athene is every where Black and white. I mean one house is brand or quite new and next one is derelict and sprayed. Anyway this hotel was located in peaceful place and near all tourist places

The staff was invariably friendly and helpful. Guests are asked to choose what they want for breakfast from a list provided and to return their list to the front desk each evening

Other challange is that there is no gym with weights. just open small hall for other trainings. Service and breakfast were very nice. Hotel was clean and from roof could see Akropolis

Great hotel in a good location. Near the beach and the the tram. We could go to acropoli in 30-40 minutes directly from there. The room was clean and modern. They also provided some useful hygiene packets

We had one the best fried calamari there. We were in the rooftop bar and even though the calamari were from the restaurant, we asked if it was possible to bring the dish to the rooftop and they gladly did it

Best restuarant in Athens! The service and food is excellent. The sunset view over the Aegean sea from your table is amazing! The cocktail deck on the roof offers incredible views of the city and the sea.
