Thanks for the amazing event at Cyclades Hall yesterday!!! Beautiful and elegant space! The large screen and the high ceiling was giving the feeling of luxury and simplicity at the same time!!! The banquet exquisite, in compliance with the standards of Hyatt!!! But, above all, the employees were the key to the success!! Excellent service, all the staff was extremely polite, helpful and to the point! All the departments, from sales to banquet, from IT to the reception and the concierge! Congratulations to all the people of Grand Hyatt Athens!

Wow what a great hotel! The location is ideal it’s out of the busy acropolis area of the city but still close enough to walk to most of the sites if you wanted. They have a complimentary shuttle bus that will take and pick you up to the national gardens area from there you can hit everything pretty easily. We found the food and beverage offerings to be outstanding from the food to the service it was top notch. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I’ve had in Europe, seriously, it’s pretty incredible. The dinner menu is equally amazing it has a little bit of everything even sushi. The views from this place are worth just coming up for a drink but I would definitely eat here again. We also ate downstairs at the bar/lounge which had even more offerings and it was delicious. The service and the food at these places make it one of the better options to eat at in Athens we stopped by a few spots in the city and felt the offerings at the hotel were much better. The hostess at the dinner restaurant 9th floor was very kind she made sure my wife’s birthday was acknowledged which we really appreciated. The food and beverage manager was also very much on top of things we were very impressed with him and his team. The rooms are really nice great balconies with views of the city it was clean and well maintained. Reception was helpful and nice to deal with each time as well as the bell/valet team. When we’re back in Athens we’ll be staying here again for sure.

For the price you really cannot beat this hotel. It's got a great modern vibe, huge luxurious rooms, and an absolute A+ spa that is free to visit (pool, jacuzzi, sauna, cold plunge etc) - comes in very handy after long days of walking and hiking). Service is really amazing, Erinda at the front desk was so nice and helped us get settled when we arrived a bit early before check-in. You're about 20 minutes from the city center but they have a free shuttle that gets you there and back in 5.

What an amazing location! The hotel is very lovely and the views from the restaurant on the 9th floor AMAZING! The rooms are extremely ample, clean and the mattress and pillows outstanding. The staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Don’t pass up their restaurants…Best Greek salad ever, breakfast buffet has the largest selection and the food extremely tasty. Worth the stay for safety, location and service. Memorable stay!!

I can't speak about the rooms or anything related to staying there, I visited for a nice cocktail on the roof, which to be honest was very nice. the sunset was wonderful. the options are plenty and you can also get food and the proper dining experience there. I'm not sure if many are visiting for this purpose alone, but it surely deserves a visit. The addition of the pool is very nice as well providing an excellent experience during the hot days of summer.

Very comfortable hotel. Spacious and clean room. The breakfast was amazing for variety and quality. Very useful car parking included (beware of the roof which is very low in the underground levels). Good position if you arrive late into the night at Piraeus port and you need a one night stay before your plane (check in available 24h). I don't know if it's located in a good position to reach the center
