The location is satisfactory, but the hotel is in dire need of renovation. Additionally, the temperature of the swimming pool was uncomfortably cold. The location of the swimming pool and gym is not clearly marked, making it difficult for guests to find. Theoxenia Hotel is, in my.opinion, one of the best hotels in Piraeus. The location is excellent, between the city centre and the port and with public transportation for all destinations close by. The rooms are always excellent and comfy and very soundproof! The swimming pool, which I visited in summer, is small but very nice and with a hood view to the port. The breakfast is delicious!

Excellent Hotel for a Layover in Piraeus before catching a ferry. All the receptionists were very kind and gave some local recommendations. The reception is open 24/7 and the ferry terminals are in walking distance. The rooms can be quite noisy but all in all an excellent option for budget-friendly travel in athens.

Good value for money, there is room for improvement. The shower room door was missing therefore the water come outside the shower room, also some items can be added to the rooms to make it more convenient to the visitors like iron machine, hair dryer etc…. Location was in a quieter area but had access to a great coffee shop and super market. Also wasn’t too far of a walk to the busier area down near the port. The front man was so kind and helpful offering me advise about catching my ferry and they have free luggage storage which was helpful as I was catching a ferry in the evening. Super close walk to the ferry gate E9 and was just right for a 1 night stay. The rooms are small and it's an older building, but it was comfy and clean and the staff were super friendly. Very affordable compared to everything else around as well. There is a good tavern just across the road, a supermarket close by, and several takeaway food places and bakeries within a few minutes walk.

Very close to ferry terminal gates, good hotel, nice breakfast. The area is not the most beautiful, but this may change, as there are a lot of construction work close by (didn't bother us). Room was nice, maybe a bit small to be an "executive room" or what it was sold as. Also the hotel is not renovated recently, so it doesn't feel very modern, that didn't bother us either.

Our room was on the 1st floor, which is actually the 2nd floor. It was pretty dated. For the price of the room, I was hoping for better and a bigger bathroom. i give this hotell a 5 star. it's really tidy and got really helpfull staff. close to boat, subway bus and taxi. only minus is that the side facing towards the park has mosquitoes om the night, og you dont close the window/balcony while you sleep. nice view.
