Super close walk to the ferry gate E9 and was just right for a 1 night stay. The rooms are small and it's an older building, but it was comfy and clean and the staff were super friendly. Very affordable compared to everything else around as well. There is a good tavern just across the road, a supermarket close by, and several takeaway food places and bakeries within a few minutes walk.

Very close to ferry terminal gates, good hotel, nice breakfast. The area is not the most beautiful, but this may change, as there are a lot of construction work close by (didn't bother us). The hotel had better days. But it's located directly at the sea. And it has a lot of nice tavernas and cafeterias around. The staff is friendly and the rooms have a big refrigerator to keep your drinks and food cool which is important especially for summer. It's a bit noisy from the traffic. But that eases at night. i give this hotell a 5 star. it's really tidy and got really helpfull staff. close to boat, subway bus and taxi. only minus is that the side facing towards the park has mosquitoes om the night, og you dont close the window/balcony while you sleep. nice view.

I really liked the hotel. The room was huge and clean, the whole building is nice, I had a good WiFi connection there, the staff was friendly and polite. The location is great, you can easily walk to the port or to the centre of the Piraeus. I am giving one star minus because I ate in the hotel restaurant and I was not pleased with the food. It's worth the money you pay. The hotel is dated and there are deficiencies all around. In one room the fridge did not work and in another the safe didn't work. The street facing rooms can be noisy-- especially if you keep the balcony door open, but there is an A/C unit in the room. Floor surfaces need replacement in and outside the rooms. One of the nicest places Ive stayed, and I travel at least once a month. Right in front of the beach, discounted beach chairs+ umbrellas.
