The facilities are average, relatively clean, the bedding is average, and there are not many breakfast varieties. However, the very good thing is that there is a freshly squeezed orange juice machine and the service is relatively good.

Stayed here during spring break and overall had a pleasant experience. The rooms are small but nicely maintained, clean, and comfortable for a short stay. The hotel is old, I changed several rooms, all except the rooms with a sea view have a stale smell of old age, breakfasts are like Groundhog Day every day, the same thing, they don't even change the omelette to fried eggs. The address is very good. It's on the edge of the port and very close to the seaside. It's very comfortable to take a walk and drink coffee. You can see the life of the locals and stay away from the bustling urban area.

Perfect pet friendly hotel for a one night stay before grabbing a ferry (very close to port gates E7-E9). Make sure you tell them in advance if you are bringing a pet. The room was small (especially the bathroom/shower) but very clean. The bed was comfortable as well and the AC unit worked great. The gentlemen working the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

I came by bus from Athens, and it was close to the bus stop. It's also close to the port of Piraeus, so it's a very convenient location. The building was old, but the room was clean.

Don't expect too much, basic hotel. Friendly staff. We were taking the 7:30am ferry so this is an excellent choice to spend the night before travelling to the islands.

Quite nice and basic hotel for the price. Right next to the Piraeus harbour and thus very convenient if you are leaving early or coming to town late. The AC in the room was not the most silent one but did its work. The street noise was not too loud on Monday/Tuesday night.

We chose this place mainly because it is close to the ferry port. We took the ferry to Santorini after two nights stay at this hotel and it worked out well.

It's worth the money you pay. The hotel is dated and there are deficiencies all around. In one room the fridge did not work and in another the safe didn't work. The street facing rooms can be noisy-- especially if you keep the balcony door open, but there is an A/C unit in the room. Floor surfaces need replacement in and outside the rooms. Me and my Mrs recently stayed at Hellinis. We have to say the staff were very hospitable and welcoming. The room we were given was very spacious and clean (and we were given a room with a balcony) and it was not far from the main City centre. The bathroom was standard (nothing special) and the room service was very prompt ( every day new towels, new bedding and would clean toilets and room itself...

There is noise every night, from 12 o'clock to 5 o'clock in the morning. It is a low-frequency vibration sound that makes my heart uncomfortable. I lived there for six days. Although the garbage was collected every day, the floor was basically not cleaned because the instant noodles I ate were always on the ground. The air conditioner has a poor heating effect. Nice place but the room was a bit small. Unfortunately the air-conditioning was not really working properly. The staff was great and helpful. At one point the water in the bathroom stopped running but they fixed it quickly. It is right next door to a 'nightclub' of a certain type, so there is some noise issues, but if you close the window it's not too bad.

The most perfect hotel. A little space of heaven :) We were met by the sweetest host and right away she offered us fresh lemonade in the burning heat of August. The Location is very Central, close to all the restaurants and historical sites. The Hotel is modestly good with some furnishment that can be improve, but overall is good for a short stay in Athens. Good service from start to finish. Good engilish speak staff, complementary breakfast was very good and was stock well. The only minus point is the lack of soundproofing between rooms. It wasn't an issue for me but the hotel wasn't that busy. But you could hear people talking, not shouting, in the adjoining room. I didn't lose any sleep, hence the high star rating.

There are many types of breakfast, and the yogurt is delicious. There is a bus stop downstairs, so you can take the bus directly, which is very convenient, but there seem to be a lot of black people in this area. Very well located, a very quiet area close to the center with many restaurants and lively streets. The facilities are average, the bathroom is excessively small, and the soundproofing of the windows is poor due to the busy area. Very pleasant and attentive staff.

Overall, it's OK. The room is OK, clean, and has air conditioning, but there are no curtains separating the beds. There is also a separate toilet and bathroom.

It's a safe and friendly place! It's also very clean! The location is perfect! I only have one complaint with my room door, the lock was a bit noisy, but it can be quickly fixed with a little adjustment.
