We arrived on June 12, 2023. The hotel staff were welcoming and suited our needs as we were hopping on a ferry at 730am. As described it’s close to the port, restaurants, bakeries, shops. The hotel is situated in the middle of a very busy street in Pireaus. Stayed in the updated suite way up top. Have to say I loved the city view and spacious balcony. Two bedrooms made it easy for my family to have their own space. Would recommend to anyone wanting to enjoy Pireaus.

Super close walk to the ferry gate E9 and was just right for a 1 night stay. The rooms are small and it's an older building, but it was comfy and clean and the staff were super friendly. Very affordable compared to everything else around as well. There is a good tavern just across the road, a supermarket close by, and several takeaway food places and bakeries within a few minutes walk.

Really good budget option if you're staying over for the port. Location was ideal for E6/E7 gates, and the X96 bus stop from the airport was a 2 minute walk. Very close to ferry terminal gates, good hotel, nice breakfast. The area is not the most beautiful, but this may change, as there are a lot of construction work close by (didn't bother us). Room was nice, maybe a bit small to be an "executive room" or what it was sold as. Also the hotel is not renovated recently, so it doesn't feel very modern, that didn't bother us either.

Location is good for Port and is walkable to parts of Pireaus. The rooms are clean and so is the establishment. The only reason it isn't a 5 is the beds are rock hard, it was painful to sleep in. If you like firm beds though you will be very happy with this place.

Nice, clean and comfortable room. Very friendly and helpful receptionist. Close to harbour if you take an early morning ferry. Plenty of restaurants nearby and places to grab coffee and breakfast before taking the boat.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff are wonderful and were really helpful and willing to help. The rooms we had were clean and well maintained and plenty big enough. In this respect we couldn't really fault the place. However, there were a couple of negatives...the kitchen comes with absoultely no cooking equipment, though apparently you can ask for plastic cutlery and plates from reception...

Hotel is located near the Piraeus port, ideal location if you need to use ferries (we didn't). Location was spot on for us because our son lived near by. Staff in the hotel were all friendly. Rooms were cleaned every day.

Stayed 1 night after cruising. The room size is good however the toilet is a bit small especially the shower cubicle. Very helpful staff. Easy access to cruise terminal and the city.

The front desk team was super helpful with suggestions for a late-evening arrival dinner, selecting transportation (metro, taxi, hop on hop-off bus, etc. for sight-seeing) as well as helping to identify a car rental. Location is very good and really close to the port. Stuff is very friendly and speak al of the most widely used languages so communication is definitely not going to be a problem. Rooms were clean, but could be a bit bigger / better organized. There is also a nice buffet for breakfast for a reasonable price. If you are coming with a car, they have their parking / garage, so it won't be a problem to...

A perfect place to stay if one is not asking for the sky. It is afterall a boutique 3 stars. It has the tiniest lift meant for one person with one luggage or two persons with no luggages. It is sufficient for a smallish hotel. The room was very clean and neat, no carpet though. No full toiletries only shower and hair gel. Lovely staff, lovely room - with little extras like use of a Krups coffee machine and free national & international calls with an in-room VOIP smart phone. Excellent breakfast too. An equivalent room in London would probably cost four times the price.

When I arrived I was exhausted and was greeted by Maria who helped me with my luggage and gave the warmest welcome ever. Her energy encourage me not to go to bed but get out to the restaurant Kiva Pita she recommend which was outstanding. Great location. The hotel is close to the ports, we went walking with all the bags and it was okay. A little expensive for what it offers. The shower is quite awful, and it gets the entire bathroom wet. The employees are great!!! They treated us very well. The beds were okay.

Perfectly located for ferries travelers. Front desk is open 24h and depending on time of departure, they may offer a navette service to the port but not the reverse. Do not expect a nice view in certain rooms since they're facing a concrete wall ! Included breakfast is decent and staff is very kind and handy.

Pretty decent facility situated in a not so trafficked street, near a private elementary school. The hotel apparently doesn't have twin beds but only queen size ones. We were given a room with balcony and the bathroom has a window. Unfortunately the shower lacks a cabin or even a curtain so it will get all wet unfortunately. Only downside for us was that it was quite noisy even late at night people didn't be quiet, but that's not really the hotels fault. Also that only one electrical plug to charge the phone, and it's also used for the fridge, so you have to unplug the fridge to charge...

Honestly this little hotel saved our butts on a last-minute one night stay with helpful staff, a clean room, and even a tiny balcony. Great value. You can even get late night souvlaki delivered.
