First the positives. The breakfast area and the breakfast itself were great. The beds were very comfy and the bathroom looked classy. The staff were all very friendly.
Now the negatives. We had a room with a veranda but unfortunately it stunk out there of sewage so we could not even use it and had to keep the door always closed. We opened the window on the veranda to try and get some fresh air in but it didn't help. A complete waste of money upgrading to that room.
Also, the air conditioning always seemed to blow out very cold air despite trying to increase the temperature. The worst part was when we turned the air conditioning off, there was a constant buzzing sound coming from the air conditioning which was strange and very annoying. So it was either freeze or have a constant noise at night...
The hotel location was also in a pretty seedy area with strip clubs all around it and fair walk away to the closest Metro station. Whilst we never felt unsafe in the area, it was not a nice vibe to be in unless you want to be around that sort of thing.
This is not somewhere I will be staying again...

Not a good area of Athens. SO loud that even earplugs and white noise played on the phone covered it. Blasting until 3am at least, and the base shook the room. Do not stay here if you want good sleep. It’s also right next to the strip club and there were definitely clientele from there in our hotel lobby

This hotel is literally between two strip clubs. On the left and on the right! So if you don't mind that, this is a hotel for you. It's clean and decorated nicely but the two bottles of water in your room are not complimentary. Upon our departure, we were charged four euros. All the other hotel we stayed at in Greece, the bottled room water was free of charge.

I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel for one night during a business trip, and I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience. Despite my late check-in, Julia and Thomas warmly welcomed me and even accommodated my special request seamlessly.
The room was impeccably clean, and I was delighted by the breathtaking view of the Acropolis from my window. It truly added an extra layer of charm to my stay.
The breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying, setting a positive tone for the day ahead.
Overall, my experience at this hotel was fantastic, and I will definitely be returning on future trips. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers alike.

We had a Jr. Suite with a view of the Acropolis, the room was spacious and nice, comfortable beds, excellent staff, very nice above average breakfast. Nice bar. Perfect hotel. The only downside is it wasn't in an attractive neighborhood and too far to walk to tourists sites. We had them order us a van to the airport for 4 with big luggage and that was an excellent service also.

Great place to stay not too far from center city (easily reachable by walking). Friendly staff and a lot of effort made to make it safe during the Covid crisis. Room is comfortable.

Have to agree with the comments questioning how this is a 4-star hotel.
The hotel itself is quite out of the way of public transport (it's about 10 mins from the tram or 20-25mins to Syngrou-Fix metro stop) there is a bus stop nearby but we didn't use that.
It faces out onto a busy highway and it's also sandwiched between two strip clubs.
The staff were very nice and the food (dinner) was fantastic. However, the breakfast was pretty standard, nothing special.
In addition to the above, we paid for a room that was supposed to have an acropolis view, and requested it through the reservation booking, and got the view in the image below.

This hotel made me question the logic behind 4 star hotels in Greece. Unless I stayed in another one a couple of days after.
We (family) got a small dingy room on the second floor, which reeked of cigarette smell.
The bathroom was awful and had no shower curtains. They missed room cleaning even after being notified.
A 2 or 3 star at best. Much better options elsewhere.

Extremely comfy rooms, modern, clean and big enough to be comfortable. The noise is a small issue, but it is related to the great area of the hotel in proximity to business areas of South Athens. Stuff is polite and makes you feel like home!
