Nice and quiet hotel either for business or personal trips. Spacious and quiet rooms lead to a pleasant stay. Within easy walking distance from the city castle (15-20 mins.). Good breakfast, a variety of choices. There are several wellness options, although I didn't have the time to use any of them.

Excellent location with view to the lake. Very polite and willing staff. Pet friendly. Excellent breakfast and food. Large rooms. And a beautiful swimming pool!

It pains me write this review since Ioannina is the city my family is from and I want the businesses in the area to do well.
They consider themselves a 5 star hotel which in my experience is not true at all, it is a bad hotel disguised as a good one.
The staff were rude and were caught on more then one occasion over charging the price at the buffet because they thought my family did not speak Greek. They would also give you incorrect change in hopes you would not notice.
The beautiful pool they like to show on their website as being relaxing is far from it. What they don't tell you is that they open the pool to the public and it is swarmed with school children and teenagers who don't care about hotel guests.
Air conditioning in the room blew hot air the entire time, they would refill the tissues in the room with exactly '3' tissues. Yes only 3.
There is plenty more that made our experience staying at this hotel a bad one, however I wont list them all otherwise this review will be a novel.
If you're going to market yourselves as a 5 star hotel and charge those prices, then act like it.

Really lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. Many thanks to Christos for his excellent service and letting me use his phone charger!

Just got married the most beautiful woman in the world in the most wonderful place ever!!!
Everything was perfect, the food, the service and they definitely deserve to be a 5 star hotel !

Lovely hotel, helpfull and friendly staff.
Location is great, breakfast is tasty. Theres a nice pool with good food in the bar.

Due to business related reasons, I need to stay in Ioannina for a period of six months. My company booked me a room in the Lake Hotel and to be honest I was a bit skeptical, as to if staying in a hotel for such a prolonged period was the best idea. Once I arrived here, all of my doubts vanished into thin air. Reason being that in the Lake Hotel they have managed to optimally combine luxury with traditional Greek hospitality. The moment you arrive, you get the feeling that each and every one of the stuff here from the manager to the waiters, baristas, lady's responsible for the rooms own the place. They love their job and thus the hotel. This fact mirrors to the service they provide.
Breakfast is excellent and rich in variety.
Coffee served is of high quality, location privileged, as the hotel has a great lake view but foremost everything is clean and shining.
I will add a final review once my stay here will complete, but I already suspect that there will be just positive things to say.
Can't wait for the summer to enjoy the pool.
