At first I was a bit disappointed by the relatively small pool, lack of activities, dated buildings and rooms, but after the second day all that was in the past as the hotel continued to impress with its hospitality, variety and service

From gluten-free pizza, bread, pasta, and pancakes to many more options, it was clear they cater thoughtfully to all guests' needs. This level of attention and variety made our stay not only enjoyable but also worry-free

For us, the incredible service, the attention to dietary needs, and the overall excellence of this hotel are reasons enough to return. We can't wait for our next stay at this wonderful paradise in Crete!

It felt like no ask was too big, and everything was done with a smile. They absolutely made the birthday surprise perfect. The hotel itself is stunning, beautifully maintained, and absolutely spotless

We had a great stay at Amira. Everyday we enjoyed the beautiful beach. Food was always delicious. We especially enjoyed diving in the ocean since you can see a lot of small fishes in the very clear water

The Amira a la carte restaurant was soooo good. We loved everything about our stay here. We wished we had more time but Crete had so much to offer we didn’t stay at the resort as much as we should have

They were accommodating and eager, always appreciated in a 5 star hotel. You can feel the hotel is new, everything works and isn't worn out. The main pool seem nice and fun enough, even if we didn't use it

We loved everything about this resort. It was our 20 year anniversary and they upgraded us to a suite and had champagne and wine with a small cake. The resort is beautiful and right in the water

Breakfast was comprehensive and we enjoyed eating it outside with a sea view. I highly recommend this place!

You can swim in the sea and in the pool whenever you want, you don’t have to choose one of them. Also, we really enjoyed playing table tennis (to balance the new kilos due to the buffet)

The hotel has exceptional service, the waiters work great, the food was beyond praise, the pool is clean, the sea is clean, the entry into the water is smooth, the water is blue, the sandy beach is clean

Advantages: -The sea is located so close to the hotel, that it takes only 10 steps to get there. There was always enough space as well as in the sun as in the shadow

The hotel is located right by the sea and it is a good location as it is not far from popular tourist attractions. The woman who cleaned the rooms every morning, was always smiling and she was nice to us

This is a place where I could sit for hours with the soft sumptuous light feeling the room and with beautiful view of the balkonies. While the hotel is so beautiful,it's the staff that really made our visit so memorable

Amazing family holiday experience rooms modern and very clean pool area was second to none the hotel staff are incredible, from arranging buses to the town to giving us a later checkout to help with our two year old and storing our luggage until our transfer arrived, the food catered to all and the live cooking station was delicious, myself my partner and son Arthur had a blast we even got engaged...

if you want to just chill without worrying about anything, its a perfect place to do so:) there are only two complaints, the first one being travel lunch which is just a cheap sandwich, an orange and an apple, the second one being bathroom doors unable to be closed

Eva, Demitri and all the Staff make you feel like family. For a 3 star hotel this place is 1st class. My wife and I run our own catering business and understand food and the food here is outstanding

Dimitri runs the restaurant and is passionate about his food, as well as being immensely proud of its source (quite often his own farm) and the fact that it is traditional Greek recipes

Eva runs the hotel, and is a font of knowledge, if she does not have the answer immediately she will find it for you, and if she does not have the appropriate map she will draw you one

Lovely place, friendly people and good apatment room. People who likes vacation away from city by sea

Very clean and good priced, to bad the air conditioning wasn't included also they ask for extra money to use the sunbeds, i rather pay a little more to have it inclusive instead of an per day based price

People are very kind and the dog lily is very sweet. 00 pm which was painly cause id like to swim later around 10. If we ever go back to Crete, Rethymnonwe will definitely choose this apartment again

The absolute highlight of our stay, and the highlight of our trip to Greece, was the wine tasting with Spelios. Spelios, an unbelievably knowledgable sommelier, took us through a tour of Cretan wines with food pairings

My knowledge and love of wine exploded after this tasting, and these skills and pieces of information have been serving me nicely back at home. Further, the food here was the best we had in all of Greece

The restaurant is stunning with lush vegetation and the food is simply top notch. Would come here any day without hesitation. If you can, try the spicy cheese spread. You will not regret it.

In addition, the architecture and grounds of the Village were breathtaking. Waking up with views overlooking rolling fields to the quiet of the rural countryside was incredible

Very good accomodation in the middle of Crete. Clean rooms and a very nice pool and bar. Cleaning and fresh towels every other day. Rethymnon is only 10 mins away by car. You really need a rental car.

Lovely big room, amazing bathroom, great swimming pool. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and the snacks and drinks were a reasonable price. Drive out to some lovely beaches with amazing tavernas for food

We had a great stay at Grace hotel! The hotel was nice, clean, and had a great location in Reythmno. The delicious tasting food that Nikitas prepared (as you see in the pictures) with local fresh ingredients

Stavroula and Nikitas were great hosts, they were so welcoming and friendly and guided us to the most beautiful destinations in Crete ! I recommend this place and would definitely come back!

I booked a luxurious villa, only 50 meters away from a private beach. The exclusive private beach was equipped with sun loungers and sunshades. Villa was very clean and modern. Had a pool and it was amazing

The house is in a small village up in the mountains, the inhabitants are very nice and the house is smartly furnished with a German TV

A house that you would build yourself - with attention to every detail! Is a bit remote, so that a vehicle is a "must"
