Food choices are repeated quite a lot (might have been the end of season thing again), and with most of the other options closing, we had to get a bit creative with choices

Our stay at the Grecotel White Palace in Crete was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding – the staff was incredibly attentive, always going above and beyond to make sure every request was met with ease and efficiency

At first I was a bit disappointed by the relatively small pool, lack of activities, dated buildings and rooms, but after the second day all that was in the past as the hotel continued to impress with its hospitality, variety and service

From gluten-free pizza, bread, pasta, and pancakes to many more options, it was clear they cater thoughtfully to all guests' needs. This level of attention and variety made our stay not only enjoyable but also worry-free

For us, the incredible service, the attention to dietary needs, and the overall excellence of this hotel are reasons enough to return. We can't wait for our next stay at this wonderful paradise in Crete!

Great, friendly staff who anticipate all your needs (thank you, Nikolai, you’re the best!), wonderful diverse food in each of the many restaurants, plenty of options

We had a great stay at Amira. Everyday we enjoyed the beautiful beach. Food was always delicious. We especially enjoyed diving in the ocean since you can see a lot of small fishes in the very clear water

The Amira a la carte restaurant was soooo good. We loved everything about our stay here. We wished we had more time but Crete had so much to offer we didn’t stay at the resort as much as we should have

We loved everything about this resort. It was our 20 year anniversary and they upgraded us to a suite and had champagne and wine with a small cake. The resort is beautiful and right in the water

Special mentions must go to the professional restaurant staff who run a very tight ship and the beach staff who never falter however hot the temperatures are in delivering your order in ultra quick time, ! We arrived late and there were some tortillas waiting for us in our room and also welcoming drinks and fruits. Everything is clean, beds are soft and comfy, rooms are modern, showers are great, AC is good

I truly recomand this hotel! The food is really tasty, especially the sweets. The rooms have AC and the towels are changed daily. The pool is near to the beach, also it includes a bar

You can swim in the sea and in the pool whenever you want, you don’t have to choose one of them. Also, we really enjoyed playing table tennis (to balance the new kilos due to the buffet)

The hotel has exceptional service, the waiters work great, the food was beyond praise, the pool is clean, the sea is clean, the entry into the water is smooth, the water is blue, the sandy beach is clean

Not a 5 star! The hot Food was Cold, And not much selection. Staff seemed grumpy except a few waiting staff. Lacked communication. Tatty sunbeds. The only thing good about this hotel was the beach and clean rooms.

The hotel is located right by the sea and it is a good location as it is not far from popular tourist attractions. The woman who cleaned the rooms every morning, was always smiling and she was nice to us

If you don't care about delicious hotel food, I recommend this place. Places close to the hotel serve delicious food. On the private balcony with a pool there was a big circle on the side wall

Amazing family holiday experience rooms modern and very clean pool area was second to none the hotel staff are incredible, from arranging buses to the town to giving us a later checkout to help with our two year old and storing our luggage until our transfer arrived, the food catered to all and the live cooking station was delicious, myself my partner and son Arthur had a blast we even got engaged...

The food was delicious and every day there was something new to try. The rooms were clean and seemed newly renovated. The staff was so incredibly nice and was always willing to help

Room was spotless with great view to the pool. The free breakfast was a delightful way to start the day. Hotel also had an amazing restaurant with good food, warm and delicious

theres also beach near the hotel with few people and places where you can rent a car

if you want to just chill without worrying about anything, its a perfect place to do so:) there are only two complaints, the first one being travel lunch which is just a cheap sandwich, an orange and an apple, the second one being bathroom doors unable to be closed

extremely pleasant service, people who work here made my whole experience. food is really good, rooms - clean and neat. the whole complex of little houses is really cute and has wonderful atmosphere

Eva, Dimitri and the extended family made me very welcome from Day 1. Returning after a year’s break it felt like visiting family again. The hotel is always clean and tidy and nothing is too much trouble for the staff

The room we had was large and spacious, with tea making facilities and a fridge, whilst the pool area was incredibly clean and tidy and we never had a problem finding a sunbed, and the poolside bar open from 10

Food is not your regular all inclusive buffet; its all freshly made to order; choice of a dozen options for lunch, and three or four for dinner served in the taverna which is 300 m away on the private beach

Eva, Demitri and all the Staff make you feel like family. For a 3 star hotel this place is 1st class. My wife and I run our own catering business and understand food and the food here is outstanding

Dimitri runs the restaurant and is passionate about his food, as well as being immensely proud of its source (quite often his own farm) and the fact that it is traditional Greek recipes

Eva runs the hotel, and is a font of knowledge, if she does not have the answer immediately she will find it for you, and if she does not have the appropriate map she will draw you one

We enjoyed a lot. Very friendly and helpful family staff you feel like at home. Very clean and relax place. You can enjoy the best sun set. We hope to come back again soon. Thanks Ekavi Hotel!

Very nice staff ! Shout out to Maria from reception - she was really helpful and friendly and we had a great laugh. There is a bus stopping right outside the hotel - we never used it as we had a car

There is car park outside hotel so it was very handy. All inclusive food was good, also drinks - selection of cocktails and local spirits, wine and beer

Great little hotel, very quiet. the hotel ground is very well kept, there is no issues with loungers, plenty of space to sit and relax

Very good accomodation in the middle of Crete. Clean rooms and a very nice pool and bar. Cleaning and fresh towels every other day. Rethymnon is only 10 mins away by car. You really need a rental car.

Lovely big room, amazing bathroom, great swimming pool. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and the snacks and drinks were a reasonable price. Drive out to some lovely beaches with amazing tavernas for food

We've been for two years running. Good for children with pool shallow area and pool toys. Cot and high chair provided on request. Kitchette size better than most aparthotels. Basic equipment but everything you need

I booked a luxurious villa, only 50 meters away from a private beach. The exclusive private beach was equipped with sun loungers and sunshades. Villa was very clean and modern. Had a pool and it was amazing

The villa was a wonderful size and comfortable. We had direct beach access and a pool and were provided with fresh towels

Full of amenities inside and it had and a pool with sea view. It had also a great lighting, outside the villas

The location was just the best, very clean, quiet but in the middle of everything at the same time. The open space (living area and pool) was wonderful, and the entertainment system was superb

Villa had an unique decoration with branded materials and it was great located near by a private beach only a few meters away. Rooms were spacious and very clean

The beautiful Mediterranean garden with the very comfortable seating and deck chairs was our favorite place for late evening conversations and was also ideal for barbecuing

Tucked away on a quiet road a couple of kilometres from a delightful beach, should you need it, I doubt you will, but it's nice to know its there

Excellent house rental. Tastefully decorated, with private pool, just minutes from wonderful tavernas and the city of Rethymnon.

We spend one week in the Villa and never had the feeling that something is lacking or needs to be topped up. The interiors and equipment are in great shape and the Villa is very comfortable for 6 adults

The house is ready to holiday in as if you had moved into a new home; everything is provided from a spoon, to a washing line. You won't need a thing except your luggage and food; supermarket close by
