Great location, great food options, although buffet food a bit tepid. Local taxis, even those booked by hotel charge €95 for airport transfers yet hotel insists price of their taxi "partners" is €130. After spending €1000s to stay here the captive audience profiteering is the reason I've only gave 4 stars.

Our second visit to White Palace and our third using Grecotel. Cleanliness, good food and helpful staff are the key ingredients to any hotel and the White Palace delivers. I was there on family holidays with our 3 years old son. We enjoyed nice and clean room(cleaned every day) with aircondition, clean and warm swimming pools, tasty food and friendly staff. Good value for money. Way to the beach is through the Maravel Hotel, about 200 meters from the reception. The food was varied and tasty. But there are small little things, that can be improved relatively easily and cheaply, for me I would put another trash in the room, hang curtains around the bed lounges and repair the machines in the gym - half is out of order. The strongest point was the meals, they were very varied and delicious. As for the location, it is also a strong point. The attractions in the hotel were varied, the layout of the relaxation area, the bar and the pool are also great. Thank you Axos team! We had a fantastic 5 days right at the start of the summer season. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed with open arms. Whilst it’s definitely the people who make the place so fantastic, the rooms were bright and clean with everything you could want for a self-catered holiday. Breakfast included was also a very welcome addition!

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great. The pool area was awesome. The location was near to the beach and there were plenty of shops and eating places nearby. After checkout I was able to use the pool area and there was a complimentary change area to use before we went to the airport.

Overall, pretty ok hotel, but annoying guests. The rooms come with AC and a balcony, but the walls are rather thin and you can hear everyone in the hallway. Also the AC is poorly positioned as it blew cold air directly on my head while sleeping and thus I caught a cold on the first night. The shower is messy as it splashes water everywhere. Also, no shampoo or body wash was provided, and only clean...

The hotel fully met our expectations. There is something for everyone on a breakfast and dinner buffet. The food is tasty and it is regularly replenished. The rooms are cleaned daily and towels are changed every 2-3 days. There is a nice beach right by the hotel, you can listen to the sound of the waves all night if you wish. The hotel pool is big enough and equipped with about 20 sunbeds and parasols...

We are Greek and came from the UK! We booked directly with the hotel as we found a very good deal and wanted to visit our relatives who live nearby! The resort is huge! The staff is very friendly and welcoming to guests! They smile at everyone and greet you every time they see you! The food is amazing!!!!! we want to thank especially the manager Mr. Christos

Only day 2 but loving it here. Setting is beautiful and so quiet yet you are only a 2 minute car ride from the beech and various restaurants. The owners are lovely and lay on a top breakfast. Yet to sample the evening meals but there are 12 days to go :-) Just nipped down to the on-site al fresco bar for a swift G&T before bed ..... Loving it!
