Grecotel LUX.ME White Palace

Had a great experience here. At first I was a bit disappointed by the relatively small pool, lack of activities, dated buildings and rooms, but after the second day all that was in the past as the hotel continued to impress with its hospitality, variety and service. Great, friendly staff who anticipate all your needs (thank you, Nikolai, you’re the best!), wonderful diverse food in each of the many restaurants, plenty of options. It won our hearts even if not every part of the place was perfect. We hope to be back one day again.

Our stay at the Grecotel White Palace in Crete was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding – the staff was incredibly attentive, always going above and beyond to make sure every request was met with ease and efficiency. It felt like no ask was too big, and everything was done with a smile. They absolutely made the birthday surprise perfect.

The hotel itself is stunning, beautifully maintained, and absolutely spotless. Hygiene is clearly a top priority here, and it shows in every detail. The food was simply divine – so fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Each meal was delicious.

What truly sets Grecotel White Palace apart, however, is the exceptional care they take with dietary restrictions. As someone with gluten intolerance, I was thrilled to find that the hotel offers a wide range of delicious alternatives. From gluten-free pizza, bread, pasta, and pancakes to many more options, it was clear they cater thoughtfully to all guests' needs. This level of attention and variety made our stay not only enjoyable but also worry-free.

For us, the incredible service, the attention to dietary needs, and the overall excellence of this hotel are reasons enough to return. We can't wait for our next stay at this wonderful paradise in Crete!

It's a nice hotel for adults that are seeking a pool vacation - the pools are nice with animation and music.
Service is great, rooms are clean and nice (although air conditioning cannot be programmed to temp, only to speed...), the hotel is not wide spread at all, hence not much green.
The beach is very small and thin, nor inviting at all, but the pools make up for it - there is even a sun protected pool for small kids (however right next to the pool with music and animation...).
The kids club is a small tent with no visible toys or kids decoration, not inspiring or inviting.
Overall, if you're after good service, food and pools, that's great. For beach and family, there might be better options.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and had an incredible time. It was super relaxing and the staff was so attentive and kind. I have a gluten intolerance and they were super accommodating and caring about this, offering me an alternate menu that made slight modifications to the original menu. I highly recommend that if you are staying here you make reservations for the restaurants for dinner. These were truly the highlight of our stay. The white was just an out of this world experience for all the senses, the Asian restaurant had incredibly fresh food and was so delicious and the lobsteria with its set menu was also such an amazing experience with great food right next to the ocean. The buffet was also incredible, one of the best with really fresh and high quality food, though I truly prefer the restaurants. The beach was also gorgeous and they offered various water sports and the pool relaxing. There are various bars everywhere that make you any drink you want as well as dessert places. Additionally they treated us extra especial when we said we were in our honeymoon which was just wonderful. Truly a magical stay. Though if you are staying here to discover the island of Crete I would not recommend this place. This is a hotel you stay at to enjoy everything it has to offer you and to be pampered by the incredible staff. I would also add that there are a lot of children and families (which we did not mind at all) so it is super family friendly with activities for everyone.

What amazing experience we had here at the Grecotel! The atmosphere is magic, the Team is outstanding, every single people from cleaning to servicing, to management over the top! The food is incredible good and there are so many variables for any kind of palate! White is an experience, and Asian cuisine and Lobster restaurant is not very common on all inclusive! The kindness of all Team give the opportunity to anyone to enjoy every single moment. We have spent two weeks I wished to have booked a month over here!
Just to give you a sense of level of this Resort. I got a nanny in the resort from the Team to dine at the only Adult restaurant. I loved a wine and after I finish the dinner and I found a bottle in my room. The care is over the moon!
This is the Place for anyone, family, young couples, older people anyone literally anyone!

Absolutely amazing. Would definitely recommend this hotel. The room we had was beautiful. The staff were absolutely fantastic - very friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. The food was amazing. We had a fantastic time and would definitely think about going back again.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel for our honeymoon! The staff were so lovely. Although service in the restaurants was often a little slow the quality of food and kindness of staff exceeded our expectations!
This all inclusive hotel has lots to offer with stunning views of the beach and swim up rooms! We were so impressed with the amount of food and drink available to us. Charlotte the Sommelier is who made our stay unforgettable, she went above and beyond to make our honeymoon special by talking us through multiple different Greek and international wines. It was a joy to learn more about wine from someone as kind and knowledgeable as Charlotte, her passion comes across! We will most certainly be returning!

Only thing to note which is not very clear is that you are only able to book the restaurants once during a weeks stay which means as we were there for 7 nights 3 out of those nights would have to be spent at the buffet for dinner. (The staff were helpful though and allowed us to walk in at 9:30pm as they had spare tables at this time)

We also asked for a reservation at the farm before arriving which we were told would be booked for us when reservations opened however this never transpired. all the other guests we spoke to however all seemed to have been able to book the farm.

Only other thing is from talking to other guests it wasn’t just us that couldn’t make reservations through the app. Seems like Grecotel need to sort this as it was a common problem.

You can never go wrong!!! This is the best inclusive hotel so far, from their hospitality which is above excellence to their attention to details. There are about 4 pools there so not crowded at all and very clean. You have enough sunbeds, with pool side bar operating from 10am. You can enjoy endless service of drinks and food at the pool if you don't want to go to the restaurant or even in addition to the restaurant's meal.
The food everyday is varied and very very delicious! I have a great taste bud, so you can count on my reco here.
The team is amazing, absolutely amazing team they have there and everyday the rooms are cleaned and towels changed.
The daily entertainment is lovely and the family disco, wow!
You can enjoy all the Al a carte restaurants while you there. From most of the restaurants or the terrace, you would love to watch the sunset daily. The beach is very very clean and you can enjoy lots of rides and adventures there with paid services for those.
Again, we'll be back surely and you can't go wrong.
For families visiting or couples, it's the best place to be! Great value for money.

Absolutely amazing hotel, truly 5 with very friendly, helpful and warm staff. It feels like a place where the staff are super happy and that energy bounces off of them towards the guests- the managers must be doing something very right to keep such a big team so happy!
Food is outstanding, facilities very good with access to the private beach. You've got lots of restaurants and bars. Very highly recommended it
