Grecotel LUX.ME White Palace

We had an amazing stay at Grecotel Lux Me White! The hotel is absolutely beautiful, stylish, and offers a truly relaxing atmosphere. What really made our experience exceptional, though, was the warm and welcoming staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, always smiling and ready to help with anything we needed. A special thank you to the General Manager, who was always present, approachable, and genuinely cared about the guests’ experience. It’s rare to feel so well looked after — we can’t wait to come back!

We had the most wonderful experience with our 2 sons. The hotel and it's staff were accommodating in every way, the food was delicious and my sons absolutely loved it especially the kids club too. We are looking forward to coming back and highly recommend this hotel.

We are currently staying at the Luxme White and whilst there is no denying the luxury of this hotel I am shocked to find there is no air conditioning in the rooms!! When we asked, were told that summer air conditioning has not been started yet, so originally only hot air was blowing out. This in spite of temperatures being 27-29 degrees. There is also no air conditioning in the large buffet restaurant, which is uncomfortable at meal times. Our other main issue and has really impacted our stay was the overall service and wait for drinks and dirty plates to be taken away in restaurants. It takes anything from 20-45 minutes to wait for a drink around the pool area (so be sure to order double) However would like to say how great the guys behind the lobby bar are, attentive and really welcoming. Although I have listed the bad points, which are quite major in my opinion, the good points are numerous and I would definitely return and recommend this hotel if I could guarantee the air conditioning.

This is our second visit at the White Palace. We chose this hotel largely based on Tripadvisor reviews for our first visit in 2023 and I can happily say it exceeded all our expectations yet again. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the incredible staff. They are truly among the best we've encountered in any hotel. Annoyingly, I have a tendency to forget names. A special thanks to kind lady who checked us in, huge smile and it’s her first season with the hotel. And then there was the older gentleman who greeted us each morning at breakfast - always immaculately dressed in his suit and showed us to our table. Then there is Giorgios, the best barman ever encountered! Every team member worked with a friendly smile, was approachable, and always ready to help. There were some genuinely outstanding people who made our holiday special. A special shoutout to Nikolai around the pool. From housekeeping to front desk, every morning greeted with a beaming smile and a cheerful "Kalimera!" making us feel truly welcomed. The dining options were excellent. All the restaurants offered unique and impressive menus. The buffet was diverse, with regular changes to keep things exciting, and the service was consistently top-notch. Our stay at Lux Me White Palace was truly exceptional, thanks to the outstanding team and management, led by Mr. Kontorinis. The hotel is impeccably maintained, and every staff member—from restaurant servers to beach attendants and cleaning staff—was friendly and welcoming. A special thanks to Vardis, who was a fantastic host and a true gentleman. I can't recommend this place enough and understand why so many guests return year after year. Thank you all for making our holiday so memorable and look forward to our next visit!

Beautiful hotel with incredibly friendly staff and excellent food. The staff in the restaurant was exceptional - the team is fantastic, everyone was highly welcoming. The rooms were really comfortable with a thorough cleaning service on a daily basis. Absolutely recommended!

Excellent hotel, we had a beautiful swim up room which was memorable for its views and set up. The pool areas are very nice and the hotel is clean and very modern.

Food on the whole was decent with a good selection of restaurants. Drinks in the bars and restaurants are excellent but they were very hit and miss by the pools, some were not drinkable.

Visited here April 2022, it was quite possibly one of the most beautiful hotels ever. Recently opened and very luxurious for how much I paid. Sadly it is not as affordable now, so wouldn’t visit it again.

We stayed for 10 nights at Grecotel Lux Me White Palace. You are welcomed in the open air reception by a cool face towel and welcome drink, checked in and provided with information about the hotel. We booked a swim up Lux Me room. Our first room wasn’t directly on the pool so we asked for a different room. We stayed 1 night in room 1 and were then moved to a room in another block for the remainder of our stay. Rooms are nice enough but dated and not the most modern or luxurious rooms we have stayed in. There is room for improvement. We were joined by family members who had booked sea view junior suites. These rooms were nicer with a more modern walk in shower and lots more storage space and seating areas, along with the lovely sea views. Staff were very pleasant and polite. The grounds and pools are stunning and well maintained. There are a good selection of restaurants with a high standard of food and drinks. We couldn’t manage to pre book before arrival but did manage to book on arrival but usually late sittings. The buffet was very good with a great selection of salads, breads, various cooking stations. Food is not labelled for allergens so you do need to find a member of staff to find out about ingredients. There is lovely wine tasting section within the buffet. We visited the farm which was a really good experience and lots of food to try. Visit is free, you just have to pay and pre book for the coach. The beach is narrow with sand and stones. It is very relaxing sitting listening to the waves while in the restaurants or at the bar.

We spent a week at the Grecotel white palace and really enjoyed it, having stayed at Ikos hotels for the past 8 years, it's hard not to compare, it's not on Ikos level but definitely could be. We arrived around 11.30pm with a lovely greeting of cold towels and a welcome drink and shown to our room. We did partake in a late night snack in the sunset lounge, but no beverages were on offer as the bar closed at 12am, which was slightly disappointing. Positives of the hotel are the location/setting, cleanliness of hotel and room, food & drink options and the staff, they were so friendly, attentative and made a fuss of our children. I won't list negatives, but a few things we feel they could improve upon would be: Buffet and a la cartes were all good, I think a bit more variety for breakfast would be advantageous, more cereal options, smoothies, different flavour yoghurts for kids, waffles etc Agreco Farm was great, but there is a fee of €8 pp for coach return, which we weren't told about when booking. Crepe and ice cream bar were a favourite with our children. Minibar lacked variety, beer, soft drinks, water and that was it. Milk in room for coffee and tea. A singer/pianist or some form of entertainment in the sunset bar maybe twice a week. Make people aware of the wine library, we only found out on our 2nd to last day. Waterpark at sister hotel was great but the splash zone was far too cold for little ones. Overall, we would definitely recommend this hotel and would visit more of the Grecotel hotels, it's definitely value for money, when you think Ikos Aria was £3k more for the same week.
