Direct beach location in the north - but as the extensive area is not built on so high, there is sun all day long on the north beach too

Mine and my partner’s stay at the Luxme white was absolutely fantastic from the location to the food and facilities were amazing

Great location, great food options, although buffet food a bit tepid. Local taxis, even those booked by hotel charge €95 for airport transfers yet hotel insists price of their taxi "partners" is €130

Not a 5 star! The hot Food was Cold, And not much selection. Staff seemed grumpy except a few waiting staff. Lacked communication. Tatty sunbeds. The only thing good about this hotel was the beach and clean rooms.

This hotel exceeded all our expectations, large well maintained room, super clean, spacious, very modern with walk in shower and double size beds and large flat screen TV with numerous channels

if you want to just chill without worrying about anything, its a perfect place to do so:) there are only two complaints, the first one being travel lunch which is just a cheap sandwich, an orange and an apple, the second one being bathroom doors unable to be closed

Does not provide a great variaty of food selection, but everything is delicious and everyone will find something for himself. The beach is only several minutes walk. I would definitely recommend to stay in this hotel!

The absolute highlight of our stay, and the highlight of our trip to Greece, was the wine tasting with Spelios. Spelios, an unbelievably knowledgable sommelier, took us through a tour of Cretan wines with food pairings

My knowledge and love of wine exploded after this tasting, and these skills and pieces of information have been serving me nicely back at home. Further, the food here was the best we had in all of Greece

It’s slightly elevated fare but not stuffy or pretentious. The morning breakfast buffet is extensive and delicious. We tried to eat as many meals here as possible

In addition, the architecture and grounds of the Village were breathtaking. Waking up with views overlooking rolling fields to the quiet of the rural countryside was incredible

Great service. The hotel is located literally in the middle of nowhere so renting a car is a must. Rooms were cleaned everyday, food was great. A/C worked without a flaw.

There was a good selection of both food (salad, tzatziki, gyros, chips, pizza, fruit, ice cream and either nuggets, burgers, hotdogs on a daily rotation) and it was constantly being refreshed

We hadn’t been all inclusive since before kids and had experience and read stories of poor quality food that had sat for hours at other resorts. With 2 hungry teenage boys we thought we’d give it a go though

The rooms are nice, clean, the food was great, the variety od food, salads, fruits and deserts, very tasty and yammy. We always looked forward the evening animation programme for kids and then for adults

The rooms were basic, but there was a bottle of water in the fridge and the air-con remote was in the room and got it to a comfortable temperature in no time. The beds were comfy and the room clean

The only thing I would slightly improve is the hair dryer in the bathroom – it heats up quickly and doesn’t work that well, but it’s just a small detail compared to how great everything else was

The food was delicious, with lots of variety and rich local flavors – special greetings to Chef Fotis for the incredible meals. Everyone working here makes the experience even more enjoyable

The Aquila Rithymna Beach is rated as a 5 star hotel possibly because of the proximity to the beach, waterpark and children's facilities, it's an ideal family hotel, however in my opinion it isn't suitable for couples or single people

Everything was simply perfect!!! The hotel’s look, its beachfront location, and the side pools made us feel as if we had the place all to ourselves- peaceful, pastoral, and relaxing

The hotels focus is definitely on children, I almost felt invisible at times. There are areas of the hotel that need refurbishment i. on floor 3 the carpet was actually ripped and a trip hazard

I loved the balcony and the bathroom. Only bummer is that when you shower, the whole bathroom floor is wet because there isn’t a curtain or system to close the shower. We also had a lot of ants in the room

I said it to the lady at the reception: the staff is so kind and friendly. If they recognize your face after a few days, they greet you with full enthusiasm. The rooms aren’t super big, but enough

A door with soundproofing leads to the corridor where the rooms are located, and if you do not forget to close it, the room is quite quiet

Location is good on a lovely beach and a really nice, historic town just 10 minutes away. Clientele was mainly couples of near our age, with a few younger couples - it's not really a place for kids

The hotel is located just off the A90 / E75 main highway which despite creating some traffic noise is outweighed by the convenience of quickly accessing the main routes to travel elsewhere on the island

We spent a few wonderful days at Kathrin Beach Hotel with my wife in May, and honestly, we didn’t want to leave! The service from the staff was beyond excellent – always polite, friendly, and eager to help with a genuine smile

In the following days, we became regulars at the bar – the cocktails were simply outstanding, with the Mai Tai being one of the best I’ve ever had! Prices across the board were more than fair, making the overall experience even more enjoyable

I will start with the words: Family and Perfect. I know the family, hotel, for decade for sure. Rooms are big enough, almost all of them mostly renew. Food is delicious and there is enough to choose from for everyone

We stayed from 23/09 -03/10/2024 arriving at about 0300hrs to a very warm welcome by our host who carried most of our luggage up to our room

The room was on the top floor with a balcony adjacent to an olive grove with views to the sea and the mountains. Twin beds were the most comfortable we have slept on in over 30 years of holidaying on the Greek Island

The staff is super friendly and helpful! 😊 The rooms are clean and depending of your luck you might get an renovated room or old one, we stayed on the old apartment but it wasn't that bad, except the toilet which was not so good and comfortable to use and shower box which didn't have the soap hanger or curtains

We, 6 german guys all in their late twenties had a pleasant stay at marinos Beach Hotel. The property and all the including facilities are nice and clean. Especially the staff were really diligent and kind

Within two minutes walk from shops and tavernas. A good walk on the beach to rethymon. The old town is worth a visit. Amazing sitting on the beach watching the sunset. Well recommended for all ages

Very nice and quite place, the room is big and comfortable, there is a kitchen in the room so you can cook if you like to, the only thing that was not perfect is the air con, if you in the living room it works just fine, but at the badroom it was a bit hot, but very nice expirience beside that :) and the bar was great
