It was a joy to learn more about wine from someone as kind and knowledgeable as Charlotte, her passion comes across! We will most certainly be returning! Only thing to note which is not very clear is that you are only able to book the restaurants once during a weeks stay which means as we were there for 7 nights 3 out of those nights would have to be spent at the buffet for dinner

Although service in the restaurants was often a little slow the quality of food and kindness of staff exceeded our expectations! This all inclusive hotel has lots to offer with stunning views of the beach and swim up rooms! We were so impressed with the amount of food and drink available to us

You can never go wrong!!! This is the best inclusive hotel so far, from their hospitality which is above excellence to their attention to details. There are about 4 pools there so not crowded at all and very clean

You have enough sunbeds, with pool side bar operating from 10am. You can enjoy endless service of drinks and food at the pool if you don't want to go to the restaurant or even in addition to the restaurant's meal

The daily entertainment is lovely and the family disco, wow! You can enjoy all the Al a carte restaurants while you there. From most of the restaurants or the terrace, you would love to watch the sunset daily

We had a family vacation in Greece on the island of Crete, choosing the White olive elite rethymno 5* hotel. It was a great choice because it fully met our expectations

The hotel has exceptional service, the waiters work great, the food was beyond praise, the pool is clean, the sea is clean, the entry into the water is smooth, the water is blue, the sandy beach is clean

The restaurant has waiters who are always willing to collect your dirty dishes and serve you with drinks as often as you need, the rooms are clean, the sheets and bleach are always changed

Starting from the first contact with the reception staff you already understand that customers are in the first place. Very responsive, understanding and very kind

You can only dream of this! There were enough sun loungers, but it is better to come to the beach no later than 9 am, then you can definitely find a place

The absolute highlight of our stay, and the highlight of our trip to Greece, was the wine tasting with Spelios. Spelios, an unbelievably knowledgable sommelier, took us through a tour of Cretan wines with food pairings

I don’t have enough room to express how amazing this place was, but I will try to capture it briefly. Let me first say; if you are looking for an experience for a lover of good food and wine, this is the place to come

My knowledge and love of wine exploded after this tasting, and these skills and pieces of information have been serving me nicely back at home. Further, the food here was the best we had in all of Greece

In addition, the architecture and grounds of the Village were breathtaking. Waking up with views overlooking rolling fields to the quiet of the rural countryside was incredible

His passion for the region and wine, in general, was palpable. He spent a lot of time helping us develop our tasting palettes and sharing stories of local Cretan winemakers

It’s slightly elevated fare but not stuffy or pretentious. The morning breakfast buffet is extensive and delicious. We tried to eat as many meals here as possible

Eva, Demitri and all the Staff make you feel like family. For a 3 star hotel this place is 1st class. My wife and I run our own catering business and understand food and the food here is outstanding

Eva, Dimitri and the extended family made me very welcome from Day 1. Returning after a year’s break it felt like visiting family again. The hotel is always clean and tidy and nothing is too much trouble for the staff

The room we had was large and spacious, with tea making facilities and a fridge, whilst the pool area was incredibly clean and tidy and we never had a problem finding a sunbed, and the poolside bar open from 10

Food is not your regular all inclusive buffet; its all freshly made to order; choice of a dozen options for lunch, and three or four for dinner served in the taverna which is 300 m away on the private beach

Dimitri runs the restaurant and is passionate about his food, as well as being immensely proud of its source (quite often his own farm) and the fact that it is traditional Greek recipes

Eva runs the hotel, and is a font of knowledge, if she does not have the answer immediately she will find it for you, and if she does not have the appropriate map she will draw you one

The location was just the best, very clean, quiet but in the middle of everything at the same time. The open space (living area and pool) was wonderful, and the entertainment system was superb

Villa had an unique decoration with branded materials and it was great located near by a private beach only a few meters away. Rooms were spacious and very clean

I booked a luxurious villa, only 50 meters away from a private beach. The exclusive private beach was equipped with sun loungers and sunshades. Villa was very clean and modern. Had a pool and it was amazing

We stayed here for 3 days and loved everything about the Thalasses vilas. The staff was genteel, helpful and welcoming. The cleaning staff is attentive, wonderful and polite

TV, refrigerator, a/c were a few from many facilitate your stay in the villa. What can I say? Thank you for everything guys!

The service is exemplary, cleaning twice a week! Incredibly friendly landlords who stock the fridge for the day of arrival, also donate a cake and invite us to a restaurant in Rethymno - where else can you find something like that? The Villa Zefi is really recommended!

The house is in a small village up in the mountains, the inhabitants are very nice and the house is smartly furnished with a German TV

A house that you would build yourself - with attention to every detail! Is a bit remote, so that a vehicle is a "must"

We loved the villa, the village, and exploring the surrounding area. George was a perfect host. He went out of his way to help us. We could not have asked for better.

Comfortable, thoughtful to the smallest detail, there is everything you need. The rooms are cozy, bright with balconies. The terrace and balconies offer mountain and sea views. Everywhere order and cleanliness

The pool and grounds are in perfect condition. Linen is changed and cleaned every 4 days. The owners are very friendly, kind and hospitable people. We were very pleased with the stay in this villa

The tavern and mini mart are part of the family too so that made this experience that more special because you're all connected and you're still treated like you're family

so attentive and kind, our apartment was very clean and well kept. Jenny even moved us into an upgraded room on request out of good will, which was lovely. we have a great time with lots to do around the location

It is an excellent place as a base for visits all over Crete. You can also order either breakfast or lunch by the pool and the pool is way cleaner than all the others I’ve visited so far

Stayed in Villa III for two weeks. Very clean & nice views. Mrs Sonia the owner was lovely, clean towels & full clean of villa included in rental every 4 days. Car hire is essential.

The place is so quiet just what we needed. If you can ask for the chef service one night, a team come to the villa and make you the best meal you’ll have in Crete

We spend one week in the Villa and never had the feeling that something is lacking or needs to be topped up. The interiors and equipment are in great shape and the Villa is very comfortable for 6 adults

The house is ready to holiday in as if you had moved into a new home; everything is provided from a spoon, to a washing line. You won't need a thing except your luggage and food; supermarket close by

As far as cleanliness is concerned, the accommodation was sparkling clean right from the start and was also cleaned thoroughly at regular intervals, including a change of bath towels and towels

Nothing was left to be desired in terms of utensils. The pool was an absolute delight. As a beginner swimmer, our son was very much looking forward to bathing in the pool every day

The beautiful Mediterranean garden with the very comfortable seating and deck chairs was our favorite place for late evening conversations and was also ideal for barbecuing

The upper house is also conveniently located and you cannot see the pool area from there

There were 8 of us in the villa, and it was a dream! We were received so nicely, and above all we always had a contact person or dialed 777 for information (great service!!!) The villa is super nice, has just a great flair, spacious with attention to detail, nothing was missing, even a portable music box was available
