Amazing hotel. We are in a swim up room, and it has been perfect. Few niggles with the room as I think we are the first ever guests to stay in it, however they were all sorted out quickly. The service is excellent, the staff are all very friendly. We are here on a bed and breakfast tariff, and the breakfast has been great. I wouldn't bother with evening meals or lunch, there are so many nice tavernas around that do fantastic food, as tourists we need to keep them in business.

We had a very relaxing and tranquil stay at Castello Boutique. We stayed in one of the suites with sea view and infinity pool which are amazing, we enjoyed watching the sunset and sunrise from our balcony.

The staff were very welcoming, Aphrodite and Christina on reception were particularly helpful. Good breakfast spread and clean facilities. Recommend going early for breakfast if you like hot/warm food.

The hotel is close to shops and restaurants only 5 mins walk away. There is a lot of building works within the vicinity but this didn’t affect our stay in any way.

Gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the gym is inadequate for a 5 star facility. Needs air con and better variety of equipment. Also the air con on our floor stopped working one night and the heat was unbearable to sleep. The night porter really tried to help but moving room at 3am wasn’t ideal.

Very close to the centre and everything that is going on.

Breakfast isn’t great with a limited choice - however, it is very close to local tavernas and restaurants - with fabulous choices for lunch and dinner.

No negative, all the staff are amazing can’t do enough the managed are about and make a point of speaking to you . It is spotless clean the maids speak and helpful . It is central to everything. The beds and pillows are very comfortable good bedding white towels not grey looking ., Nice swimming pool indoor is a very warm one . It’s nice to have staff making a point of speaking to you , had a week now another to go can’t see it been any difference as everyone is so natural well done thank you for a fantastic holiday

Really nice hotel, great pool, great breakfast, nice spacious clean rooms, very friendly helpful staff, beautiful location. All good. Highly recommend. Will be returning next year.

Lovely hotel. The rooms are great, comfy beds and powerful air conditioning which is quiet. The rooms with private pools are the best.

The best part about this hotel is the staff, they can’t do enough to help you and always friendly. Location perfect in the heart of Sisi in walking distance to plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops.

Currently staying here but not sure it's exactly 5* worthy. The rooms are well appointed with a very comfy bed but could be cleaner (they are clean I'm just wanting it to be spotless.) Having a private pool is cool. We've had a few issues including with a very unpleasant noisy couple occupying the room next door but they've been quickly dealt with upon reporting to reception. The Aircon can be a bit finicky but resetting it a few times tends to do the trick. Breakfast is tasty with a decent selection. Room service comes with fresh towels and beds made daily, sheets changed every other day.
