The hotel is situated on one of the best beaches of Crete in the bustling tourist village. Small but cozy area. In the rooms of quality furniture and equipment. Good combination price-quality. Recommended for active and family holidays.

Located 37 km from the airport of Heraklion, 5 km off the port of Hersonissos, 700 m from p. Malia.
Consists of 2-3-storey buildings.
Only 102 rooms.
Beach: public, sandy beach 50 m, first line. Umbrellas, sunbeds – free of charge. Towels for a Deposit.

Amazing experience at High Beach Resort.
They have the best beach and the best staff !
It was a family vacation and we enjoyed it a lot.
They were really helpful with all our requests, for example my parents needed a late check out and they even gave them the Suite Room !
Food is amazing and fresh and everything is just right.
If you need to relax and don’t think about a thing this is the best place ;)
Also biggest thanks to the receptionist Arcadie. He is the best ;)
Definitely would recommend !

The sevice and the rooms in the hotel were excellent!It's not fancy hotel and there is no enteratiement for kids but this the the staff is friendly and the beach is great.
The food was good the bevrages and alchol were local and not so tasty.

I've spent a vacation here with my family during the summer of 24. The hotel was recomended to us by our relatives who vere here a few years back (before covid). The hotel is separated in two parts. High Beach and High Beach White and they share the facilities. We had the opportunity to see both parts. The High Beach was more a family style kids friendly place and White was adults only, quiet relax place. The hotel also features a gym with several treadmills and, to my suprise, an olympic bar with 120 kg worth of wheights, not much hotels have that! The Hotel has a spa and we had very good massage. The rooms were clean and a staff very friendly. A shout out to a lady Thelma at the front desk and lady Maria restaurant who always made us feel welcome. Over all I recomend this hotel and I'll probably return again!

We stayed for 1 week (7-14th of August) and it was amazing !
Nice staff and really good food.
They have the best beach and everyone is super helpful. A big shoutout to the receptionist Anna that was very patient with us and gave us the best Suite for our late check-out request ! If you need something or you have any doubt she is going to help you :)
I would highly recommend the resort and I would love to come again next year ;).

Amazing overall experience!
The location was perfect, literally on the beach, the rooms were very clean and the food & drinks were also very satisfying.
As many mentioned in the past comments, the biggest difference with other hotels is the kindness and availability of the staff, they truly make you feel home!
Also, big shoutout to the receptionist, Arcadie, he was super friendly and helpful throughout the whole staying :)
Definitely would recommend ;)

We were very happy with our room. Clean and comfortable and above expectation!
The service was fantastic, attentive and friendly - special shout out to out favourite bartender Vasilis who made exceptional drinks, always had a smile on his face and was very personable!

Review from a travel agency During our stay the previous week in this hotel .
The hotel is amazing, good new and clean rooms but the recommendation we had and they booked for us in the back reception of the hotel was awful. Company name Cretamotor we had the worst experience ever old car ,dirty and the ac not working. Their employees are not greek, even don't speak English and are a very nasty guy with dirty clothes very awful experience .It's a shame to recommend and book with this company also they have very bad reviews online .We tell all our people who come there .Hope this review finds the manager or the owner of the hotel .

It’s a lovely hotel with a really nice buffet we went end of October it was a lot quieter which was nice and went to some lovely beaches nearby had some great food at the hotel, the food was all great lots of choice. The whole family had a great time :) we stayed in a deluxe family room we had a great view from our balcony and it was a great hotel. The beach is lovely the water is so clear and you can swim to the island which was fun as well. Great stay.

Very good hotel, high standard. The room (suite) is very large. The room package includes two sunbeds and an umbrella on the beach. Good meals, in some options you can enjoy one dinner at the restaurant next door. Definitely worth it. Close to the city center, but at the same time complete silence at night. Very nice service. It's worth spending your vacation there.

Very good location, has it own beach with beautiful view. Friendly staff, who is speaking different languages. Clean rooms with minimalistic interior. Good wifi connection. Delicious food on every taste.
