Everything you would expect from a 5star hotel. The staff were very attentive and polite, the rooms were clean and modern with stunning views all around. This complex is very big however getting around to the different restaurants and bars was easy on the buggy’s. The spa facilities were 10/10 with a wide choice of treatments.There is an indoor swimming pool and gym right near the beach. The only downside for us was that it was just over an hour away from the airport costing around 100euro.

Attended a retreat weekend with Compatible Connextions and what a stunning hotel. The settings were beautiful, the staff were all so friendly and helpful. We stayed in the palace suite - just wow. The views were gorgeous, the space outside and inside exquisite. Definitely 5 star service all round. No hesitation in returning again

The hotel is very good and the service excellent. It's located in a lovely bay and the sea swimming is excellent. The food is good and there is a good choice alongside varied menus. We moved rooms - the sea view room we were supposed to have was obscured by palm trees - and the staff were excellent in finding an alternative - which was lovely. The downside is that despite being five star the dreaded 'hog a sunbed' happens - with people grabbing sunbeds as early as 6am - including from some in the swim up rooms who had sunbeds by their rooms. Very disappointing. A hotel of this quality you'd expect allocated sunbeds. Otherwise, worth staying.

From the moment I stepped foot off the plane in Crete compatible connextions ensured we had a rep to support us with any question we had and to help direct us to our Shuttle bus that was arranged also by compatible connextions. On arrival I was greeted with a friendly warm welcome immediately stepping off my Shuttle bus and taken through to the hotel lobby where I checked in and bags taken to my room. We were also gifted pamper bags, that had an eye masks, face masks, Bath salts, candle and much more. Compatible connextions went over and beyond to ensure we were fully catered to, ensuring there were daily activities very much focused around wellbeing and health and also the balance of fun and the opportunity to let your hair down. The location was so picturesque and the weather was so beautiful. I can hundred percent recommend to anyone to attend the compatible connextions retreat. It is definitely the best experience I have ever had and was lovely meeting and networking with different people from different industries, with the added bonus of potentially making a love connection.

As soon as we arrived on the compatible Connextions retreat we were greeted by the manager, all staff were warm and welcoming. Our room was not ready for us to check into as we arrived at7am, so we were offered a temporary room where we could leave our luggage and shower before having breakfast. There was a large selection of choices and it was well presented and tasteful. We were then escorted to our suite by stuff members who insisted on carrying all of our luggage. The suite we occupied had a swimming pool both of which was clean, this had everything you would expect for a 5star hotel. The views all around the complex were breathtaking, The sunrise was picturesque along with the soothing Soundbath. There are plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. The spa facilities are 10/10 also with various options of treatments. I would recommend the clay/ mud package. Overall I had an amazing experience, one I’ll never forget!! Thanks to compatible connections and Elounda bay palace This hotel is highly recommended for a relaxing vacation with friends, families or even a solo trip.

I attened a retreat with compatible connexions. From start to finish our stay was excellent, the greeting when we arrived at 7am The staff, friendly and helpful, the rooms, bungalows, suites , the fitness suite, the beautiful views,the beach, the swimming pools including the swim up pools. Everything was clean and spotless, a very good variety in the restaurant too with lots to choose ftom. Although we were on a retreat the other guests got involved and participated singing and dancing with us ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Just returning after a wonderful holiday in this hotel ;the staff are outstanding and nothing is too much trouble . The room was very comfortable and clean ; we also enjoyed an amazing sea view . Car hire is easy to book at the hotel ; Federa the hire rep ( apologies for wrong spelling ) is so helpful and speaks 4 languages ; cost for a basic car was just 75 euros including insurance . Food at the hotel was mediocre at the beginning of our holiday ; however it improved throughout the week and was more than satisfactory when we left . Boat hire and paddle boards etc on the beach . All in all hard to fault this wonderful hotel - made all the more perfect with its incredible staff .

Overall, the property and views are STUNNING. Had I known it would be this beautiful and enjoyable, I would have booked a longer stay. The staff generously upgraded our room. We stayed in a villa with a private pool, which was also stunning. I most enjoyed swimming in the sea. I agree that this property is not quite a 5-star establishment. I'd say it’s a 4 star with some 5 star qualities. Some parts of our room were not in great shape (vanity chair cushion was not attached to its base, handwriting from previous guest on bedside brochure, bath tub plug not working, low water pressure in shower, the rubber door seal to the shower was loose, etc). The price of wine is incredibly high (for context, we live in the San Francisco Bay Area, near Napa Valley, a high cost of living region where everything is expensive.) At this resort, we paid 66 euros for a bottle of rose that would have cost us 17+ USD at Whole Foods. (I had to rewrite this part of my review because I just found the exact same rose wine at the Heraklion airport for 16,70 euros. At the resort, it was 4 times that price.) While the dinners were satisfying, the quality and presentation didn't match the high cost. We felt our first meal was overpriced at 100 euros per person for a buffet-style meal. All staff were all positive, helpful, and kind. Personally, I would return to this resort; however, next time, I'd have most of my meals off campus and buy our wine at a local store to reduce the gap between quality and cost.

From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. The staff was incrediblywelcoming and helpful. The room was spotless and the view was breath. The Food was tasty, there was a large selection and there was something for everyone. We are satisfied and will be happy to come back in the future.

One more stay at Elounda Palace with my son (9yo) this is a tradition for us each summer to go there as we love the place and the crew. We feel like at home. We have been to many places but to have a great rest that’s definitely the best spot. The restaurant is giving a big choice and the location is perfect. Everywhere the staff people is amazing, smiling, taking care and pleasant. The quality of the beach and the water is top and swimming while seeing fishes just a few steps from the beach is amazing with young kids. Nothing to compare with over populated all inclusives with noisy atmosphere and full of people over drinking. Elounda palace is another level for families looking for taking the time with kids to play and to enjoy simply the time. We will go there again next year for sure.
