Due to the presence of descents and ascents of people with disabilities this hotel is not recommended. The hotel is for adults! Absolutely fantastic stay! The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, and the rooms were immaculate with stunning views. The amenities were top-notch, especially the pool and spa. I had a wonderful stay at Tui Blue Elounda Village Resort & Spa by AQUILA. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The beach access and pool area were fantastic, making it a perfect spot for relaxation. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway!

Just returned from a weeks break from this hotel. Unfortunately was spoilt by my experience in the hotel spa.
I was approached at the beach by one of the therapist at the spa who informed me they could do me a nice relaxing massage the following day.
On arrival I was greeted with a ‘medical form’ to which I completed. On this form I was asked questions about any injury’s or problems and also what type of massage I was requiring. While completing I selected my reasons were to ‘RELAX’ and I selected the absolute ‘Lightest’ pressure. Furthermore I also made them aware of an ongoing back issue which I was adamant I didn’t not want treated due to ongoing issues and fear of making worse.
Unfortunately they do not listen to you and proceed to do what they feel necessary.
Not only was it so uncomfortable he insisted to ignore my medical form and massage the area I wanted un touched. It was uncomfortable to the point the male therapist could see my body was reclining out of the chair and him saying ‘is it okay?to my reply and exact words ‘TOO STRONG’ he carried on at this pace and I was there left feeling uncomfortable, unvalued and not listed to. Never in my experience of having professional massages have I experienced or witnessed such disregard for my need or satisfaction.
After the massage I was promoted to leave a great review of my experience to which I made them aware I was totally dissatisfied. They called to offer me another massage for the following day but at this point I had lost all confidence in there ability to listen and respect what the client is paying for at €75 euro!
Please avoid the spa at all costs! For me I would have been happy with a refund for all the inconvenience incurred at the Spa however this was never offered to me. You are supposed to come out of the spa Relaxed and I walked out the total opposite. (Bear in mind this is what I selected at the questionnaire my reason for coming was to ‘RELAX’ with a ‘GENTLE’ massage.
In conclusion this totally spoilt my holiday and stay at the hotel.I am totally put off and don’t think I would ever waste my money like this again on a holiday Spa.
Special mentions to ‘Pauline and the lovely lady who served at the beach hut both very warm and for me improved my rating.

If you want a holiday that is completely relaxing then this is the spot for you. This all inclusive adult only resort has an amazing team who work tirelessly to make sure your stay is amazing. The Tui reps work with such enthusiasm to ensure you have a wonderful break. For those of you wanting to take part in activities there is a wide range from darts, quizzes to exercise classes.
The gardening team in particular caught our eye as the grounds are beautifully landscaped.
The food was amazing. The bakery items were delicious. I could have eaten the entire foccicia, or any of the amazing fresh loaves that were prepared every day. The range of food is extraordinary. We enjoyed the Greek night but to be honest we preferred eating in the restaurant each night. Every day we ate lunch at the Beach bar. This suited us as just fancied light snack.
Drinks worked out brilliantly for us on all inclusive package. Cocktails were great and consistently made by a range of people.
Our bungalow with garden view had a super comfy bed. We slept so well. The bathroom was clean but is in need of updating. Shower was leaky and hard stepping in and out of bath tub.
We really like live music and for us a highlight was a Greek duo who played classical guitar and qanun. I found it really moving. Thank you!
Staff were so attentive and genuinely wanted you to have an amazing time. Gena, Zia and Pauline at the Beach bar showed superb service. Nikoleta and Eleni in the lobby bar were so friendly and skilled. They always remembered our orders. Tito in the restaurant made our visit even more enjoyable.
The beach was small but we always found loungers. We never were up early either. It is tiered down and steep steps so won't suit anyone with mobility concerns. We didn't try the pool area so can't comment. Service at the beach was good with drinks regularly provided. Out of control of the resort was waste in the sea - clearly a local boat had dumped stuff. This wasn't pleasant and resort did try and resolve this.
We got a taxi into Elounda centre. Only a fool would risk walking it as the exit is really steep and there is no footpath. In the heat it would definitely not be pleasant stroll. Taxi fare is set and hotel sorts on way in and taxi rank is easy on way back. Definitely worth a visit and lovely range of shops, bars and restaurants.
Our time away was hugely enjoyable and would recommend to others.

Booked last minute ,full board weeks' stay.Statement not criticism,there are steps n slopes everywhere some very steep to pools n beach.
Can only highly recommend location accommodation,food n service.
Only slight criticisms there are quite a few add-ons ,paying for water with evening meals ,90 Euros for late check out for four hours or 30 minute slot for three adults for a complimentary shower room wasn't the best.But this is only nit-picking.
Overall an excellent hotel well worth the two hour transfer.
Can only highly recommend location accommodation,food n service.

Wonderful rooms, excellent food in a 5 star hotel. Expectations were justified. Generous offer for breakfast, lunch and dinner at different locations. The wellness could have been a bit more professional for the price. Definitely with a rental car.

Really was one of the best experiences of my life!
I went there for my honeymoon and it was amazing!!!
The staff are so kind and so friendly, from the first moment they make us feel very comfortable! The service was also the best!
The room was very clean, comfortable and very quiet!!
The best part was the view from our window.......I don't have words to explain it, unbelievable!!! 😍🌅
The General Manager cared personally to make our stay more beautiful!

This hotel promotes itself as a 5 star resort but in actuality this is glamorous 3 stars at most. No amenities in the room. Shower head was broken and only fixed the next day... Tv channels are news channels only.... the breakfast buffet offers a large variety of store bought basic products. Nothing special or homemade. Dinner at the buffet was horrible, cheap products and to top that food was cold! therefore we only ate there on our first night and went out to local taverns for following nights even though we booked our stay half board. Cleanliness is only a recommendation here as our room was never properly cleaned. Only basic setting of the bed (no change of sheets... ). Pool side offers nothing not even change of towels. No service at the pool if you wish to get a beverage you must go yourself to the beach bar where they don't even have a menu for you to check out only a qr code you can scan- meaning you must carry your phone with you at all times... Only good thing was the day time bell boy who gave us excellent service.
